Jimmy was great! Small place and did not have to wait. Jimmy did my nails in under an hour which I like because lately I've gone to places where I had an appointment and wait when I arrive. Then next thing I know I've taken 2 hours out of my day, not here! Great job, did my nails how I've always wanted it and took his time polishing them to perfection. I think this is a fair price for the place. It's not luxurious or fancy, very simple. I loved having my nails done with Emy- very sweet, precise and perfectionist. But today I had it done with Jimmy- I had 2 shorter nails so I asked him to cut the longer ones so they would all match size- guess what? Those were my longest nails after all because he cut and filed all of he others too short. He took a break between my pedi and mani for no reason apparent and I was the only customer there. I suggest you bring your own nail polish if you have a color you love because their selection seems a little older than other places. But I'll be back , again- fair price!Read Less

Really disappointed. $30 for a gel manicure that was rushed. I've been places where they actually take their time and put effort into your manicure, and that certainly did not happen here. Slopped lotion on my hands at the end and called it a day. The people were nice but the quality of the manicure was crap. I walked outta there with gel polish all over the sides of nails. I actually own a gel kit and decided I would treat myself and let someone do it for me even better so it would look good for my vacation.. that was a mistake. I could have done a better job myself. This place was kind of weird. I almost drove by it. There were NO other customers, 2 technicians. Their selection of gel colors wasn't great. Jimmy, my nail tech was decent enough, most of the time. He hit my nail beds with the drill several times. He asked what I was doing in the area, I told him I webt to the mall, and preferred to not go to the salon in the mall. Called at 4pm for a 6pm pedi. Acknowledged immediately after I walked in and as soon as I pulled my polish, I was guided into the chair. Efficient without rushing; a solid standard pedi. I have been going to KP Nailine practically since it started business in King of Prussia. I have never had a bad experience and rarely have I had to wait. I generally go as a walk in but I do make it a point to go in the middle of the week during the afternoon hours, because the salon is run largely by Jimmie and his wife. Expect it to be busy on the weekends. Often times Jimmy will tell me to come back if the salon is busy and I like that for I can go shopping in the Court in the KP Mall and come back at a later time.  They both tend to cater to my needs and I am very sensitive and have found other salons often hurt me during the refill or removal of the nails. The processes they use are top quality and any reaction as indicated in the review listed is probably an allergic reaction to the chemicals used NOT THE FAULT OF THE SALON. Love the personal touch of a salon that is run by husband and wife and because of this I have developed a friendship that could only be found in a small business like KP Nailine. Read Less

I LOVE this place. I'm definitely going to become a regular. I walked in with a friend and it was empty except the two technicians. They quickly sat us and she began filing my nails. They were both extremely friendly. A woman walked in for an eyebrow wax while I was getting my nails filed, and when I went to wash my hands the technician began quickly waxing her brows. I sat for a few minutes waiting, it took about three minutes, and I didn't mind waiting. She came back and polished my nails. They were so perfectly painted, I'm not sure I could ever go anywhere else. She didn't miss a spot (which often happens) and all of my nails are nice and even. My friend got gels, and they looked fantastic as well. I'm definitely going to become a regular for them. I highly recommend. Read Less

I called ahead and had a 2:30pm appointment for a gel manicure. There were only 2 technicians...I waited for 50 minutes when one of their regulars walked in and they immediately started to get her ready for her pedicure. The man turned to me and said "you wait...she had appointment" I told him that I had an appointment, too and he said "her first." So, I couldn't tell anyone about the quality of their manicures because I just said okay and walked out. Neither technicians looked like they cared that I had waited an hour. The prices may be cheaper compared to the places around but I'd rather pay the extra money and get treated like I matter. Read Less
