They never cease to amaze me. The styles they do, the professionalism they have, and the cleanliness of the place and very friendly I see that people post they don’t talk I am always very pleased and have conversations with them also. When I leave I am smiling. Thank you !! See you in two weeks possibly 2 1/2.

This place used to be hit or miss. Kim gave a wonderful pedicure. A great massage and really paid attention to getting rid of calluses. Many of the older employees were great. New younger employees are terrible, with the exception of the owners daughter. Young men running the shop are loud. Play terrible Chinese rap music. No sense of service. The young blond that gave me a pedicure was not present at all. No massage. No attention to detail or service. Did not remove my callouses. I have always felt they needed to seriously clean and scrub floors and walls. But the service for me today will be the last. God forbid you need to use their bathroom. I am done.

I use to love coming here until today. They try to charge me extra for something that always have been done on my visits. I’m upset with their conduct and disappointed that I won’t be returning customer again. Such a shame!

Friendly hard working staff. I feel comfortable with their cleanliness and skills to recommend them for pedicures especially the spa ones. I always come here for facial waxing!

I was impressed with how nice and caring the employees were. I will not lie I do prefer the look & service my other salon provides and was a little unhappy with my manicure.I went back in and they were super nice and offered to redo all my nails. They didn’t complain or make faces. They made sure everything was good and I was very shocked because you don’t see that a lot. The owner was very nice and I can tell they care about their customers. Unfortunately I’m a bit unhappy with the bubbles and and look of the gel manicure but what matters is they treat their customers with complete care and respect.

Great experience. Took their time and did a great job. Treated my 11 year old so kindly. Quick service with my appointment. Offered water and coffee complementarity which was a great gesture. Will definitely go back. Only negative waa that it was slightly pricey which is why I did not give 5 stars.

I can’t even express how mad I am at the lack of respect this place has. They get mad if you tell them to fix your nails and they start talkig in their launguage after you have asked very polietly to fix them for you then all of the staff comes over to look at your nails and keep saying god know what about you. And once you walk in their you dont get greated at all untill they want to they seem to ignore you untill you go up to a staff and let them know what you need. They treat who they want to treat better than YOU. Even the manager sometimes does NOT say “Hi how can I help you?” And this lady who sits next to a guy name T, I think thats his name she is always giving bad looks to everyone and walking around the salon in her innapropoate clothing I can sometimes see her bra and cleavleage showing. Over all this place is just a MESS!! From my expirience I would never come back here. So if you can avoid coming here and going some where else please DO SO! If I could rate star a 0 I would just because of the amount of times I have been to this plave and have been treated without respect and I will NOT tolorate that. I tried giving it a chance and see of things would change but never once did I get a good service.

Lady doing my deluxe pedicure did a really nice job. My toe nails look really nice. Was really surprised with how good the service is here.

Came in to get my eyelash extensions and it turned out pretty nice. Tech did a fantastic job. She had some steady hands.

Was expecting more from all the great reviews. Waited at least 30 minutes for a gel manicure, The same 60 seconds of music was playing over and over again, and the manicure was very average. My manicurist was nice, but all staff only spoke in non-English the entire time I was there.

They never cease to amaze me. The styles they do, the professionalism they have, and the cleanliness of the place and very friendly I see that people post they don’t talk I am always very pleased and have conversations with them also. This place used to be hit or miss. Kim gave a wonderful pedicure. A great massage and really paid attention to getting rid of calluses. Many of the older employees were great. I will not lie I do prefer the look & service my other salon provides and was a little unhappy with my manicure.I went back in and they were super nice and offered to redo all my nails. They didn’t complain or make faces. They made sure everything was good and I was very shocked because you don’t see that a lot. The owner was very nice and I can tell they care about their customers. I can’t even express how mad I am at the lack of respect this place has. They get mad if you tell them to fix your nails and they start talkig in their launguage after you have asked very polietly to fix them for you then all of the staff comes over to look at your nails and keep saying god know what about you.
