This is my favorite salon in the Hatboro/Horsham area.  Very clean, never a wait, always excellent service.They take the extra time to go the extra mile, as far as service goes.  I get acrylics and they last longer than other salons in the area.  Every time I get a fill, they check for weak spots and remove any lifted spots and fill it in with new acrylic.  Most places don't take this extra step.  I appreciate it!  The staff is kind and friendly.  I won't go anywhere else. Convenient location for locals, little to no wait time, reasonable pricing and good complimentary massages. However, the nail craftsmanship, shaping and polishing is always terrible across all 4 technicians. So much so, I resorted to just asking them to do my acrylic refill and polishing them on my own at home. But even the refills aren't even average quality. They also try to shame you for not tipping them and have an attitude as if tips are due to them. I will be taking the longer trip to Philly to seek much better service. Read Less

I'm from Philadelphia where there are plenty of great nail salons. I just moved to hatboro, I've been getting my nails done for 20 years I've been to so many places in my life good and bad.. so I definitely know the difference and I am picky. After searching for a nail salon that actually know what they are doing.. I tried 5 different nail salons in the area. I was no where near satisfied, I don't know how a nail technician can mess up a gel manicure...?! But it happened to me repeatedly. All of them were horrible. I was forced to keep driving out of my way to go to philly. Finally while driving I kept my eye out for a nail salon assuming it will probably be terrible too. I come across show nails. I pull in and try my luck I got a gel mani & pedi.. they did such and amazing job! Gel It lasted 3 weeks!!! pedi 4! Now, I go there once a month and I am a BEYOND satisfied customer. I just moved to the area and needed a mani/pedi. This was the closest to my temporary apartment. And I should have gone somewhere else. The technician was rude and the pedicure was awful. The place was empty on a Saturday morning and now I understand why. The price was okay but that's because they don't do much to your feet. And did I mention the rude service? Read Less

Negative 5 if that was even possible smh...I've been to this salon on numerous occasions and have not had a bad experience until now...The woman (who had never serviced me before) seemed to be annoyed at the fact that she had to do my pedi/mani...She was VERY rough and I told her on MULTIPLE occasions to be more gentle as she was hurting me...She continued to be rough and I grew annoyed...So annoyed that I decided at that moment that I would not be tipping her (something that I've NEVER done regardless of poor service, but this woman was undeserving). After the pedicure, it was time for me to have my eyebrows waxed...Boy, I should have listened to my gut feeling that told me not to let her do it, but I figured I would as I didn't want to wait forever in my normal spot (Annie's in Wyncote). The first thing I told her was DO NOT MAKE MY EYEBROWS THIN!!! Well, you can guess that after she was done and she showed me my eyebrows in the mirror, THEY WERE THIN...CLOSE TO WHOPPI GOLDBERG THIN!!! I could no longer hide my anger and told the woman I would not be paying for the wax as she did not listen to me and RUINED my eyebrows! She had the audacity to get an attitude and started trash talking in her native language. I kept my composure (if you see my eyebrows you'd wonder how), let her finish my mani and walked out the salon. I was there months ago, got a full set acrylic, the manicurist had an odd disorganized way of applying the tips and acrylic. Skipping from 1 hand and doing a nail or 2, then going to the other hand doing 1 or 2 more then back to the original hand...they ended up really bad looking. Acrylic was not even across the nails, very thick in parts, thin in others and not smoothed well. Also some were diff lengths than others, I'll never go back there. I went here exactly a week ago, to get a full set put on, not even 4 days later my nails started to lift, then exactly a week one fell off, the rest still lifting. I go in and tell them I need my nails need to be fixed, one fell off and the rest lifting. The nail tech had me wait, she tried telling me that my nails are coming off because I'm a hairstylist and my hands are in water. Then tried to tell me my nails aren't lifting, when they clearly were. The "primer" they use isn't right which is why I think the nails come off. I have learned nails and the primer isn't supposed to be tacky feeling or glossy looking. Long story short. I was charged for their mess up, and my nails are crooked, the acrylic thicker on one side than another, and some nails longer. Never going back here again. I got a gel manicure and pedicure not even a week ago and the gel polish is only on 4 nails now. When I called and spoke to the manager she told me that I clean my house and cook to much (mind u I didn't tell her I over clean my house or wash my hands she assumed). Horrible service. There is a first time for everything, I suppose ... I will never come back. I asked that my acrylics be soaked off, but the nail tech actually argued with me, saying "Almost no one asks to soak". I said, Look at how thin my nails are now, after you pulled the a acrylics off with those pliers. My nails are now paper thin" She didn't care. Then her assistant cut a Chuck out of my natural nail and had to file then all down to that short length. You can't even talk to these people because they don't listen. Her response to what she did was "You the customer. I do this 20 year". I'm going to finish my mani elsewhere. I can't begin to tell you how utterly incompetent these nail techs are. Walked in the lady nicely greeted me, told me about 5 mins wait (which I found odd because there were only 3 workers with customers and 2 girls ahead of me) and asked to me pick my color.  I took my time picking my color which was more than 5 mins and I sat and waited for 10mins.  They took 1 girl in front of me and definitely started to realize that it was not going to be a short wait.  A lady than entered and asked how long the wait and the employees answer was "5 mins".  I decided to just walk out at this point from waiting for 15+ mins.
