Wow! After an unsuccessful search for a nail salon that had walk ins for me and my mom we happened upon this place. The ladies were so attentive and ensured that we each got the services we were looking for. They were talkative and genuinely interested in our lives. This salon is wonderful. It is clean, quiet, tranquil and the technicians are perfectionists. It is relaxing and pleasant. A pedicure is a therapeutic luxury instead of routine maintenance. They do a terrific job with natural nails and don't try to talk you into acrylics and unnecessary artificial products. I appreciate that they don't constantly try to engage you in conversation. Okay i called made an appt because they asked me to. Came in the lady was confusing... i sat and waited 10 min and i have gel on my feet and hands, i asked did they do acrylic for toes she says no and all this other bs!!!! So now i have uneven acrylic on my toes and it looks a hot mess!!! So far i am not happy and i will not be returning! I asked for a new set the lady says " why " like if i want it give it to me!! So I decided to get a refill bc im just so pissed ‍ my nails look ugly i had to add stickers to make them look good. They cant do designs and its super small in their and way too expensive. First time here, I came for a pedicure. Very peaceful and relaxing. The tv was on but on mute with closed captioning and music was softly playing. My pedicure was nicely done and while I was sitting at the dryer I received a hot stone massage in my back. I will definitely be back. Also reasonably priced and friendly. Read Less

This nail salon is by far the best I've ever been to!  The technicians were very friendly and professional.  I really appreciate that they did not continuously trying to engage a conversation with me like most staff from other nail salons do. Instead, I had a nice, relaxing, and therapeutic time.  The place was clean, and nicely decorated.  The chair was so soft and I almost fell asleep at one point. A few bonus features: 1) They moisturized my very dry heels with some product. I'm not sure what it was but my heels felt really nice afterwards!2) The hot stone massage was a pleasant surprise. 3) The eyebrow waxing was exceptional.  To prevent burning after the peel, the lady covered my eyebrow with her hand, which surprisingly reduced the burn!  She also penciled in my eyebrows afterwards like what I had before the waxing.  This is the only place that did this for me!  Every other nail salons that I had been to always made me walk out with red and "bald" eyebrows, so I appreciate this very much!All in all, a great place with awesome service.  Oh did I mention that the price was reasonable too? 5+++++++ stars! As far as pedicures go, they are the best. I was quite disappointed when I found out that I had to make an appointment to get a set of artificial nails, even though I was the only one in there. So if you are looking for a great relaxing pedicure & a manicure on your natural nails this is your place. Other than that, don't waist your time as I did.The atmosphere is calming & extremely quiet The ladies are not to forthcoming with information and don't look for the price list to be obvious. It's on an 8x11 sheet of paper in a frame at the desk. I ended up getting the pedicure, but that's all.All in all, I wish I had gone somewhere else. Read Less

Love love love this nail shop, super small but great quality and super relaxing! The prices are amazing for a pedicure and they provided bottled water, hot rocks and massages all of great quality. I don't know if Sparkle has changed owners or just employees.. I have been going only here, since they opened. I only go 3or 4 times a year, but the ladies who worked there always remembered me. Today, I went for a pedicure, there were 2 customers getting pedicures and a woman was behind the desk/counter. I asked if I could get a pedicure and was told " customer, sorry"... I looked around, realized that the employees were not the usual ladies. Went to Sparkle Nails for the first time yesterday for a manicure. The service is excellent. The girls working there were very polite and friendly. The salon is clean. Prices are reasonable. My manicure was well done. They end your manicure or pedicure with a mini hot stone back massage while your nails dry. I will definitely return! Read Less

I've just moved to the area and after having a horrible experience at a nail salon down the road, I found sparkle! Ava has done both pedicures and gel manicures and every time I am so satisfied and happy with the results. She takes her time and is gentle, something you don't find very often. I had a very different experience here. I just moved to the area, looking for a new salon and saw the great reviews so I "walked in." I asked if they took walk ins and the woman helping me, while looking extremely annoyed at my request, said yes (there were two customers in the place). Just say "no" if you can't handle a walk in or don't want one, you know? It's a VERY small salon (three pedicure chairs + three tables) so I would have understood. Anyway, the pedicure was awesome, hence the three stars. If you need a pedicure, this is a great place - they put some hot lotion on your heels and it feels wonderful!The job they did on my nails though, it's the worst I've ever gotten and I've been getting my nails done for 10 years. I usually get acrylic refills with gel polish but I didn't see gel polish right away so I went with regular polish. Well, after three days they were chipping already! It's been about a week now and I've had to file my own nails because sides have broken off, the clear coat is diminishing on my nails and they just look beat and worn down, like I got them done a month ago. If you go here, get a pedicure but don't go for acrylic refills/nails. I am extremely disappointed especially because I paid extra for this shinier polish - what a scam! My nails look like I got them done a month ago and it's been a week. I'm going to a new place today to have them fixed because I can't look at them anymore and I'm usually willing to tough it out with a subpar nail job - not this time. Read Less

Sparkle Nails is incredible. Went there for a fill and gel manicure last week, and I have never had such a meticulous job done on my nails. They spent over an hour and a half perfecting everything, and finished off with an awesome hot stone massage. The technicians were incredibly sweet, and prices very reasonable for the time invested. i recently came here with my mom for a pedicure after we couldn't get an appointment at our usual place (Noble nails) because we called last minute.  We were so happy with this great new nail salon!  The massage chairs were really lovely, the facility was sparkling clean, the employees and owner were very kind, and best of all was the shoulder massage while we dried.  We will definitely be back. I just happened to park across from Sparkle for a business meeting down the street and when I came back, I noticed them. It just seemed so serendipitous since I had been driving to the meeting while scouting for a nearby salon to get my toes done quick that I couldn't not go in. These ladies are the nicest people on earth. They gave me a quarter for the meter since I didn't have anymore and fit me in immediately. The pedicure was well-done and the massage was excellent. Their chairs are nice and new and massage well. While my toes were drying, my lady came up and gave me a hot stone shoulder massage. All this for $25! I also had them wax my brows for $10. Really efficient and well done, all around. And as I left, I saw one of them run out to put quarters in the meter for the other client getting a manicure. Super, super nice. Read Less
