2nd time doing nails here, 1st time reviewing. Mindy worked on my hands and did an awesome job despite the fact that I didn't know what I wanted (besides gel because it is amazing). I had a SNS dip manicure. My technician scraped my old SNS off - it should just wipe off - I have had this done many times before. The inner corners of many of my nails were missed completely. When the manicure was completed the edges were left very rough and actually scratched me. When you rubbed the top of each nail they were also not smooth and when buffed properly the nail should be completely smooth. Lastly, there was product left all over my skin - which the technician told me happens some times because the product is so sticky. Worst SNS Manicure I have ever had! Read Less

so this is a hard review for me to write because i do agree with some of the other reviews that are negative... the part-owner that is a man, i agree, does a crappy job. i always request mindy. she is at the 1st station. she does a really good job. always. this is the type of place you should make an appointment for, or at least call and tell them you are coming in like an hour ahead of time. if you do this, you are guaranteed to have a better experience. the only time i was done by the man was when i didn't make appointments. i think they only use him if they really need to. aside from that, they have great waxing services of all kinds. its affordable and done correctly and they always listen to me and what i want. so yea this place may have some issues, but if you do it right and make an appointment, you will have better success. walk-ins are welcomed, but don't be surprised if you wait and don't get the best worker for yourself. my family goes here and i have been going here for years. they all remember us and always do a good job. also, the decor was just updated (i saw a comment about that below).. which includes all new pedicure chairs. this place is clean and affordable. its not as bad as people have made it sound.. Horrible experience. Friend and I only decided to give it a shot because it was the closest salon open on a Sunday. They were not busy when we walked in and said they could take us both right away for mani/pedis. Half way through my pedicure, the technician rudely told me she could only paint my nails instead of providing a full regular manicure because another customer walked in for their appointment. Well, lady, I didn't come here to just get a polish change, you shouldn't have told me you could do it and then decide not to - especially knowing you had an appointment coming in soon. And then I had to wait there awkwardly while my friend finished her manicure. Only up side was that I didn't pay for a manicure that inevitably would have turned out terrible anyway because that's what my friend's looked like. They use cheap no name nail polish. All out dated dingy colors and are all 3/4 empty. Go to cuticle corner just around the corner or any other salon in the area!!! It's worth the wait elsewhere. Read Less

Worst place ever. Worst customer service, I went in for gel manicure and pedicure the nail color I liked was old, and in the bottle was yellow up top and black in the bottom, I asked if they had a new one bc The color looked old and he took them out of out of my hands and told me to go elsewhere. What was weird though was a girl was in there had been a dispute with him before I got in and she looked at me and said don't get your nails done here. Literally the worst manicure I have ever gotten. What a waste of $13. The lady who did my nails didn't cut my cuticles enough, and she did a horrible polish job. There was polish all over my cuticles and the sides of my nail. After I left, I had to use my own cuticle scissors to trim my cuticles and nail polish remover to clean around my nails. My friend got a gel mani and hated it. There was little pieces of gel sticking out which she told the guy to clip and he didn't. Not to mention, they both stared at us the entire time we were there and gave us weird looks. Read Less

Worst experience ever. The owner wasn't rude but wasn't friendly either. It was my first and last time there. Seems they cater more to their "existing" customers and don't really care about new ones. My polish looks like it was done by a child, no sorry a child would do a better job. If I wanted to get the polished fixed after he asserted me that my polish was dry and they weren't I would have to wait another 45 mins after he was done with his customer. Understandably but I just waited 45 mins to get my nails done and the fix would take 2 mins. Didn't wait and will never go back. Read Less

I don't know what everyone's talking about but I just got my mani and pedi and it was the bomb! Everything felt real good. I got clean nails and toes. Came with a good massage and the staff is very very very nice. The salon is a nice size and very quite. Not as busy today maybe because it's a weekend but I would most definitely come back and recommend friends. Read Less

Not the best selection of nail polish - both gel colors and standard polish.  Lots of red and pink but not top brands like Essie or OPI.  Manicure was sub-standard with barely any cuticle work and spotty polish application.  Nail perfection?  Me thinks not! Read Less
