HORRIBLE!!!!!! The first time I went my nails looked decent but they were not smooth and broke within days. Second time I go to get my nails done for graduation. First, the nail tech was so busy trying to get me in and out he did a HORRID job in my nails. They were all lumpy and dented, the nails were diffident sizes, the worst part is now I have a dam nail fungus. Take my nails of and there is a green spot on one nail. Had the worst experience here ... I got my nails done for a wedding with in an hour my nail broke. I ended up going threw the wedding through pictures and all with a broken nail... I came back to get it fixed the next day and the front desk lady got smart with me and told me don't let it happen again.. so I came back thinking this time would be better and the front desk lady got smart with me than whent to the girl who did my nails and said something in her ear ., than came back and said there not doing my nail... it's not my fualt you did a bad job.yeah I'm going to come back and tell you about it.. the front desk lady got smart with me as I was walking out ... very very unprofessional and I will.leting everyone know not to come here ..... I was there Sunday and the service was decent they really keep people moving and they have plenty of people. However, I got a full set and they are not smooth on top and I have 4 (deep) cuts in my fingers on the sides of my nails from filing! The woman kinda laughed it off and tried to hide it! I also did not like how you don't know how much anything costs! They don't have prices posted and she didn't even tell me the total before taking my card, and no receipt! I will go back to use my gift card...maybe a different tech would be better! Read Less

I've had nothing but great experiences at this spa. I get my acrylics with gel polish and they are always perfect. They don't have a set price on things which makes it a guessing game on the final price but the work is worth it. Read Less

I've been going to this spa for over a year not only is it very clean and professional they do a wonderful job! I suggest if your gonna go there to make an appointment its always busy!
