2.5 stars Friendly service and more congenial then most nail salons! 🚩🚩big RED FLAG! Always get your receipt!!!! Their debit card slider is behind their counter so they control it! My poor mother was double charged and had to call multiple times to get it taken care of. I have been in multiple times with varying results. I absolutely love Nail Tek. Every single person that works here is talented when it comes to nails. The family feel between all of the employees and clients is evident from the moment you walk in. Tumi has been doing my nails since July and I wouldn't go to anyone but her from this point forward. Booked an appointment for my nails in this place for the first time and and I loved it. As soon as I walked in they greeted me even thou they were very busy. Very great service and the atmosphere was awesome. First time ever I was satisfied with the shape of my nail. Brittney was very snappy, took 2 hours to do a simple gel set. Nails were crooked and claimed it was "because you're looking at them from a diffrent angle". Place seems OK, but do yourself a favor and avoid her. She needs to work on her customer service and practice her nails more, she's fresh out of cosmetology school. The end product was a 7.5/10. I really do not recommend this place. I had my nails done there a week ago. The nails are much longer on my right hand, literally none of them match up with the length on my other hand. The nail polish came off the DAY AFTER I had them done. The under side of the nails are sharp and have a ton of extra acrylic built up underneath that the nail tech did not bother dealing with at all. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere. Terrible. I swear the lady destroyed my nails on purpose. She's the one with black hair who is American and constantly complains. She sanded my nails down so much they hurt and are rough and jag on any fabric. Worst experience ever that lady is crazy Read Less

I have only been to this salon a couple of times, but I won't be going anywhere else while I live here. The salon is very welcoming and the techs are very good at what they do. I've only had my nails done by Ha and Torri, but I watch the others as well and am impressed with their work. I don't think you could go wrong with any of them. My Mom and I made an appointment early in the afternoon for 5pm. We got there at 4:50.. they took us both right away! We both had a shellac manicure done. Neither one of us have any complaints! Both nail techs had conversations with us and didn't talk amongst themselves. It took about 45 minutes for the manicure and it's the best one we've had here in Latrobe!! They didn't seem too busy when we got there nor when we left. I highly recommend Bella Nail Spa for a shellac manicure we received! Read Less

In town for a wedding and needed a quick mani/pedi and chose this place because of the good reviews, so I have to add mine! Walked in and only had to wait 10 mins. She did an awesome job on my cuticles (the main reason I ever get a manicure!) and made everything else look so quick and easy - perfect polish and overall awesome.
