Made an appointment for 6 pm for 3 people. My mom and I got there at 6, my sister was stuck at work and didn’t get there until 6:30. They close at 7. The owner Jin and her wonderful employees took the absolute best care of all three of us. We were there until about 7:45. We apologized for making them stay so late (something we don’t usually do) and Jin said “no don’t apologize, we thank you for your business”. I am new to the area and still looking for a nail salon. I have problematic cuticles: they are thick, grow fast and then pop if I don't take care of them frequently, causing open wounds. As a result, I get manicures every week religiously. Well, I missed a week, which caused a disastrous mess on my hands (all my fault). I came in to this salon for a regular manicure (no polish even) to have my cuticles fixed. I explained to Sunny my problem with cuticles, that they need to be trimmed as much as she can possibly trim, and she basically still half-assed it. At first she simply pushed them in and just touched the sides of my nails. I asked her to take off more because I will have wounds otherwise in a week. She still didn't seem to understand. I don't know. Manicures are not just about pretty polish and color, it's so much more than that. Your actual nails and cuticles need to look soft and taken care of. I am attaching a picture of what my nails looked like after I left the salon.On a good note, I will say that the salon is very clean. They only do regular manicures and gel (no acrylics, etc) there and they have a variety of various pedis. The staff is friendly. I decided to try this salon since it's fairly close to my house so I made an appointment. I had to wait 20 minutes past my appt because they were over booked. Service was ok but felt a little rushed. Went here for the first time last week. The staff was nice and welcoming, the owner offered water/beverages to all customers. I couldn't get over the variety of polish colors, enjoyed the heating pad around my neck while I was getting my nails done. The atmosphere was relaxing and well kept. Came here this evening based on YELP reviews. I was serviced by Jin who did my mani and Sunny handled my pedi. I arrived at 6:05 & was greeted asked to sign in and seated immediately. Jin was so welcoming and engaging. So offered me a beverage as she tidied up her station. She asked if it was ok if she did my mani and then we moved over to the pedi bowl where she painted me nails while I luxuriated in the Spa chair and Sunny finished up with my pedi.The salon is very clean, quiet... soft instrumental music playing which I enjoyed. HGTV was on mute and can be seen from every station. All the associates wore black. It cost me $43 for both services which I think was well worth it. I would recommend especially due to the top notch customer service. Jin engages every customer took interest in not just the service that was being provided but had personal conversations with the regulars and us newbies she inquired about how we found the salon. Recently moved to the area and I was looking for a spot to do my nails and eyebrows. So far I am impressed with this location that I don't even mind spending more here. Today, I got my eyebrows done for the second time and Sunny was the one who assisted me. Due to another location messing up my eyebrow shape and taking too much off, it is now taking me a lot of time for it to regrow. I explained this to Sunny and she listened. I have been looking for a new nail salon since I just recently moved into the North Wales area. A friend of mine recommended Posh. I went to Posh Nails for the first time yesterday and it was absolutely perfect. The service was impeccable, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the owner Jin she recognized that I was new to her salon which to me shows great customer service. All the technicians were so friendly and forthcoming. They asked if I was okay and comfortable a few times as well as asking if I wanted anything to drink throughout my manicure and pedicure. They placed my purse in a basket on the floor next to me so it didn't have to sit in the ground and the overall ambiance of the salon is absolutely perfect and relaxing with music playing in the background. Posh is simply fantastic! Jin, Sunny, and all the girls are always so wonderful! The salon itself is open and airy, clean, and modern. I work around the corner and tried them months ago for a lunch break pick-me-up and I've been a regular bi-weekly customer ever since! My gel manicures always last, I've only ever had lifting and peeling on one occasion and it was during a stretch where I was doing lots of cleaning and went to the beach as well (sand, sun, and water are harsh on even the best polishes). I was really looking forward to getting my nails done here since it had such great reviews, but unfortunately I don't have a positive one to write myself. After only a couple of days my gel manicure is already peeling off. She started working on my cuticle without letting my hands soak properly in water, and now I have dry cuticles all around my nails. I am upset that when a gift card purchase didn't work for my daughter to use for her services she was told that you would look into it and contact me and sent her on her way But when she shows up for another service you ask her for that money without even contacting me or figuring out why this happened. It