I went there with my daughter for a manicure and a pedicure worst service . They rushed us to pick colors and then they used unsantized stuff on us . They rushed to give us our pedicures and the lady had to do mines over 3 times because the nail polish was lumping up and it was gel . Then i went to the er with my finger because it hurt and here come to find out i have a infection growing on the side of my nail the dr said its from my manicure 😡 they used a filling drill on a lady for her corns and then came to use it on me i thought she changed the file part but my daughter told me no ! I was mad she didn't tell me sooner .. i am very upset i got them done last Saturday toes are gel and chipped gel is suppose to last!! I don’t recommend this place at all !! Great gel manicures- I hate getting a gel manicure and having my nails ground down, which some value salons do. They just apply the gel polish here, which is my strong preference to preserve my nails. They also have a great selection of gel colors. I do not like salons that use pumice stones, as they harbor bacteria. The techs even dip the pumice stone In the pedicure spa to rinse it off! And lastly, I saw a tech dilute a nail polish to stretch it. Whoops! But all complaints aside, the location is convenient and I am not deterred from returning to this salon. I met a friend here the other week, and we were both disappointed in our pedicures. The pedicure was $22. It was like a factory- hurried so they can see their next client. Today was the 2nd time I visited LA Nails. The first time (3 years ago)I got a pedicure and they were incredibly rough and made my feet red and raw. Today I went with a friend because I had a gift certificate. We were gagged by the scent of smoke and incense the moment we wanted in the door. Not incense smoke. Cigarette smoke. There were even cigarette butts in the incense burning corner, right next to the nail polish wall. We couldn't even stay because we were coughing from the smoke. We went to our cars and the lady followed us to our cars, telling us she could take us now and when we explained she kept making up excuses and blaming customers for bringing in cigarette butts in, but she was the one nearest to the smokey corner of the shop. Do not go here ever! You're better off doing your nails yourself! First, the owner LINDA is the most racist minority I've ever had the displeasure of encountering. As I was in the eye brow chair, she boldly asked me (a woman of color) why I don't go to a salon closer to my house. Uh, maybe because I like your work? Obviously my money isn't favorable here. On another occasion, we came in for an appointment. For eyebrows (which literally takes 3 minutes to do) and we were told she didn't have time and to wait OUTSIDE. So we waited for over an hour, watching other customers come and go. Finally we got tired and annoyed and walked inside. She apologized, but I'll never go again. They're not that good anyway. I have been a walk-in at all different times of the day, and different days of the week, and the longest wait time I have ever had (once) so far was about 10 min. I also like that they are open sundays too...more flexibility.Read Less

Went in with my sister who is getting married this weekend, we were both excited to just relax and enjoy our experience. When we got there the place was empty- maybe one or two other people in the building. They sat my sister first and I followed them, and one of the employees then told me I couldn't sit beside her and started to take me to a station across the room. I politely asked if we could sit beside each other and the woman mumbled something and said no and continued to walk away....the salon was empty! All of the at least 15 manicure stations were open and we couldn't sit beside each other. I wish we would have walked out at this point. So I sat down at my station and told the woman that I wanted to pay for my sister..I reminded her of this twice while she was doing my nails and somehow my sister ended up paying for her own, they completely disregarded what I said. I have had lovely pedicures here, but I recently went in for a set of acrylics for a friends wedding during a busy time. My nails were a real rush job and looked terrible; the owner also gave me a hard time about bringing my own nail polish, which seemed silly to me. I was thankful that I was only a bridesmaid so I didn't worry about people looking at my hands. Do yourself a favor and go to Nail Fantasy at Bloomfield instead, even when they are busy they do a much nicer job. Read Less

One star for eyebrow wax only! But what do you expect for a $5 job anyways. Linda did my brows. She was not personable, not gentle, hasty, and my brows ended up asymmetrical. It seems that nail salons in central PA aren't open past 7pm and are constantly booked by bridal parties (who the hell is getting married in October anyway?).  So I am on a constant search for a nail salon that has availability, great evening hours, and the ability to give me a pedicure and gel manicure simultaneously.  When I find it, I will let all you Yelpers know.In the meantime...I called Nails Studio II in Lititz and they were able to accommodate me last minute.  Their store is large (12 nail stations and 8 pedicure stations), bright, and clean.  I was given a great OPI gel manicure for only $25!!  I really liked that the UV lamps were built into the station's table and not a portable lamp contraption.  If they can do both my toes and my fingers at the same time, I will most definitely be back! A friend and I went here yesterday and each had a mani/pedi for $32.They accept credit cards - all except AmEx I believe. You must leave tips in cash, not on the card. We were both really happy with our experiences here, the place is clean, the staff was nice and friendly but not overbearing.  They seemed to have a nice assortment of colors to pick from, but again I am no expert on this so hopefully someone else will chime in.  For me - I had plenty of options.  I noticed they do the gel nails too if you want that, did not note the price though. The pedicure part of the treatment was really long and I had a nice leg and foot massage, I am guessing it's all part of the package because we did not request any of this but happily accepted it! I had Tracy who I would see again! She did a great job on shaping and cleaning up my messy sad little fingers and toes.  We noticed that they do facials and eyebrow, face, bikini, leg waxing and more.  This is where I'll be heading for my next manicure fix.
