AWFUL!!! ALL THE BAD REVIEWS YOU SEE ARE TRUE!! I had the same experience as many others! Went in with my mom, I got a fill and she got a full set of acrylics. They RUSHED for no reason, we were literally done at the same time. She didn't ask me to wash my hands before painting my nails? Filed very badly, didn't put on enough coats of polish. My mom's nails look awful, super thick and so badly filed. Also they way overcharged?? It was like $70??? Horrible!!!!!! All my nails are awfully thick and totally uneven. The acrylic is stuck to the sides of my fingers so now the sides of my fingers are fused to the nail. I was a customer here for over 18 years but after my last pedicure I will never return. The quality of service has been going downhill since the new owners took over but I hoped things would get better. However, when both people in my party can see right through our polish and I ask very nicely for another coat and I am told “no” you have just lost my business. 18 years and you can afford a 3rd coat of polish? Went to get my acrylic taken off my natural nails and redone. Well instead of soaking like any other salon she literally ripped them off with a fake nail by forcing it in between my nail and acrylic. It didn't hurt but it did pull off some layers of my already thin and brittle nails. Now she convinced me to do a solar acrylic because it's thinner and stronger I said fine then she did the nail color now I never once got up to wash my hands.. So i got my eyebrows done and upper lip my bill came out to $75.00 how the hell? Ok fine my nails came out pretty good not perfect my eyebrows were ok but I'm still trying to figure out how the hell my bill was so much..not willing to spend that kind of money again. Read Less

Got a full set of acrylic nails. My nail tech was hardly paying attention to what she was doing. She didn't do my cuticles at all. She also didn't even cover my nails completely either. Okay; I've had many pedicures in my life, and this was by FAR the worst. Firstly, the place is FILTHY. That should have been our first clue. We got the spa pedicure, and they kept trying to get me to have the deluxe and go for gel, which I politely told them numerous times I didn't want. My "spa pedicure" took a whopping 15 minutes, and they were crazy rude. The female nail tech kept reprimanding my mom and had an attitude, which was so unprofessional. Went in to get gel nails. I waited for about 30 minutes before my manicure, which didn't bother me since they seemed pretty busy. However my nails were done in literally 10 minutes, which is not usual for a gel manicure. The next day, 2 of the gels came off my nails, so I went back in to the salon that day and a different woman than the one that originally did my nails fixed them. Then, 2 days later I had to go back into the salon because 2 more nails had peeled off. The First Lady proceeded to fix only those nails and apologized, but when I asked her to redo the rest of my nails since all the original gel seemed to be a waste, the lady did not fix them. Now, a week later I am hoping to get my money back since all the original gel nails have since peeled off and when I called on the phone, they seemed very displeased that I was asking for my money back, even though I have been in there 3 times within the past week. Not a great experience at all. The lady who worked on my nails was rude and rushed. I accidentally stepped on my toe nail as I got out of the pedi chair and she acted as if I tried to do it. Additionally, she painted my nails in under two minutes and did not file them at all. The polish had already begun to chip after one day. I went there for a normal manicure and I kid you not I was there for maybe 5 minutes. She did my nails so fast. They were not cut evenly and it looked like a 5 year old painted them, when I said something she kinda gave me an attitude and asked for the money. I definitely did not tip. This place has gotten to be horrible. The last two times I was here I felt rushed and my nails turned out horrible. Both the technicians I had tried to upsell me the entire time rather than let me relax. I just had a "spa" pedicure done for $30 and it literally took her 15 minutes to do it. This place doesn't even deserve a 1. I paid $60 for a full set of acrylic that was ombre with pink and white. Please tell me how the fuck do you charge someone like that, from using nail polish. Me being the nice person I am, I still proceeded to pay (what a idiotic move) Not only was I being burned with the file, I was also stopped and interrupted for at least 15 minutes for them to give another customer that came AFTER me a pedicure. 2 weeks later, I am now trying to get my nails off with acetone and it's nearly impossible, I honestly feel like they cemented the acrylic to my nails For those reading this, please, by all means do NOT waste your time and money on this place. I was there with my friend and we had an appointment for pedicures. We waited about 10 mins which was fine. The pedicure from start to finish lasted 12 minutes!! It was terrible!! No buffing on my left foot at all!! Enough massage to rub the lotion in and that was it!! I haven't had a pedicure all winter so I needed this!! I went there to get a pedicure and full set a young guy did my nails. Was told my toes were dried and put my shoes back on to come home and find out they were not dried. Then went to work this morning and the paint is chipping off my design nails. I asked for gel nails got the gel but the design I believe was not gel. I spent 95 dollars there. Will not go back again. Went in to get my eyebrows waxed. Was taken back to the room and it's dark and the person who is going to take care of me is sleeping on the cot. Now