My daughter was down there to get shorter almond shaped nails. The woman who did it argued with her when she asked them to be shorter. She claimed she had to shape them so they couldn't be shorter. She made my daughter feel terrible and intimidated. If I asked someone for shorter nails there is a reason and I am paying you so if you aren't able to do what someone asks then step away from them and ask a co-worker to do it. I am so disappointed. I came here with a recommendation from a friend who always loves her nails.  I had a pedicure and a gel manicure.  The pedicure was great, I was very happy with the way that it looks, despite that the nail technician continued to talk about partying, drinking and vacation, not relaxing at all.  Then I picked a gel color for  my nails a really pretty purple that would look great with my new bright toenails.  After the first coat I brought up that the color did not look right, she told me that it would change as it got darker.  After the second coat, I voiced my displeasure again saying that the color looked nothing like the color I had picked.  She then showed me that the numbers matched on the sample and the bottle.  I asked if it would be better with a third coat.  After a third coat, and proof that the color was NOTHING like I wanted, I had expressed my unhappiness at least 10 times.  I asked if there was anything that we could do to either darken or brighten the color.  I gave the nail technician every opportunity to remedy the situation, but she was much more concerned with not having to do it again, telling me that it looked great and that it was better than the color that I actually wanted.  I even expressed that I was going to have to just re-paint them when I got home and she just laughed.  So, in the end I left very unhappy and now I will be soaking my gel nails to get rid of them and paint my nails to an appropriate color as I am flying out of state tomorrow for a wedding.  This was a terrible experience to have prior to a special event.  Needless to say, I won't be going back. I went in for a pedicure and was convinced to get my nails painted with gel polish. I will admit that I do like how firm they are now. One nail that had already started to break, broke off and 2 other nails had small chips in them but Mina gladly fixed them wtih no problem. I'll see how these hold up but right now I'm pretty satisfied. Read Less

Not friendly, at all.I walked in, and was greeted with attitude, I was answered with attitude,and I left with an "I can't wait to yelp this" attitude.I wouldn't recommend this place; lets face it.... sitting for (close to) an hour with a jerk tossing attitude around just isn't my style... Read Less
