Do my nails look great? Sure. Did it take more than THREE HOURS for a simple gel refill? Yes. I was passed around between techs, one of which cut my cuticle making me bleed. After reading mostly positive reviews on Yelp, I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for a gel manicure. I found the salon to be very clean and organized and the staff was very attentive.I did not have an appointment like majority of the other patrons but they were able to fit me in which I appreciated. Anna did my gel manicure and was a little rough like another Yelper mentioned but she was also meticulous about cleaning up my cuticles and covering every inch of my nail with polish.When she was finished, she dipped my hands in paraffin wax and wrapped them in Saran Wrap. When she unwrapped my hands they were soft and glistening and I was happy to have stumbled across this tranquil gem.If you need more convincing to give them a try, they are quick to offer you free refreshments and they offer a loyalty card that rewards a free pedicure after ten services that cost $25+. This was my first SNS set of gel nails and I was a little underwhelmed given the price ($35). The nail technician Anna was VERY rough and heavy handed when removing my gel polish after only letting them soak for a second. She started ripping off the polish in a rush which was removing my actual nail because she was rushing. I don't know if it was suppose to be this way, but this is the 1st time it actually hurt getting my nails done. She damn near broke a finger trying to file my nails. The selection for SNS nail colors is just okay. But the results of the shade was alot darker than what was displayed. The nail salon is okay. I've been to cleaner places. Also, they should have a sign in the back, since they claim they offer free parking in the rear. I didn't want to risk getting ticketed or towed, so I parked at the meter on the street. Read Less

Enjoyed the basic level pedicure. They got me right in and the technician was great. For $20, he did a full pedicure and even gave me a little back massage while my nails were drying. The shop itself is very bright and clean. And they offer refreshments! Will definitely be back! Read Less

This salon is amazing! The pedicure chairs are big and spacious and even have outlets to charge your phone if needed. The staff is so friendly, so meticulous, and really go the extra mile to make sure you're comfortable. They offer drinks and snacks many times throughout your service and are happy to pay extra attention to or avoid any problem areas you may have (like a cut on your foot). A very relaxing environment! I went there with my daughter (9yrs), we were having a girly date, and this was the best choice, I got SNS nails french and I have to say it's lovelyyyyyy and the best part no chemicals. My favorite new manicure!! This new type of gel which is actually a powder, and supposedly better for you than regular gel since no UV rays are involved in the setting process was said to last 21 days. And guess what? It did!! I was so happy with the strength of this mani! It felt like an acrylic nail without all of the damage! It costs just a few dollars more and involves just a bit more time, but you won't have to go back for three weeks! I'm in love! I also love this new salon in general. It's located in the heart of adorable Jenkintown! (Bring quarters for old school meters!). The staff was super friendly and offered  cold drinks upon arrival. The space was immaculate and my mani/pedi came with complimentary back and neck massage and a free paraffin hand dip! LOVE! Prices are fairly standard, but the service was top notch! I can't wait till I'm in the area again to grab one of these powder gel manis. The colors are more limited than regular gel, but I'm sure you'll find something especially if you stick to classics. *They did charge extra for my signature evil eye design and while it wasn't my favorite here, I didn't mind with all of the other extras I was given.  Definitely a fan! I went to this nail salon today for Healthy Nails. This shop is really amazing and I highly recommend it. Sophia did my nails and they are beautiful. The service also included 2 shoulder massages and a paraffin wax hand treatment and hand massage. I am only visiting for a few days in the area but I wish that I lived nearby because this would be my regular salon. I've been to this place about every 2-3 weeks since they opened. They are always so kind and welcoming. I've never had a problem. I'm a hairstylist and I'm very picky and very hard on my nails but they always seem to last pretty well. If I ever have an issue I can just pop back in and Nicole will fix it right away! I never normally get my nails done by one day after visiting the hair salon I thought I would check this place out. I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Jenny made my hands look beautiful and believe me that's no easy task! I loved it so much that I came back 2 weeks later - and then again 2 weeks after that which is a record for me. I think I came on a bad night. I was lured in by the glowing reviews on here and I made and appointment at 5 on Friday and came early at 430. I was seated right away which was awesome. I had gel on my nails and someone started filing my nails to get the removal process started. The man who did it was so rough and kept filing the side of my skin. I had to pull back couple times. Once it was soaked a nail tech started working on me. I told her I just want it cut down a little and she cut it really short. Luckily I know it's just nails and let it go. I noticed immediately that each nail was cut so sloppily and crooked. I didn't say anything since I knew she was gonna go back in and shape my nails by filing them. She continued on clipping my nails and actually cut the skin under the nail and I yanked my hand out under her. She said my nail bed comes out so far... I understand but Forreal... don't cut my actual skin. I let it go since I wasn't bleeding but it was sore from her cutting it with the nail clippers. Once she was done filing and "shaping" i was not pleased with the shape at all. it was rounded on one side and super square on the other side. *see picture* and it just overall looked horrible. It just kept getting worse actually she pushed back on my cuticles super hard which was uncomfortable and then she cut my skin and I started bleeding. She said my skin is too sensitive. I have been getting gel manicures and pedicures every 2-3 weeks for several years now and I haven't had this issue til now at this salon. At this point I retracted my service I said I'm not getting a gel manicure anymore and I just want a regular manicure with no color. I just wanted to leave asap. My total was 10 bucks and I left her a 3 dollar tip. She probably gave it her best shot but I will not be returning. I don't know if she was unlicensed or if she was just way new but I regret coming here and straying away from my regular nail spot. Again I am super picky with my nails when it comes to shape and application of the polish. But not picky with length.  If you are like me i am not sure how you will like this place. Read Less

Lovely experience at this newcomer to the area. Owner/manager returned my call promptly, gave me the appointment time I wanted, and greeted me effusively when I entered. Very clean, modern salon, great selection of OPI colors, Lin my technician gave me the choice of service from a printed sheet containing full descriptions and prices, then did an excellent pedicure, offered a repeat visit card without me asking, and was very nice throughout. Price was extremely competitive, made even more attractive by a 15% grand opening discount (not sure how long that will last). I will definitely be going back regularly. Read Less
