I visited the salon today after searching online. I am from out of the area and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service provided by the staff as well as the hospitality offered. Based on my experience I am considering traveling back just to have my nails done again in the very near future. The attention to customers was fabulous!!

I went to get acrylics and French tips. People were great and service was too. but the finished result of my nails were not too great. the person did NOT push back my cuticles before starting the process. she glued the nail to my skin and also did not fill the whole nail with the acrylic mixture. After the mixture was dried, she did not remove all the excess mixture that was left behind. I had to go home and do that myself. overall, I liked the friendliness of the place but will not be going back.

This is my favorite salon in the area hands down. I have been coming to this place since I was thirteen years old with my mom and sister. I have been to other salons with friends over the years, and no other place compares not only to their prices and quality but to their customer service and hospitality. I love Tracey and the women who make you feel welcome and wonderful about yourself as soon as you enter the place of business!

I had an amazing deluxe pedi here. There is a little room with two pedicure chairs which felt cozy. I went on a weekday, so I didn't have to wait or anything. An excellent service.

Their prices are great services are good but some times I feel like they rush me through. I spent 45 minutes feeling like i was not there. The girls were speaking their native language and basically not paying attention to their customers. I felt a little awkward and so did the customer sitting next to me.. One of the girls noticed our awkwardness and started speaking English witch did help. But over all it is a good place

For as many friendly staffers they have there, there are equally as many unfriendly staff members. It's really the luck of the draw. Overall appearence = not good! Everything seems very disorganized and lacks overall cleanliness. I know it's an old store, but there is acrylic dust everywhere, posters on the wall are faded and stained, I'm afraid to sit on the couches in the waiting area because they are gross. Sometimes a very long wait to get nails done, and the head boss doesn't really pay a whole lot of attention to you, so your never sure if they forgot you or not.

I visited the salon today after searching online. I am from out of the area and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service provided by the staff as well as the hospitality offered. Everything seems very disorganized and lacks overall cleanliness.