was my first time going there and while people were really nice, they did not deliver on the nail art. If you want to get basic colors or basic color gel nails, it's a good place to go but they don't seem to have colors that pop a bit - like mint for gel nails. Also, the place was clean and people were friendly offering water and having other drinks available. However, if you want nail art done, go somewhere else since it looks like I drew my on nail art at home. What should have been crisp black straight lines are wobbly and unevenly colored.Edit: The owner Jin Hee contacted me via Yelp and let me know that she would re-do my nails for free. So I went in and she did a WONDERFUL job with my nails and made sure I was completely satisfied each step of the way. I would totally recommend Posh Nails and if you are wanting highly detailed nail art done, go see Jin Hee as she does an amazing job and makes sure that you are happy with the results each step of the way. If you want a wonderful pedi experience, this the place!  I highly recommend the jelly pedicure- very relaxing. I request Chloe - she's wonderful but heard great reviews about all the techs. Went there for the first time today. Had a spa mani and spa pedi. Wonderful experience. Very relaxing atmosphere and spa like. The ladies are terrific and very professional. They give you a nice chair massage in between treatments. The only thing I would say to make this experience better is to allow tips to be put on your credit/debit card. I was surprised and felt bad that I couldn't do that. I only had so much cash on me and would definitely have given a better tip if this was an option. It was a bit awkward. This place is awesome! The owner is a smart, savy and kind business woman and all of the nail artists are just as professional. I went with my soon to be mother and sister in law and they treated us very well and quickly. We all got mani pedis and they gave us awesome foot massages, hand massages and shoulder massages! Shout out to my personal pedicurist Ace who was fabulous and so gentle. They also use hot stones and heated pads. You Really do what you're paying for. I had a mishap with my nail polish, and I realized I hated it after I left: I came back two hours later and Sunny, my manicurist easily re-did it with 0 attitude and smiles on her face!! The owner kept asking me if I liked it and if I was happy. Not only that, but sunny refused to take my tip 2nd time around! How professional! You can tell these people don't just care about money but about customer satisfaction as well. What's keeping me away from the 5 star is that I had to go back because of the nail polish mishap (misunderstanding with manicurist) and that some parts of the nail cleaning were a little bit rushed. I just had a very relaxing pedicure for $39. They had piano music playing from the speakers which was soothing. Jin is great and very nice. 45 minute pedicure with a 10 minutes massage and 5 minute hot rocks massage. I also had a heating pad on my neck and a quick neck head massage. I will be back here again! Terrible. While my pedicure was great and relaxing I am not happy with the rest of my experience. First let me say I went in asking for a new set of nails or a refill. I wanted their opinion and whether or not I should get a refill or new set. They kept insisting I cut my nails done and file them to be more natural. I was hesitant as I always have long nails but figured why not. First off they didn't even refill them with any acrylic instead just filed them down to nothing and in the process hurt my cuticles to the point where they were burning. I should have stopped them right there but figured I might as well finish. When I was done I was not pleased with my nails. I figured I was just not used to them being so short and shrugged it off thinking they'll grow out whatever. When I went to pay I handed the lady my credit card and when she handed me the receipt to sign for it I was in shock. It was $83. I have never paid that much for nails in my life, especially not ones I didn't really like. I was mortified but just signed the receipt and quickly walked out. A week later not only is the gel on my nails chipping but my actual nails are so thin and breaking. Had they done what I asked and put acrylic on them I wouldn't be so upset but apparently I paid $83 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Total ripoff if you ask me and I will not be returning ! Pros: The place is beautiful, clean and very upscale. Nails are done quickly and efficiently and there is a discount if you use cash. Free beverages as well.Cons: service can be poor if you come at a busy time. We came at 1:30pmon a Tuesday and waited 30 minutes when they told us we would only have to wait 10 minutes. The woman who did my pedicure got up at least 4 times to tend to her phone and others. She didn't even tell me when she was done. Another worker provided me with a back massage while my toes dried and later they wrapped my feet so that I could walk out in my shoes, which is how they redeemed their score. Read Less

Great salon. First time here on Saturday for a pedi and gel mani.  I made an appt and was seen as soon as I arrived that morning. I wasn't sure what color polish I wanted, so I described the look and they picked the perfect color. I love it! The inside of the salon is very clean and well taken care of.
