Worst pedicure ever!! The pedicure was less than 15 min, she was rough and rude. When it came time to pay I mentioned about it being a horrible pedicure and I was ignored.

4 stars only because I went with a girlfriend and, her pedicure was AWFUL! the gentleman did mine and he was precise and took his time. My feet look good...my friend, not so much! We believe it was the owner who did hers and, her heels look identical to how they did before we went. I started my pedi 5 minutes before my friend and, she was done at least 10 minutes before me. We ask if she needed to pay full price and there was no answer...just took her card and charged $26. We won’t be back.

Worst nail salon in cranberry. They made my nails crooked, skin was bleeding! I had to come back the next day because my nails looked awful and not what I asked for! I came back the next day and all the ladies were extremely rude when I asked them to fix their mistakes and said I was wrong when I asked for square nails! Horrible service, I can’t even recommend a one star.

The good thing is they massage your hands after. However, I got gel nails and she didn’t put the paint down to my skin so it looked like I had outgrown nails. I had her do it again which she did but I still can see regular nail. It was $38 to get them done, when I went to TQ in butler my young cousin and I got gel nails done and it was $30. I won’t go here again, not impressed at all.

Mom got her nails done for her wedding, wanted plain nude for her toes and nails. WELL, her nails are pink and her toes are nude. The 70 year old lady doing her nails told her they were the same color...

I enjoyed being serviced here. I showed her a picture and she did it! Two days later, one chipped and she fixed it for free! Great job! I'll definitely recommend this salon!

This place used to be a good place to go but it has gone to the pooper! They were so rude and pushy, got aggravated with me when I didn't pick colors fast enough or understand which ones had gel matc...
This place used to be a good place to go but it has gone to the pooper! They were so rude and pushy, got aggravated with me when I didn't pick colors fast enough or understand which ones had gel matches (there was no rhyme or reason to it), the water for my pedi was freezing cold, the polish didn't cover my nails (not even sure if they pushed my cuticles back), and I could go on. It was my first mani/pedi in about a year and it was not the experience I was hoping for. With all of the nail salons in Cranberry, you would think they might try to care a little more. I will never return!

Worst pedicure of my life. Crooked shaping of my nails, didn't paint the entire nail, had polish on my skin around my nail. When I pointed it out, they said it looked fine.

Worst manicure I've ever had. The nail polish was thick and chunky and has cracks all over all of my nails from being applied to thick and the nail tech didn't even come close to covering my entire nail. I can walk to this salon and would never go again. Oh, and I have never posted a yelp review before, it was just that bad.

I went to get a full set and after about 3 days they started to chip. A clear top coat was never put on my nails making them very rough and not shiny or smooth at all. Will never go back.

They cut 3 of my fingers pretty badly while filing and I told her about it in the moment Of and I am in the service industry as well i've actually gone through beauty school and Know how to do basic nails and know how to properly file but I just cut hair but I chalked it up and still paid and the next day (today) I went back to show them how bad they actually are and the fact that I had a hair from the acrylic brush in the acrylic of my nail which is permanently in there now too is annoying. So I definitely will not be coming back which is sad because my mom goes and said she never had a problem...hit or miss here. Pretty pricey as well

Absolutely awful experience. Beyond rude. Terrible job. I showed a photo of the nails I wanted and they did not even use colors remotely close to the photo. And they rigged the design because they claimed it was too "difficult." I had to go get my nails done at a new salon a day later. 👎🏼

I usually go on a monthly basis. And the ladies are nice and pleasant. But today Thurs. Around 10:00 am I stopped like I usually do to get my gel manicure. Had the nice man who showed me the chair. Sat down and tried to strike up a conversation. Didn't go well. Never said a word and could tell he wasn't too happy to have me. I was then going to just have him take the polish off but figured I would just get through it because of my busy scheldule. He did a good job. But sitting thu it was uncomfortable and awkward. Will I go again. No I was glad to get out of there and yes I gave him a tip. But I will find another nail place. Customer service goes along way.
