Jenn and Hannah are amazing. We travel from Baltimore md to see them. Jenn has so much creativity and her designs are always popping . She is great for a any crowd. If you never experienced a great place deluxe nails on Lancaster is for you. Jenn does amazing work, tell her what you want and she will work her magic Hannah - always thank you for my amazing nails. They gave the worst pedicure I have ever received! They did not clean under or on the sides of the nail and did not cut out the ingrown sides on the big toes properly even after I asked her to. Personally, I could do a better pedicure. They don't paint the full nail and they get paint on your skin that they don't clean as they go. The manicure was below average as well. It took a total of nine minutes. Worst $37 ever spent. I would not recommend going here. If I could give them no stars, I would do so. Read Less

I have been going here for a few years. If you go here call ahead and ask for Julie or Annie only!!  They are AWESOME and do great work!!  I'm extremely picky and they never disappoint!  Unfortunately the new owners are TERRIBLE and don't know how to do nails to save their life!! The experience at this salon was really anything but "deluxe." I visited on a Sunday afternoon for a pedicure without an appointment and was prepared to wait if needed. After signing in I was asked to pick a color and was pleased to hear the wait would be "just a few minutes". An hour passed as I watched two other women get their pedicures. Frustrated about the miss-set expectations about the wait, I started to get up from my chair when one of the women called to someone in the front who was available to begin my pedicure. It was about 20 mins out from their close time and the women rushed through my pedicure, soaking my feet in cold water and skipping steps that I had just seen take the other two women an hour to complete. All and all, the basic pedicure was not worth the wait and I feel as though I didn't get my money's worth. There are several nail salons in the area that do a quality job and take care of their customers--this is not one of them. Read Less

I gave the two stars because I really wanted to like this place. I came in to get a mani pedi an I knew being a walk in I would have to wait. That's fine no problem. Once they took me it started really well with my pedicure but as more people came she really rushed me, I work in the beauty industry so I understand having to keep up a high pace but she just basically really rushed and did not shape my nails while cutting them. Also I did not find it sanitary that they use the same popsicle sticks to put exfoliating product on every ones feet, normally one would be thrown out and a new stick per client. My manicure was much better even though she wasn't watching an cut my finger, accidents happen but it was a pretty deep cut. I felt rushed most of the time and my nails are not all straight. There are a whole lot of nail salons around where I live, but I would rather drive 25 mns to go to this one. I have been a client for over 10 years and haven't found any better. I know that when I go here, I will be more than satisfied with whatever service I get. I've never been disappointed and can not recommend a better salon. Hope you check it out!Read Less

I usually never write review but I was so seriously upset that I felt the need to right this. I've been going here for years prices are fair and quality of service typically superb until I walked in today. I usually just get a wax - eyebrows and upper lip. When I asked ( I was a walk in ) I waited a short bit of time before a woman rushed me into the back where she proceeded to rush through my wax ... Not only did she rush through but she got wax all over my face ripped the wax off forcefully and then proceeded to clean my face with some sort of alcohol/astringent which burned horribly - not lotion or aloe but ALCOHOL?! When she handed me the mirror I was horrified!!! She literally trimmed my eyebrows into solid caterpillars and didn't clean up the lining- she didn't shape them and left random hairs without I got plucked all over!! I left in tears with my face burning with weird not finished eyebrows.Lucky for me i had another appointment right after - I was getting my hair done and my stylist took pity and fixed my eyebrows. She had to take so much off to give a shape to what was previously done but they now look somewhat normal. Don't bother wasting your time here. I have tried many times giving this establishment a chance. I went in today at 9:30 to get a pedicure. I did not have an appointment. I was told to pick my color and then go sit at the pedicure chair. I sat there and hour with my feet in the tub and a couple of times I asked when I was going to be helped. I finally got up to leave. I was told because I didn't have an appointment I had to wait. But I was never told that originally. The workers were very rude and kept arguing with me. This salon is very nice and also very clean. They're pretty friendly and I've had my nails , done here and I love it they do great on nail but my pedicure was less then satisfactory. Actually was the worst pedicure I've ever had. The whole thing from start to finish MAYBE lasted 20 minutes. Hardly rubbed, hurt me numerous times. Just not a good job at all and so short. Will def not go here again for pedicure there are too many other places that do much better, loner job. Nails I will def return Read Less

I drive from West Chester to go to Deluxe Nails. I love coming here. They sanitize all of their tools which is a big thing for me and the girls are always nice. I have never had an experience here that I did not enjoy. This past week I went to get liquid gel nails on which I have had before and they had lasted almost 3 weeks. This time however, I don't know what happened but they were chipping by day 3. I went back in and Annie was such a doll and completely redid my entire set of nails for me at no charge to me at all. She was very apologetic and it was no hassel to me what so ever. Such great customer service!! I will continue to come back here for as long as I live in the area!! Read Less

Had the worst experience here ever. First the girl cut my toe during the pedicure and then didnt even compensate me at the end when it was time to pay and she even charged me extra for the french manicure on my daughters toes. I will never go here again. They work too fast and dont even make it a nice relaxing experience for your money. Read Less
