Filthy dirty! Nails all over the floor, dust all over the chairs. Never coming here again the guy who did my nails was terrible he took 2 hours for a simple job that usually takes 45 min then I got my eyebrows waxed she put me in a pedicure chair and totally messed my eyebrows up who does eyebrows without proper chair while client is sitting up worst experience I will never go there again Read Less

Never again! Went there and had a girl named Amy, the water for my pedi was cold, her hair was floating in it, she my several toes bleed, didn't polish the way I said I'd like. I've been going here since Sandibel Nails closed. I've NEVER had a fungus or any other problem others have left. They are ALWAYS professional, clean and personable. My nail tech is very understanding and has explained the difference of polish and gel. I've had my nails done here 5 times, but should have stopped after the first time I for them done. I was hopeful that they would improve over time and respond to feedback. No such luck. Each time that I've had a gel manicure here. my nails start to either chip or break after a few days and ALWAYS fell off (cheap glue?) within two weeks. I always ended up then having to pay for repairs on top of the price of the manicure. I can't speak for all of the employees there, but the woman that Disney nails changed her pricing every time. I believe this was done for her benefit. I don't like to write negative reviews unless I have truly given the business and opportunity to fix their negligent practices and service and quality have remained poor. NOT RECOMMENDED unless you'd like to spend $50 a week on nails. Read Less

Went to get a full set at $27 dollars. I ended up with basically overlays. Women told me to pick a color and before I realized she was doin gel polis she baited and switched me. Now my "full set" cost me $42.50. Pick your color first and stick with it or better yet don't go here!!!!! Read Less

First time customer yesterday. Le did a great job, very gentle, excellent work, nails look awesome. I got gels mani pedi and it took around 90 minutes I think and I had plenty of time to catch my flight. I appreciated the quality work, far superior to the previous place I have gone to at Craig and Tenaya near Bow Wow Meow and Albertsons. Will go there again. I called C & V Nails and Spa and they could fit me in right away. I had a gel manicure with a sweet lady and she did a really great job (I have short little nails). Five days later and they are good as new. I know lots of people claim they keep a gel manicure for 3 weeks, but I am happy if I make it 10 days without a scratch. Read Less

LOVE this place. Best gel manicure I've found in the city. I moved further away and I still hike out here because I know they do excellent nails. All of the tools are sterilized and clean. The actual manicure pedicure service is standard. They treat and cut your cuticles, file your nails and shape them nicely, add color that lasts a long time, and double check with you before you leave to ensure that your nails are dry. Read Less

By far the best nail salon I've been too in years!!!! I've been going to this place for months now and my nails are super healthy.. With me being a hairstylist my hands are constantly in water which would cause my nails to always crack and peel.. (Not Cool!) But thanks to these guys my nails healthy and strong. I was referred to this salon by a good friend of mine and I will say now, I will never go back. The man who did my nails absolutely butchered them. I'm not close to Latrobe, about an hour drive, and it was not worth it. The man rushed through the entire process. I went in for a gel set manicure, and he didn't use gel, he used acrylic and assured me it was the same thing. Which is a lie. After everything was done I kept pointing out areas where my nails were bumpy or crooked or where the acrylic was over hanging the sides of my finger. He took nail clippers and cut off the over hang and said "better." Before that, during the buffing, he sliced open 6 of my cuticles, and dug into my nail bed. I drove back today to have them fixed after realizing that three of the acrylics were actually peeling off my fingers. He was very confrontational about fixing them. He then began to buff off the nails from yesterday and sliced my cuticles open even more. I kept telling him, but he didn't seem to care. I asked if I could have a different technician and he ignored me. I had him redo the entire set, and they are still messed up. I will never ever return here. I've gone to this nail salon several times in the last few years. It used to be nice, clean and friendly with talented nail techs. Sorry to say that recently despite giving them the benefit of the doubt several times over the last 6 month, that I will never ever set foot in this place again. Had gel nails applied 2 different times by 2 different techs and both times the polish came off in just a couple days. The gel should last almost 2 weeks. The application is sloppy and rushed and the manicure was almost nonexistent. My last pedicure with them was the absolute worst I've ever received in 20 years! My toenails were cut crooked and way too short so they got extremely sore. The tech filed my nails very roughly and now my toenail is crumbling and tearing away and the polish has come off! I've never had this problem before! They never did the leg scrub and massage and never put a topcoat on my toenails. Plus while my lousy polish job was drying they rushed me out the door despite the sign on the door saying they were open for 3 more hours. They all stood there with their purses and coats on watching me dry my toes. Needless to say that my toenails were not dry and got totally smeared!!! I have never been so blatantly mistreated in a business. Like I said, I've given them numerous chances over the last couple of months and am sorry to say that I will never ever set foot in that place again!!!! I can't warn you enough! This used to be a decent friendly place.  AVOID at all costs.  Have given this place several chances because it used to be nice.  I had gel nails done by 2 different technicians and have received sloppy applications that came off in a just a few days. I also asked for a manicure with the gel nails. Terrible terrible terrible!!! Last time my gel nails lasted 2 days and should last 2 weeks.  The last pedicure I received was the worst I've ever had in 20 years! My toenails were cut way too short and were crooked so they got really sore! They did not do the leg scrub and no top coat on my polish. They also rushed me out the door even though the sign said they didn't close for 3 more hours so my polish got smeared.  In just 2 days my polish came off and my toenails are tearing from the lousy filing job!  I have never been so blatantly mistreated in a privately owned business!  Do yourself a favor and don't even walk in this place.  They no longer care about customer service, cleanliness or atmosphere!! DO NOT GET GEL MANI HERE!Usually go here for regular manicure and pedicures and have no issue, but went this time with reservations for a wedding. Had to wait an hour to be waited on. Then the owner did my nails. The polish was applied in a hurry and very thick and sloppy. He seemed agitated when I asked him to fix it. After two days one nail chipped and by a week all the gel had fallen off. It is supposed to last two weeks. I live in hour away and refused to drive that far to get them fixed. I will stick to other places from now on. Maybe try another person here, but don't plan on the owner doing a good job. I have heard good things about Rosalee! Maybe try her! Read Less
