I got white gel nails and they were horrible! Not only were they up all over my cuticles but there is stuff in them! Like lines of dirt and what not. Also, when they took off my nail polish that I had on previously they didn’t even get it all off! I’ve had them for less than 24 hours and I can peel them off if I wanted to as if they were normal nail polish. Finally, you can see through the polish and see my nail not good coverage at all.

I have never had such a bad experience
getting a French manacure! I had my nails done & when I got home looked real close to see that girl had painted up on my cuticles in several (almost ever finger)...

getting a French manacure! I had my nails done & when I got home looked real close to see that girl had painted up on my cuticles in several (almost ever finger). No big deal I thought I just won't have this particular girl do them again. 3 days later the sides of my nails began peeling up & catching on my hair. I contacted the owner who said come back & we will redo... ok a bit of a inconvenience for my busy schedule but I agreed & thanked her! Today I go back, owner is off, I explained the situation. Again, no problem... she will fix them. Wraps the tin foil over my nail for which has ALWAYS removed the polish and is a ten minute procedure. But instead she takes 2 walk in pedicures and leaves me sitting there for 40 mins! I ask one of the other girls to remove it as it begins to harden again after time & tin foil is already falling off! But she takes another customer! Finally Lisa comes back to remove foil which has left polish hard again! She proceeds to file and scrape the polish off with a metal instrument @ her nail. Now I'm not happy... but she takes the cake when she tells me to go wash my hands. Next thing I know I turned around and my pocketbook is sitting on a table and a new customer is in her chair! She proceeds to tell me the original girl who did them will finish my nails! Really? I'm going to wait for her to finish now too? And don't even want her doing them again! Needless to say I left... even unhappier than I was before & don't plan on ever going back.

I came for the very first time today and I was very impressed with how accommodating the staff was. I called this morning and they actually opened 15 minutes early so that myself and another customer could get in. Staff was very friendly, welcoming, and had pleasant conversation with customers. I met a long time customer had told me about how she ended up coming to Julie's. I will definitely come again!

I go to Julie's every week and a half or so for an acryllic fill and they always look great and last the full time. Of the multiple women who do my nails they all do consistent good work. However, one of the older women was making phone calls while she was doing my nails and I found that very rude. She was also yelling at all of the other women working there in a different language and laughing. I find that behavior simply rude and disrespectful; if I am going to tip someone to do a good job on my nails, I expect them to spend that half hour focused on my nails.

I know this is a small business in a small town and the price is affordable. But I do wish that at least the nail artists there can be more professional. Talking on the phone while doing my nails at the same time is just rude, and they don`t really do good job on the nails. Plus cash for tip only? I think I rather drive further to go to other salons next time.

Not Impressed but I'm still going here as it is the best that I have found so far in my area. Reminds me that I need to do some more searching.... Julie and Vivianne are the sweetest but the pink and white / solar nails they do are poor. They slop on the gels and later try to sand them into shape, mine are ALWAYS jagged on the sides and after 1.5 weeks lifting. Vivianne used to give an awesome leg/foot massage with her pedicures but last time I got one it was lacking :(The eye brow wax setup is a joke, its a plastic lounge chair covered in a blanket that hasn't been washed in the 6 months Ive been living here, but for $8 I guess I may let them wax my mustache........maybejust OK

I got white gel nails and they were horrible! Not only were they up all over my cuticles but there is stuff in them! Like lines of dirt and what not. Also, when they took off my nail polish that I had on previously they didn’t even get it all off! I came for the very first time today and I was very impressed with how accommodating the staff was. I called this morning and they actually opened 15 minutes early so that myself and another customer could get in. Staff was very friendly, welcoming, and had pleasant conversation with customers. I met a long time customer had told me about how she ended up coming to Julie's. I will definitely come again!

I go to Julie's every week and a half or so for an acryllic fill and they always look great and last the full time. Of the multiple women who do my nails they all do consistent good work. However, one of the older women was making phone calls while she was doing my nails and I found that very rude. I know this is a small business in a small town and the price is affordable. But I do wish that at least the nail artists there can be more professional. Talking on the phone while doing my nails at the same time is just rude, and they don`t really do good job on the nails. Plus cash for tip only? I think I rather drive further to go to other salons next time.
