I will never go back here. He convinced me to get the new "dip" nails instead of gel, claiming it would last 4 weeks, it wouldn't peel on the edges like gel polish does, and my nails would be stronger and healthier than ever. My nails looked nice for about a week, then started to peel up just like gel nails do. After taking the dip off, my nails are so weak, brittle and damaged. Like other reviews I read, there was no "manicure." He didn't touch my cuticles once and never applied any lotion. I also got a french pedi. It lasted 2 days before it started to chip off in big chunks. When I went to pay, I handed him my credit card and he made me feel like I was doing something wrong. He told me I needed to pay with cash, if I didn't have cash, I should to go into the other room and use their ATM. I said I'm sorry, but I'd really prefer to use my card. He said no, cash is better, go get cash from the ATM. Finally after asking him again, he said fine, but next time you have to bring cash. I felt so embarrassed. They have no signs that indicate they are a cash only salon. For both services I was charged $80 and it was definitely not worth it. Went there for the first time on Saturday. I don't mind paying for quality work but this place is way over-priced for what they provide. I scheduled an appointment to avoid being rushed. The man and woman working there were working on 6 people at one time, making it impossible to focus on one customer at a time. I paid $35 plus tip for nails I could have done myself. I came home and my boyfriend looked at my nails and said his 5 year old daughter could have done a better job. Not to mention they nickel and dime you for everything on their price list and ask very intrusive and personal questions then pass judgement on you for your answers. I will never go back to this place and you shouldn't either. A waste of money. If I even thought they would give me a refund I would demand one but I'm sure I wouldn't be the first to walk out empty handed. Read Less

I went for the first time at this location, 2 weeks ago. I tried the dip nails, I really love the application and the look of my nails however, you don't actually get a "manicure" Brian, did my nails and he buffed and filed applied the dip and the clear coats, never touched my cuticles, never applied any lotion or hand massage that most people associate with the procedure of a manicure. For $40 I didn't feel like I was getting my monies worth. Brian was VERY talkative, maybe a little too talkative. He mentioned it was going to take a lot of time to make me "pretty" I don't know if he meant my nails or my appearance. The facility was clean and tidy and they seem to have loyal clientele, I'm still iffy on whether I would go again, they are only one of the few nail salons with dip, that may be the only reason I return. Omg the friendliest, cleanest, brightest place in the county to get your nails done. I've been to plenty around and this is my favorite. Try the dip nails, they are better for your actual nails, lighter and stay on longer. I have five kids and acrylics don't last a week on my hands before popping off. I go here for pedicures and find the salon clean and welcoming .  The couple, Brian & Nicole, who run the business are always kind and work very hard.  I think the prices are reasonable and they do a nice job.  Oh, and the massage chairs are awesome!!! Read Less

This is the worse place. I saw it from the road it looked nice. I decided to get a mani pedi with my 9 year old daughter I usually pay less for her everyplace I take her. We were all ready there so I paid the full price. They wanted to sell me the gel manicure and kept insisting. I'm glad I didn't it would have been more money lost. Our nails looked so messy and clumpy  from the old nail polish, nail polish all over our fingers I would have done a better job if I did them my self I don't believe they were license to do nails that's how bad it was. I used to get pedicures regularly, but after getting cut at a salon I stopped for a while. I saw this place while on vacation and decided to give it a try. Five minutes into the service the guy was talking  too much and not paying attention to what he was doing and cut me. Now, 3 days later my toe is sore and uncomfortable to walk on. Had a gel manicure this morning (which I get every 2 weeks at another salon) and can honestly say that this was the worse one ever AND the most expensive.  The polish was old and clumpy and my 15 yr old daughter could have painted better. Still trying to get the polish off my skin!!  I would not recommend. Read Less

I can't say enough good things about this place, and the ladies that own it! They are warm and welcoming, they take the time to get to know their customers! I go there atleast twice a month to get my eye brows done, they do a fantastic job! When I'm able to get my nails done, they are my 1st choice! Read Less

I am from out of town and I saw LP Nails while going to my hotel. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to take me in for a pedi. The place was clean. My experience was nothing like the previous poster. I had a great experience at this salon & the owners are super friendly & personable. I didn't have an appointment and they took me right away on a Friday! They were meticulous with my pedicure and the salon was very clean. I love the fact that they wear gloves too. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a nail salon. If I could give them minus stars, I would. My sister, niece and I went in there to get our nails done for our mother's funeral. With all the stress we were going through, all we wanted was a relaxing experience but this visit only proved to heighten our stress level. It was a Monday so not a busy weekend day but they only had two people working and six to eight customers. When we asked how long the wait would be, they said just a few minutes. We waited 45 minutes and were ready to walk out when they finally started on us. But instead of giving us personalized attention, they rushed from person to person doing a little bit here and a little bit there. So they didn't work on one person start to finish. The job was super rushed so it was also very sloppy. I was going to get a design on my gel but they didn't know how to do a gel design. They were going to use child paints to do the design so I quickly opted out of that. My gel nails usually last three weeks but these didn't even last a week. The gel was spotty and peeled. They also didn't have the prices posted and when we went to pay, they were actually significantly more expensive than my normal salon in Los Angeles. Terrible experience in every way! Read Less
