This was the worst gel manicure I have ever gotten. First the man and woman working in the store repeatedly rushed me to pick a color when there was only one client there and no one in line. Second, the man doing my nails made comments about my cuticles throughout the manicure. He also used the electric file that they used for tips on my nail which I have NEVER had done. When I expressed that I was concerned and asked what he was doing with it, he didn't explain at all and basically pressured me into letting him do that. Third, he cut my cuticles so low that my cuticle bed was bleeding and never acknowledged that and when I commented that I was bleeding, he never apologized or even explained. Lastly, my gel manicure lasted only a week. They started chipping off within 3 days. These people are rude as hell and need to learn business etiquette and manners, as well as actually delivering a good product. DO NOT GO HERE. My nails were damaged from this for weeks.

Bad experience. I know it was whoever did my nails because my bff got a guy do hers and they looked great! When I got home I had to file them to make them straight and there was nail glue on my skin. ...
Bad experience. I know it was whoever did my nails because my bff got a guy do hers and they looked great! When I got home I had to file them to make them straight and there was nail glue on my skin. And with my pedicure the gel polish wasn’t even on half of my toenail. Not going back.

One of the worst waxing experiences I have ever had. I had wax in my hair and on my face when I got home, I was just as hairy as when I walked in the door except they managed to take a chunk of hair out of my eyebrow that should have been there. She used so much wax on my lip that it almost went into my mouth and then proceeded to wax my actual lip. She also used the broken end of the stick to apply the wax and scratched my face with it. Definitely not a good experience and I will never be going back there and advising others to stay away from there as well.

Had a great experience here went to the Avalon a few months back and will never return there the lady who did my nails filed through my nails .. The Nailery was nice when filing my nails cause of the older damage fixing what they could as they refilled my acrylic nails .. I would definitely return..

Love this place...close and convenient to my job. Right off Manheim Pike in quiet shopping center. But use entrance off Granite Run Dr for exit....turning on to 72 can be tricky during rush-hour!! Alw...
Love this place...close and convenient to my job. Right off Manheim Pike in quiet shopping center. But use entrance off Granite Run Dr for exit....turning on to 72 can be tricky during rush-hour!! Always get great service and a manicure done right. Pink and Whites are amazing!! Thanks you guys!!

This was the worst gel manicure I have ever gotten. First the man and woman working in the store repeatedly rushed me to pick a color when there was only one client there and no one in line. Second, the man doing my nails made comments about my cuticles throughout the manicure. He also used the electric file that they used for tips on my nail which I have NEVER had done. Bad experience. I know it was whoever did my nails because my bff got a guy do hers and they looked great! When I got home I had to file them to make them straight and there was nail glue on my skin. And with my pedicure the gel polish wasn’t even on half of my toenail. Not going back.

One of the worst waxing experiences I have ever had.
