Definitely do not recommend this place. I stopped in for a pedicure & gel manicure. The girl who did my pedicure, Paola, was pretty bad and is the reason I won't be returning to this place. She took off my previous nail color, which was red, and used the same saturated cotton ball for all 10 nails. The color smeared on to my toes, and she actually left it like that. She also left red in outer edges of the nails. I didn't say anything yet because I didn't think she'd leave my feet like that. I was wrong. She started to do the manicure and I finally said something. She actually looked at me and told me "that's the old polish. it won't come off" ... Then she started painting my nails. At this point, I was angry and told her to just take it all off and I was ready to leave. She went back and "tried" to get the red out with a scapula dipped in remover, and the red is still there but at least she was kind enough to wipe away the red smeared all over my toes. I know the polish is not bad because it's one I own and I've taken it off myself many times with no problems. She was just lazy. She did not clean under the nails. The new color is light and you can easily see the red edges of the nails around it. I sucked it up and paid for it because at least she cut the nails. She did not speak the entire time I was having my nails done, which is fine, but she didn't even greet me. Just got right to work. A woman named Grace did my gel manicure and it came out well. Also she did not speak at all, but at least she didn't leave my nails a mess and the polish came out lovely. Will not be returning to this place myself, but if you choose to go here to not let Paola work on you. She is not a good technician. Read Less

Had a pedicure here, it was well done and reasonably priced ($30). Included a hot stone massage on lower legs and feet. Staff were friendly. They seemed to know the names of many of the customers. There is a $30 minimum for cards, and gratuity is preferred in cash. Read Less

I didn't know what to expect walking in because I was from out of town. It was one of the best pedicure experiences I've had! My mother and I both had manis, pedi and massages. My first visit and I'll be back.  So many things I love about this place.  Unassuming with great customer service!  I had a gel manicure and a pedicure.  They both look great.  I had bad calluses on my feet but wow!!!  They've never looked better!  For the price, you can't beat it.  Had a hot stone massage on my calves and feet and shoulder rub which was included.  I mean really!  Awesome! I tried going here once, to get a standard refill with gel polish. I get them everywhere, even the scummiest salons can do this service. But, apparently, this proved too much for this salon. New to the area, needed a gel manicure and didn't want to pay around $40. Luckily found this little gem of a nail salon. Love it here! Tiny place, almost like a secret hiding spot from the world. Decor is modest but clean, more importantly, they are good at what they do. Don't go! They clearly marked 'walk-ins welcome' so I came in asking for a mani and the lady just said sorry!! If they were busy she could have said pls come back in 20 min or something. My sister and I got pedicures and an eyebrow wax. We were very happy with the services, and felt absolutely pampered! Grace et al did not hesitate to put in a little extra time when we asked that the nails be further trimmed or that a spot be retouched. The hot stone massage at the end of the pedicure was a treat! I went here yesterday for the first time because of the high ratings and I wasn't sure why people highly rated this place. It's very small and there were only 2 people working there. It was a Wednesday afternoon after 5 and my French gel manicure, regular polish pedicure and eyebrow/lip waxing took 2 hours which should be an 1-1.5 hour job tops. On top of that, they didn't know how to do any line designs on my big toe nail which is my first experience of someone not knowing how to do that at a nail salon. The lady doing French also had to keep going back to erase the French tip and re do it which added to my 2 hour time there. One of my tips on my nails also fell off only a day after. Gel manicures are supposed to last 2 weeks. The French tip lines are also very uneven. Although the workers were nice, I am not coming back to this place because of their sub par nail skills. My nails looked shameful and I couldn't get to my regular nail spot.  I did a quick Yelp check and this place had good reviews.  Those reviews steered me wrong!  I opted for a basic manicure.  The nail tech I had cut me three times, polish was applied unevenly, and their hand lotion they use smells funky.  I also wasn't thrilled with the shape of my nails as some were filed crooked.  Five days later and my cuticles still hurt!  Basically I received a $12 manicure that looks like a five year old did it.  The only reason they have one star from me is because they were clean. I must admit, when I first walked into Cuticle Corner, I was worried that the few yelp reviews steered me wrong. This place is VERY unassuming from the outside. I mean broken stairs, under an abandoned strip mall unassuming. However, as soon as I was actually inside the salon it was bright and clean and very nice. I went on a Friday afternoon and it was empty when I walked in but 4 others arrived shortly after me (all clients known by name.) I was greeted warmly and had excellent service. Pedicure- $30 (also a $25 option available) I decided to spring for the spa pedi for no particular reason other than it sounded nice and like it included a lot more. As soon as I agreed I was worried I made a fincially irresponsible decision. Although my bank account wasn't pleased, my feet definitely were. I got an extra 20 min massage, hot stone therapy and this sugar scrub treatment. I truly felt like I had a spa like experience. My girl (Julie?) truly took her time. Manicure- Julie (?) switched off with Anne for my nails. Gels $30. Once again, I was treated so well. She really took her time to make it perfect. I was checked in on multiple times by Grace (the owner?) who was extreme friendly and clearly had a good client base. Best part: while Anne did my nails, Julie gave me a full 10 min back/neck massage and hot stone therapy! She even did the whole pressure point there. I was very impressed. This was certainly not your average 2 second abrasive neck rub.I was very pleased with my experience and even happier that on my way out Grace told me they have a 2 week guarantee on nails and I should come in to have anything fixed that may chip or go wrong. I desperately needed a mani/pedi after a trip to Europe that was grueling on my feet since we walked miles and miles each day to see some awesome sights. It was easy to make an appointment and they made sure I knew where the location was, which was very helpful and kind. When I arrived, I was the only customer and the ambiance was extremely quiet. The perks of this were that they were very attentive and did not spare any efficiencies; I had my pedi and mani done at the same time in the pedicure chair.The service was thorough and they were nice. The hot stone massage is lovely during the winter months, and that is a great bonus to keep customers coming back. I loved it. While my nails were drying, they layered on coats of quick dry products, which made me feel rushed to leave quickly. When the nail polish seemed dry enough, they wrapped my pedicure in saran wrap before putting my winter socks and boots on. I've never experienced this before, but if it helps with chips and dents, I'm all for it. While they accept card, tips are cash only so be sure to have some. This is a good no-fuss salon that is close to my office, but it's not a spa experience that some might be looking for. Read Less
