I was a little late for an appt because my mother has been ill. I had an appt and they would not take me for both services which I had an appt. Kenny was extremely nasty and unprofessional. The girl who did my pedicure ripped open the skin around my toe. She had no clue how to trim toe nail corners. They speak in their language about you while you are sitting at their station. I had about an hour to kill so I decided to try this nail salon that I pass by ALL of the time. I didn't have to wait and I was able to get right in for a spa pedi. They run everyday specials and a spa pedi with a mani is $43. I think that was very reasonable! The ladies there were very nice and really took their time on my runners feet. I really enjoyed the extra leg/foot massage from the spa pedi. It really is worth the extra $10 or so! They put a moisturizing mask on your legs and then you get about 10-15 minute massage, some places use hot stones, however this place did not. The only thing I did not like but this goes for any nail salon is when you start with one person and another one finishes. I had a different lady paint my toe nails and do my mani. Don't waste your money by coming to the salon! I used to come for more than a year for gel manicure but my gel color would start chipping and lifting in less than a week. Plus the nail technicians would do the mani in a great rush! Go to Eminence Nail Bar on Bustleton and Veree, only 5 mins from here. The gel mani lasts for over 2 weeks and costs less than kim's! Shoveling snow, my nail broke. I didnt feel like driving to my regular amazing place in the city for a repair so i came here. It took the chick so long to apply one nail and the acrylic was so lumpy. The nail was so thick ugly and way longer than its mate on my left hand. I showed the manager, she laughed and said the others are great tho....i was like haha these were not done here...i only trust this place enough for one nail and you managed to screw it up. She kept laughing. Then i saw it was very very crooked and she literally tried to pull the infamous, "oh your finger does like that", bit on me. Wow....i come in for a quick repair and leave with crooked hag finger....37 yrs and it just happened to go lopsided the minute i walk into kims salon. And im diagnosed by lady laughs a lot here. Luckily, i am cosmetologist, i do and teach nails so i knew how to fix it when i got home. I used to do my own set but since having a baby, i dont allow the chemicals in my house. First and last time I'd ever go there. Went for an eyebrow waxing. When I got up my eyebrows looked horrible ! I came here to get a manicure, but what I got looked like I painted my nails myself. I could tell the guy who worked on my nails was in a rush. He left nail polish on the sides and the top. I will not be returning.Read Less

I loved this place. Great pedicure for $25. The lady really took her time on the details, which I really appreciated. They also have tons of seats so you never have to wait. I highly recommend this place. Read Less

I have been coming here for over 3 years, because it is convenient, however I will not be returning again. I have been cut twice while getting a pedicure, with little more then an apology and still paying full price. They have few decent beauticians, and it has become more of a chop shop then a place to have some relaxing me time. If you consider trying, I would advise you to stay away.
