Went here in a pinch for removing powder nails. The woman wasn't pleased first of all because I was only there for removal. She started clipping off my own long nails. I said aren't you supposed to soak in acetone? She mumbled that it would weaken my nails. So she then proceeded to pry the nails off. By hook or crook she got them off. This place is great! They do a marvelous job on your nails playing close attention to make sure your nails are all the same length, look sharp, and your cuticles are clean. I wanted really pointy nails for the longest but the place I used to go to didn't know what I was talking about but here I finally got my pointy nails and they looked awesome.Read Less

Awful. The guy cut me and I started bleeding. He didn't notice until I pointed it out. Then later he must have forgotten about it because he got some alcoholic type substance on it and it burned like crazy. The pain was so bad, I couldn't stop crying. No discount either. So ridiculous. Absolutely awful experience. I asked specifically for rounded edges and a very thin coat of acrylic and now have square nails that look like he used cement instead of acrylic. When he painted my nails he got the polish all over the sides of my finger tips, when I asked if he could remove it he yelled and said its fine it'll come off, this was in addition to him rolling his eyes and huffing. Horrible. Female owner nasty. I wanted a pedicure she said no your too fat for my chairs and your lucky I'm even doing your nails. I wanted a certain design for my mom she did it her way and not the way I wanted. Charged me more than quoted. Always on the phone with schools, doctors, skyping with family, she is rough and cut me never apologized. Uses same tools on everyone and they aren't cleaned between customers like state law requires. Files are dirty and used on everyone. The one guy will get up and smoke while doing your nails. I have been going there for months and I wanted a pedicure the female owner says to me oh no. no pedicure for you. you are tooo fat for my chairs, and you are lucky I am even doing your nails.BEWARE IF YOU ARE 200LBS OR HIGHER SHE WILL FAT SHAME YOU. I wanted a certain design for my mom and she screwed it up. what was supposed to be a $50 visit she charged me $62. they are constantly changing what they quote you when you get there. the female owner is constantly on the phone with schools, dr offices, family on Skype that she cut me and never apologized.
