My sister has been going here for years, but until recently I had a hairdresser that I had been with for years so I had no reason to go here. But for the last year I have been trying all around Phoenixville area and never being happy with the cuts. I have very thick hair and a lot of hair people don't know how to cut thick hair. TOM STRAND DOES!! I will never go anywhere else again... And I made my daughter go, too and she was thrilled with her first cut in 5 years!!

Ilene (sp?) gave me another perfect cut and style yesterday! I would love to post photos, but it doesn’t look like I can do that here. Next week, I’ll be back for my perfect color. Everyone’s always very friendly and helpful, prices are reasonable, and while they are busy, you never have to wait too long for an appointment. A must go to if you live in the Valley Forge towers!

Eileen is the best! Best colorist I ever met, great cutting hair as well. Usually people can't do both, but she can! Very nice place, I highly recommend, I am happy every time.

Wonderful people, I tried a lot of hair places in my life but this place is awesome, Eileen did a great job with my hair, she was very sweet and very nice. I definitely recommend this place!

I asked for a simple angle, and the lady who cut my hair didn't know how to do it right. She didn't use her fingers or comb as a guide, and one side was an inch longer than the other!! there were also...
I asked for a simple angle, and the lady who cut my hair didn't know how to do it right. She didn't use her fingers or comb as a guide, and one side was an inch longer than the other!! there were also a lot of pieces left she forgot to cut, and it was all crooked. she was more interested in blow-drying my hair and curling it up at the edges so the crooked ends wouldn't show.

My sister has been going here for years, but until recently I had a hairdresser that I had been with for years so I had no reason to go here.
