I have been sitting here for over an hour with my feet in the water waiting for a pedicure. This is my second time here, I came with a friend, we had an appointment and arrived early!!! Now I’m sitting here with my friend while she is getting hers. When I make an appointment with a friend for a pedicure I am sorry but I expect to be getting one at the same time. My water is cold and now I’m just irritated. Don’t wanna come back here. Never been to a nail salon like this. Hope the two ladies that she gave a manicure to before gave a good tip cause I’m not. Very friendly staff and a very clean place. Tons of gel colors to choose from too. They offer a free beverage to their customers while you are getting your nails done. Prices are very reasonable; it was $40 for a gel mani and pedi. They also offer a 2 week guarantee to fix any nail for free if they are damaged. I Highly recommend! Read Less

Worst pedicure I've ever received. I wanted a spa pedicure with callus treatment, and for $35 for a spa pedicure it's basically a sub par regular pedicure. Will never come back or recommend. No wonder it wasn't crowded like the place I usually go to! Read Less

Went for a pedicure and a refill and I've been there once before and wasn't happy with the results but I figured I'd give them another try and my second experience was even worse , the gentleman who did my nails was very nice but did a horrible job the next day the polish peeled right off my nails there was barley any acrylic on my nails the polish is clumpy , I will not be going back !! I normally dont get the acrilic nails but going on vacation so wanted to look extra nice. Nails didnt last 4 days before popping off. I want to give this place 5 stars because it used to be 5 stars. They have 3 great nail techs. However the last 2 times i was in they got a new girl who is terrible at doing pedicures. And they keep sticking her with the pedicures. Its so bad that i honestly need a pedicure 2 days later. I had to find a new place. Im sad to post this cause i loved it here. Awful! They could care less if you come there. I went in as a first time customer. They were very nonchalant while saying "what are you coming in for?" I said a refill and pedi they said "it's an hour wait" and continued what they were doing. I took that as "it's an hour wait that I could care less if you wait for" no customer service! Horrible first experience.. came with my friend she signed us both in. Waited 25 min to be called and only she was called, I waited 25 more min then told they didn't have time for my acrylic gel fill, but took in 3 walk in pedicures after I had already signed in. Then I went to leave and was told to stay that they could take me now, waited 30 min more and then was told again they had no time for me. The place was a nice and clean salon and the staff was very friendly. However, I was really disappointed with the quality of my manicure. The acrylic on my nail wasn't smoothed out so they have multiple ledges on the sides of them, the nails were not completely painted, they got nail polish all over me, left old nail colors on, they were thick and bulky, the paint job was lumpy, and you could even see the brush strokes. We all go to a salon to have our nails done so they look... nice and so we don't have to do it ourselves. I do not mind at all paying a little extra for good service. I left a $20 tip. If I treat you well, I expect to be treated well in return. I asked them multiple times to fix the mistakes but they kept shrugging off my dissatisfaction. They were more concerned with taking personal phone calls and playing bad mitten outside then helping me get a simple one color paint jon properly executed. I had to go home and do it myself. Yes, the staff was very nice, and yes they have free wine. This place just opened up and I saw they were having a grand opening special until October 31st, so I decided to check it out.I got a gel manicure and really happy with the results. I have very short nails and usually worry that they will look sloppy but they did a great job. They have a list of beverages, for free, I had a diet coke since I don't drink wine (during the day). I got my brows and lip waxed and I was extremely happy as well.Everyone was very nice and attentive. Will come here again! Read Less
