The woman who did my nails (a fill and gel polish) had to replace one nail and she left it extremely long in comparison to the other nails. I asked her twice to file it down so that it was the same length as the other nails and both times she only filed it down for a second, barely making a difference. So had to leave with one nail and noticeably longer than the other and file it down to tur correct length at home. Within 2 days all the gel polish chipped around the edges of all my nails, it looked like the polish had been on for weeks. And within a week 2 nails broke. I've never broken 2 nails in a week from any other nail salon. And they werent cheap either. I paid 40 dollars for a fill and regular gel polish. Nothing fancy either just black. I had gotten my nails done with dipping powder around 10 days ago for Easter. I have never been to this place before, but a family member recommended me to go try it out. They used the drill to file down the powder and actually went down into my nail bed which now that the dipping powder is off, hurts immensely and bleeds occasionally. Not only did this ruin my healthy nails, but it’s pretty disappointing that I had paid $50 just for these to last around 7 days rather than the 14 they claim. The family member who recommended me ended up going to another nail salon after, and while they were taking off her SNS polish, they pointed out that My Nails applied the SNS OVER polish, so none of the SNS actually went into the nail, as it’s supposed to. Very satisfied with this salon, although walks in are the only option and they were short staffed. They made me and my friend feel welcome and reassured us of the issue and apologized for the long wait. The nail techs did a wonderful job on both my friend and I. I am extremely picky about my nails and will criticize or have them redone if not done correctly and I had no issues with this place. I drove 30 mins out of my way to try this nail salon and I will continue to drive 30 mins to get my nails done there more often :) Read Less

I've been here several times now and really love this place. Twice I've gone for acrylics and twice for their dip SNS nails. (The picture of the all glittery nails is the SNS which is my real nails and the other two are acrylics). they are so nice and friendly at this salon!  They also do excellent work. Now, since they are so great, they are almost always busy which means you will probably have to wait. I usually go on a weekday in the early afternoon and sometimes have to wait. I can imagine they get pretty crazy on weekends. But it is worth the wait!  You know you are going to a quality place if everyone is going there.  Many complain about the wait time in reviews but I actually think they work pretty quickly for how busy they are! Love this nail salon. I only gave 4 stars cause sometimes there's a long wait but that's what happens when a place does good work. Unfortunately, they do not take appointments. People are friendly too. Love the fact they save filers just for you, after 3 visits. I would recommend this place to anyone. Read Less

The place have no privecy! it's not a place to relax& when I do my nails it's my time to relax it's more of in-out /poor customers service not women freindly since the owner &brother are so rude to ladies making shovinist jokes and use sex remarks that made me sick.. u would think the place will be women freindly-not! The staff was very friendly and I didn't have to wait. However, I paid $10 for a manicure (which they said was necessary) and then another $45 for a full set of acrylics with a gel French manicure. After 4 days the nails began to lift and I think I will probably have to have at least 3 nails removed and replaced at my fill appointment next week. I have had acrylics for 15 years and change the sets every 3 months. I have never been forced to do a manicure before placing a new full set. And I have never had a new set lift within 4 days. Today was my first time here. It was a Monday at around noon. The place was pretty busy. I had to wait maybe 20 minutes to get my nails started. It didn't bother me though because I knew it had to be a good place if there were that many people there on Monday afternoon. The staff is super friendly. They seem to know almost half the customers in the place by the first name. That made me feel really good to be there because they seem to have a lot of loyal customers which means it must be a great nail salon. I got a full set of acrylics with a gel manicure and it cost $40. I thought that was a pretty reasonable price for everything that I had done. They did a great job and I'm very happy with the work.
