I went here for the first tonight. I LOVED it! I read the reviews before I made an appointment and everyone said Steven was the best. He definitely was. He fixed all the imperfections that my old nail salon did. I absolutely loved my nails. He took his time and made sure they were done right. This is definitely where I'll be coming from now on. I was completely amazed the time Steven did for a refill on my gel nails. I went to a previous nail salon and I wasn't satisfied. He fixed the mistakes that the previous salon messed up. Horrible customer service rude don't bother spending your money here I came to visit this was my first stop me and my three sisters came to get a pedicure they let my younger sister sit down and let me sit down once they notice it was three of us they told us they only can do one they dont have time to do all of us by then my feet was already in the water they didn't even have the decency to give me a towel to dry my feet off and when I asked for a towel they caught an attitude so we all left I will never recommended this place to no one check out Vi nails in Lancaster they are the best that was our next stop they took us in 30 minutes to closing time and took their time no rush no attitude Read Less

I would give it a 0 if I could. I read that this location the staff takes their time and they make sure that you come out satisfied. Well........ I'm unsatisfied!! Why? I went twice with my mom to get "pampered " with manicures, pedicures and my mom wanted a fill in. BOTH times we were turned away. The first time the owner, ( I could tell he owns the salon because he was the only one who addressed me) he said that he apologized that they had too many people and to please come back at 7 pm. Needless to say that's the time they close. So I had to get services done elsewhere and I wasn't satisfied either. I went again today thinking " Let me get there early enough because I want a manicure and pedicure ". I walked in with my mom again and again we were turned down. The same man that turned us away the first time said that they had an appointment coming soon and they close at 7 pm. That they didn't have a place for us. I feel like they didn't have time to make new customers and could care less if they get more referrals from satisfied customers. I'm completely upset only because I wanted to find a decent place to get my nails done and get pampered. I come from New York where nail technicians are willing to do anything to make and keep customers. I read in previous reviews that they don't take appointments if you call. That's why I decided to walk in for services. This place may be "great" but for a specific clientele. It's not for everyone. This has been my favorite nail salon in the area. It doesn't matter who you get, they take their time and do a great job. The only downfalls for me are: their location, parking is such a pain because of Walmart and the poorly planned parking lot. Secondly, because they will take their time and do a good job I have to give myself enough time. The first few times I went here I wanted to just quickly pop in and out and then go on with my day. I called to make last minute appointments for my boyfriends family and I and they were great. It's hard to find a nail place that really does a seamless job at the paint. This place is excellent! And to the negative reviewer--Your accusations are absolutely ridiculous and sounds very much like a litigious person looking to make a buck! I have visited this shop nearly biweekly for the past 2 years....I can say, I've seen hundreds of gel manicures done at this establishment and never once has there been a complaint. Never once! This business is clean and the employees are meticulous about their work. I personally get gel manicures and the machine has an ultra violet light so the gel adheres to the nail....it is not hot enough to burn. And if I was getting "burned" I would immediately stop....I don't care if the technician told me to keep my hand in the machine or not. No reasonable person would continue--why didn't you just walk out? Instead you continue?? Makes no sense..People like you are the reason why things are so expensive in this world...sue happy!This establishment is one of the finest, cleanest and has the most polite technicians. I can tell by the writing that you've sought a sue happy lawyer as well....may the truth come to light!Karma really sucks and you dear will reap what you sow! When I walked into lovely nails I was greeted right away but I couldn't see who was greeting me because they had this huge plant in the way they should move back about 3 feet lol but first impression, it was nice I liked the light fixtures and the way it was set up. The owner Steve was my nail technician. He was a perfectionist. He really took his time to focus on each nail. You could tell he knew what he was doing! By far the best place I've been to in Lancaster! They were so busy people were asked to come back making an appointment the day before or go on a slow weekday! I just went yesterday and I got a full set gel acrylic. The best gel set I've ever had my friends were impressed and will be making a visit. You have to go! I will only be seeing Steve from now on!! I would not recommend this place at all. I was there a couple of times & was satisfied & then when I made an appointment for my 14yr old daughter, they called me & told me the girl who was supposed to cut her hair was on vacation for the week. I rescheduled the appointment for the following week & I called to make sure she would be there & of course she was not back from her vacation. I made the appointment with another person in this salon & it took her 1 1/2 hrs to cut my daughters hair. Fast forward a few months. I made an appointment for my 4 yr old daughter & when we got there, the girl who was supposed to cut her hair left. The owner said she would be back in about 1 1/2.
