My girlfriend and I have been going to Top Nails in Irwin for a little over a year now. We are very disappointed of how the service is. When you call and schedule an appointment, somehow it does not get into the book (this had happened more than once), and then when you show up, they are overbooked. Then they rush you and makes you feel like you are a burden to them because of their mistakes. They are also a little pricy for a rush job. They don't speak clear English and always talking in their language making you feel very uncomfortable. This place is horrible. I had a full set applied and the acrylic was too thick. I went back the next day to have my nails fixed. The nail tech kept filing at my cuticles and hurting me. I ended up removing the nails and you should see the ridges from the drill. I paid $55 for nothing. Read Less

don't waste your $. this was the absolute worst. I had a full set of acrylics on...the technician got paint all over my hand--even the top of my hand. Also, 2 nails were so obviously, completely crooked and he did not paint the entire nail surface...NONE of the nails were completely covered!?!?!? Read Less

I had my nails done (full set) here and it was horrible. They filed almost all of my real nails done so far I have red rings around my cuticles. By the next day, one nail had already snapped off and tye rest were lifting. When I went back for my money, they refused. They kept insisting that theyd fix them, but I didnt want them to even try because they did so horrible the first time. There are no signs saying they dont give money back. I noticed they didn't have their licenses out either, so I asked to see them and the guy there refused to show me. I plan on calling state board to have them checked out.
