When I walked in, no one greeted me or asked me what service I wanted. When I was finally asked, one of the employees said it would be a 20 minute wait, it ended up being an hour and still, no one assisted me. They seated me and showed me the color options, but then took another customer who came in after me and was getting serviced the same thing I was there for before me. Finally, I got up and left. I wish I could say that was the only time that happened, but it is not. They are in need of a vast improvement!

I went here yesterday for mother’s day and got a full set . The place was so dirty literally trash on the floor every where and the walls disgusting . The guy who did my nails rushed through them. My nails looks horrible I had to stop him several times and ask him to fix stuff . There are all uneven the shape is ugly and crooked and the paint has holes of color missing . Please avoid this nail shop at all costs they Ruined my first mother’s day

I've been going here for abt 6 yrs. They treat u good and take there time on each person. Sophie and Yee are my favors. Sophie takes her time madsages ur feet and can put u to sleep. My only negative is the place needs to be updated. I've been to other places that look good but the can't compete with S&H staff. They keep the instruments clean . They also clean the chairs after u get out of it .They could be an easy 5.

I didn't like when I first came, but I tried another technician to give them another chance. I came on the 24th of January for manicure and gel pedicure before my Vacation. The following day my pinky toe & big toe polish popped off. I hadn't even gotten in pool or ocean yet. I go there first thing this morning after getting back from Cancun. January 31,2018. And they act as if I am bothering them. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS SUCK BIG TIME. They understand your English when taking your money. But if there is a problem they seem not to comprehend well. She asked if I wanted to purchase another PEDICURE. smh

At first I was turned off because nobody greeted me.I appreciate Customer service which includes greeting your customers. The woman who did my nails was super cool. They did a good job on my feet, I got gel nail polish on both feet and hands. My finger nail chipped the next day but they fixed it with no problem. A bit pricey for me, I like reasonable prices but that is often found in the hood for nail salons.

I walked in here on Jan 1st. The salon was packed. Their work is fast and neat. The cost is beyond reasonable. The only thing lacking is they don't geeet their clients.

I have been going on and off too get my acrylics done and a few pedicures since I was 14 and this place is very good at designs especially one time I got coffin nails and wanted a pretty design the lady which I didn't ask her name but she did the whole design minus a few minor details that didn't fit also their acrylic prices are fairly affordable I will definitely go back a bonus is I live near it so it's convenient totally recommend this place

When I walked in, no one greeted me or asked me what service I wanted. When I was finally asked, one of the employees said it would be a 20 minute wait, it ended up being an hour and still, no one assisted me. They seated me and showed me the color options, but then took another customer who came in after me and was getting serviced the same thing I was there for before me. Finally, I got up and left. I wish I could say that was the only time that happened, but it is not. They are in need of a vast improvement!

At first I was turned off because nobody greeted me.I appreciate Customer service which includes greeting your customers. The woman who did my nails was super cool. They did a good job on my feet, I got gel nail polish on both feet and hands. My finger nail chipped the next day but they fixed it with no problem. A bit pricey for me, I like reasonable prices but that is often found in the hood for nail salons.