I've gone to this place for years and never had this experience. So while he is getting ready to do my eyebrows he asked about my lip and pointed to the corner and said there is some hair there. I told him I never had my lip done and asked if it would hurt, of course he said no. So he does my lip and I replied that it hurt. So he rushes me out of the room which seemed odd because Donna always would give you a mirror so you could check to see if you were ok with her work. So as I'm driving home I tell my sister my lip hurt and I look in the mirror and have one long BURN and three smaller burns on my upper lip. Awesome place. They do fantastic work, nice artwork on my nails. Very caring and try hard to create beautiful nails. I have never been dissatisfied and I have gone there for the past 4 years. I get gel polish and it lasts and I get many compliments. All the girls do a nice job, but Donna is especially good. She does really nice designs and I almost always let her pick my color and design. If the health department walked in, they would be SHUT DOWN. Nothing was sterilized and they didn't wipe down stations between customers. The lady that did my nails was rude and very rushed, she wasn't even looking at my nails as she was filing and shaping them. Have been going here for over 2 yrs and loved them all except the guys but then they moved into the bigger spot and they got way busier and always in a rush never took their time anymore and more than once over charged me. Also once I sat down in a chair Lady started me and another customer came in asking for a pedicure. My lady was gonna give me to someone else just to do her pedicure then told the lady 45 minutes so she was rushing to get me done my nails looks hideous I went 2 weeks later and went somewhere else and had them take that set off and start over. My lady cut around my toenail way too deep, resulting in me waking up the next morning with an incredibly swollen, red, and probably infected toe. I can't walk or sleep. I went to get my nails done. They couldn't get my previous gel off of my nails, which is fine, but she ended up ripping it off which broke my nails off. The paint job was just as bad. She was super rushed, and my polish is all over, so now I have to look at these ugly nails for a couple of weeks. Side note, before she started my nails, she put lip close on her lips with her finger, blew her nose, and then started my nails without washing her hands. I think your experience here really depends on which nail tech you have. Sometimes you have to wait, a problem easily solved if you call ahead for an appointment. I get acrylics on my hands and I've had a few here from a certain nail tech that didn't seem to care what the outcome was. But then Lynn did my nails. Finally, somebody who would listen to what I want done, how I like them shaped and designed! Bring in the beauty industry myself, I know exactly what I want and how I want it.  Lynn does an awesome job every single time. She's very particular and pays attention to details. She is clean as well. It's only 17 for a fill and I believe gel polish on top is 10 more, so I usually opt for that. With the gel polish, you don't have to wait for them to dry and they give a much better protective layer. If going here, I suggest calling ahead and asking for Lynn. I give 5 stars because Lynn gives me an awesome job every time.UPDATE: sadly my tech, Lynn no longer works here. I went in for a pedi and had another tech of course. I forgot how I was treated here. Lynn softened the blow of terrible customer service from the owners by providing her own fantastic skills. Without her there now, all the realizations of the way customers are treated here came to me. The tech was 15 minutes late for my appointment. No apology, nothing. Sped up my pedi and hardly had time to enjoy it as people were still pouring in. I watched countless folks be turned away. If they are that busy, it's probably time to hire a new tech to fill the empty space Lynn left behind. Sloppy polish job. I went Here for my birthday to get my nails done. I got the basic acrylic nail with a solid color. Things were awkward at first because she didn't talk at all or make me feel welcomed. Then she told me " its to hard to do your nail too short, stop biting your nails". No one has ever complained to me like that before so I was kinda confused. Then she used the drill thing to push back my cuticle and made my finger bleed. Then the nails were on and she began to paint and didn't even paint the whole nail there were blank spots all over. I don't seem to have near the trouble that many of the reviewers said they have. I go weekly to have my nails polished (natural nails) and throw in a random pedicure or toe polish in there every so often. I've always been greeted and if not taken right away I have been told how long the wait would be. I've never received a bad polish or felt like I was being hurried out. In fact, I often sit there 15-20 minutes to wait for my nails to dry because I know I will smudge them if they aren't completely dry. The techs are always very nice and will have a conversation with me while they are working. Many of the girls say hello, since they see me in there every week. I don't go on Friday-Sunday because it can be really busy. Sometimes even a Monday is busy. I tend to go Tues-Thurs during the morning/early afternoon to beat the crowd. Prices are very reasonable.$6 for a polish, $12 for a manicure, $10 for a toe polish, $25 for a pedicure and $32 for a pedicure and a manicure. Read Less

Even though they do a good job they are very rude people!  I just spent $70 on pedicure and fill ( tip included) and they rushed me out door (my nails weren't fully dried yet).
