Professional, very clean salon with wonderful friendly staff. Prices are fair but they do charge more than the listed price for a gel manicure if they have to remove your old gel polish even if they applied your old polish. This is the only thing that my friends and I wished they would've disclosed on the price list or verbally before our manicures were started as most nail salons do not charge extra for polish removal. We thought it was very nice and thoughtful that the owner had offered glasses of wine to all customers. We were there on a Friday evening after a very long and stressful day at work. I have been going to HOT NAILs for approximately 18 years, every week. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I NEVER experienced rude behavior so I am shocked that there are a few negative comments about their experience. Debbie, Philip and the nail technicians are extremely professional, VERY clean and go out of their way to make sure their clients are pleased with their services. They even come around (during night appointments) to ask if clients would like a complimentary glass of wine. Their spa pedicures are so relaxing and they have many different choices depending on your needs. I personally love the hot stone pedicure! They are usually busy but they always make sure, if you are a walk in, that you know the wait time before sitting down. Just went to get my nails done yesterday and for the 2nd time in three visits, I HATE my nails. They're so overbooked so they just rush and don't do a good job anymore. The owner (Debbie) also yelled at me yesterday when I asked if someone was available to do my eyebrows! I understand being busy and stressed, but yelling at a customer and at your employees is ridiculous. Debbie also talks about her clients behind their backs to OTHER clients! Hot Nails is fire. Staff - amazing (many employees, all very skilled, friendly, and under excellent management). Interior - amazing (bright, luxurious, spacious, modern, has fire places). Offerings - amazing (they have a menu for pedicures with lots of pampering add ons - I almost fell asleep during my foot massage and the lady next to me actually did! They also have all the latest colors). Nail art - amazing (see photos). First time I ever went was the eve of Christmas Eve, two years ago, and they got me right in and did amazing work even though they were closing in an hour or so. I love going to hot nails. It the best nail salon around. Debbie does my nails and I love them every time she does them. All the girls their are great to. Everyone is friendly and nice. It is nice and clean and it look great in inside . It easy to make appointment or just walk in. If something happen to any of your nails when leave. Just go back and they will fix it. Hands down, this was the BEST pedicure I've ever had. I went for my first pedicure on Thursday, and the woman that did mine was friendly and took her time. I loved getting to choose what I wanted in my Spa Pedicure (I chose the Chamomile), and I had a wonderful massage included. This will be the only place I go from now on. I will never go to another salon! They take their time and aren't just trying to rush you out. The atmosphere is high quality spa without those prices. For the same price I was paying at another local place I get impeccable service and a spa experience. Yesterday they offered us a complimentary glass of wine while getting pedicures which I assume happens regularly. I stopped getting gel manicures because every time they chipped within a day.
