One of my best friends family are the owners of this salon. All bias aside, it's a lovely place! I love the decor inside, it reminds me of a Tiffany's jewelry store with the chandelier and all. The staff are very friendly, quick and professional. I have visited here frequently and I always leave satisfied with how my nails look. They do an amazing job, I would highly recommend! Got a gel mani and pedi on a Friday. By Saturday morning I needed another mani- 9 out of 10 nails were chipped and/or polish coming off. They skipped steps during the mani...Called them to let them know how poor of a job they did and that I would need them to correct my mani. They said I could come back and get my nails done over. Waited over an hour before they even began to soak off the polish. This is not the 1st time I had received a bad mani/pedi from this place. Awful experience. Came here last week for a Refill,  toe polish change and eyebrow wax.   The lady (at table 4) was an awful experience from start to finish.  eyebrows were mainly tweezed,refil was poorly done, not how i liked, the nail i needed replaced she just touched up.  I left and 1 broke, 12hrs later another broke.  I've never had that issue in 10 years of acrylics.  Called the manager,  scheduled an appt to be fixed for a few days later at 11, went in, dat til 1230 and left.  RESCHEDULED an appointment. came in, manager redid my nails...then CHARGED ME for the polish. Needless to say, my nails look awful, no consistency,  crooked, some short- others still long. WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK!!! Read Less

Finally found my favorite nail place! Knowledgeable staff, super clean and great selection of nail polishes! I always leave happy and my nails last for a long time without chipping! I went here based on reviews from others and because I was told they do really good designs. I found a super simple design and asked if they could do it. They said yes and honestly they didn't even seem to care that they didn't do what I asked them. When she put the top coat on and I told her she smudged the design she told me oh no its OK Read Less

Had an appointment but still had to wait. Pedicure was so rushed that it hurt & it was really nothing more than a poorly done polish change. No filing, uneven cut down & polish all over my skin. I will NEVER return. Whatever happened to quality service? Read Less

I used to love going here, but since Jen left this place has gone down hill. Not only does it take FOREVER for them to actually do your nails, but they are done so sloppy that they don't last two weeks. I walk out with my skin stuck to the nail, acrylic all over my cuticles and horribly shaped and unsmooth filed nails. This is the 2nd time my nails are not only ugly but they also haven't even lasted a week. Waste of money going here. Read Less

Went to 320 Nail Studio for the first time.  Chose them only because they were the only place open on a Sunday and I desperately needed a manicure and pedicure.   Tiffany was extraordinarily personable and accommodating, did a fabulous job, and I felt the prices were terrific.  Will absolutely return! I had an appointment for 1:00 for 2 and we made it aware that we did. We picked out the colors as usual and we sat down and waited, about 10 mins later 2 walk-ins came in and they got their nails done before us. Very disappointed in that. We didn't get our nails done until around 2:45, I usually don't mind waiting but for an hour and a half that's too much. When I eventually got my nails done she kept talking on the phone and getting distracted by other things. When I asked to make my nails a little shorter she sighed like I was asking for to much. The nails turned out great in the end but if you don't mind the wait and the slightly rude employees then I would recommend. Read Less

So the four star is because I don't like the fact that they charge children the same amount for manicure and pedicures as an adult since you don't have to do the same amount of work but anyway, the place is really clean and over Chi did a nice job. Erika has been doing my nails (acrylic with gel) every two weeks for a year and a half. She does an awesome job; the polish stays put, the acrylic is done nicely, and she never rushes you out the door! Love this girl and this place. An Awesome group of people work here! Read Less

Gel polish would peel in a day on me, tried muliple salons. Tried 320, it stayed on for a week, toes a month. I again have acrylics and go back every 3 to 4 weeks and they stay on. Other salons they didn't. Their prices are awesome and they remember you. Read Less

Salons are hit or miss and this was a miss. Acrylic nails were very rushed and the lines weren't straight, color started chipping off the next day, massage would have been nice with the pedicure all they really did was rub stuff on your legs... no actually massage, plus eyebrows were really rushed and didn't really pluck any extra hairs. Definitely going to try a new place because good money should never be waisted. Read Less

I came here for a pedicure last weekend and a week later (with 4 days at the beach), my polish is still intact -- and that doesn't always happen after a pedicure! Everyone at the shop seemed friendly and the girl that did my nails actually spoke to me. My only complaint -- and the reason I'm giving 4 stars -- is that my pedicure felt rushed. I was maybe only in the chair for 20 minutes and hardly got a massage, which is the best part of a pedicure for me. However, it was only $20 so I suppose that's why not much time was spent on that.If I need a quick pedicure in the future, I'll definitely be coming back. But if I'm looking to relax, I'll be going somewhere else. I also want to come back for a gel manicure and a design, which seems to be this place's specialty. Read Less

I love this place! This is the only place I have found that can do the designs I want. Andy is awesome and their prices are great. Often it is less than $35 for a full set and design. The only complaint I have is that they are usually very busy and the wait can be awhile. But that's good for them! They are all super sweet there and it is very clean. Read Less

Love this place! My biggest complaint about nail salons is that I feel like a number, not a person. A girl at a local coffee shop recommended I go to them and I couldn't be  happier with the service I received! I went in for the first time last week for a full set with a nail design on each nail. They had several huge portfolios of work that they had done and more polish colors than I've ever seen at a salon. The girl that did my nais, Jennifer, introduced herself to me and I showed her some photos of designs i wanted on my nails. She did a fabulous job! She had a conversation with me the entire time. When i left, she gave me her business card with her name on it and told me she will see me in two weeks. This was the only time I have ever felt as though my business was appreciated at a nail salon. I'll definitely be back in two weeks for a refill with Jennifer! :) Read Less
