I bought an eyelash extension package with the fill in on Groupon. My natural eyelashes where very VERY short at the time and the girl proceeded to go with demo package for my VERY short lashes instead of just rescheduling for the time eyelashes grew back a little. Two days later most of my extensions fell off. I called the spa and they said they’d schedule my next appointment a month in advance so the lashes grow out. Soooo, when I came to my appointment my eyelashes grew long ( after using different serums) and when the girl looked at my much longer lashes she said that I should buy another over $100 package so we can do a session with my new grown lashes. She can’t perform a full session at this time because she didn’t know that my lashes would be this long!! What in the world is happening here?? I spent $110 for a two day “demo” package?? I am so disappointed with this salon! I did not expect this big of a screw over (so to say) AT ALL. I have never written any bad experience response online in my entire life. But this! This deserves some justice.

Very clean, sophisticated atmosphere. Personable experience and priced appropriately. Nia did not rush to complete the manicure i had scheduled, which was nice to feel like the spa personel were not in a hurry to do the job and expect money for a crappy manicure/experience. Nia took care of my nails the way your nails should be taken care of. She was gentle and precautious. Other chain salons are not as gentle and use dremolins to cut your cuticles which have made my cuticles bleed, Nia did not. Nothing but positivity for spa la vie!

I went here with a Groupon voucher. My inital phone contact was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My actual experience was so/so. The manicure and pedicure was very well done, but when I walked in, the technician was on a personal cell phone call which she made no attempt to end quickly once she saw me walk in. Other negatives were the uncomfortable pedicure chairs and the fact that the display shelves, etc were very dusty and dirty looking. I'd probably go again if I had a discount voucher but not at full price.

I've visited this Spa la Vie for faux lash services and then recently a lash boost. My experiences have always been great. The staff and owner are welcoming, knowledgeable, and know how to treat their customers. I originally came in with a Groupon and Spa la Vie has won my business and made me a regular visitor. I highly recommend this place.

Lovely ambiance. Awesome variety of unique services. I am totally addicted to my lash extensions and get compliments out in public for them often. The culture there is also wonderful, rewarding clients for their loyalty coming back and listening to the request and needs of clients. Easy to access from rt 30 and plenty of parking.

I found Spa la Vie to be very inviting. Leah and Erika were wonderful to work with, kind, and professional. The facilities are clean and well kept. On top of that, the treatments I had done worked wonderfully. I had their toning facial done as well as lipolight. With the facial toning I noticed my jaw line looked firmer and more defined after only a few treatments. Now that I am finished all 5, I am very happy with the results. As for the lipolight, I lost a total of 5 inches around my waist after 6 treatments. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for an affordable yet relaxing spa treatment.

Nia is absolutely top notch at what she does. My nails always look great after a service. I have chronic pain and she goes above and beyond to make my pedicures free of pain. I also appreciate that, in addition to a perfect pedicure, she has never asked invasive questions about my scars. I highly recommend Nia especially for anyone who has dealt with overly intrusive pedicurists. She has a relaaxing aura and great technique.

I will say that my actual in-salon experience was mostly wonderful. The nail technician was not talkative at all, but that happens. I received both a classic pedicure and a gel manicure. My greatest issue with my service was the durability of the product. I have had gel manicures before that have lasted weeks so I expected the same from this manicure. Unfortunately, some of the nails developed bubbles on them the same day and by day 6, 4 of my 10 nails were peeling off. Needless to say, I would never get this service at Spa la Vie again.

This place is amazing! I worked with Amy she was soo nice and easy to talk to. It was my first time ever getting a massage and she walked me through it so I knew what to expect and it was extremely relaxing. I also did the Billion Dollar Brow wax and tinting it was worth it my eyebrows have never looked this good! I recommend this place to everyone! They are very friendly and the place is so cute and relaxing

I bought an eyelash extension package with the fill in on Groupon. My natural eyelashes where very VERY short at the time and the girl proceeded to go with demo package for my VERY short lashes instead of just rescheduling for the time eyelashes grew back a little. Nia did not rush to complete the manicure i had scheduled, which was nice to feel like the spa personel were not in a hurry to do the job and expect money for a crappy manicure/experience. Nia took care of my nails the way your nails should be taken care of. She was gentle and precautious. I found Spa la Vie to be very inviting. Leah and Erika were wonderful to work with, kind, and professional. The facilities are clean and well kept. On top of that, the treatments I had done worked wonderfully. I had their toning facial done as well as lipolight. With the facial toning I noticed my jaw line looked firmer and more defined after only a few treatments. Now that I am finished all 5, I am very happy with the results. As for the lipolight, I lost a total of 5 inches around my waist after 6 treatments. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for an affordable yet relaxing spa treatment.

Nia is absolutely top notch at what she does. My nails always look great after a service. I have chronic pain and she goes above and beyond to make my pedicures free of pain. I also appreciate that, in addition to a perfect pedicure, she has never asked invasive questions about my scars. This place is amazing! I worked with Amy she was soo nice and easy to talk to. It was my first time ever getting a massage and she walked me through it so I knew what to expect and it was extremely relaxing.
