I don’t know what the previous review is all about lol but my experience has always been a pleasant one. The atmosphere was like a home so much decor to look at. The shop has EVERY polish you can think off. The owner uses nothing but the best products.. he even advise me that some acrylics cause cancer. They recently moved right across the street next door to Tracey’s Place and yes they are open on Sunday’s! My favorite day to go. The owner and his wife are nice people.

They do a good job, but the employees talk to each other in their language. They really don't engage with the customer. I always wonder if the employees are talking about the customer.

For the price, which I feel is more on the expensive side for a pittsburgh salon. I'm very unsatisfied. It was very rushed and she skipped steps. I had to tell her to fix to many problems that she didn't see as a problem. Nails are to thick and not shaped nicely. Never going back.

The owners are very friendly. They did a great job waxing my eyebrows.
The atmosphere inside of the place was very relaxing and inviting.

Terrible customer service! My gel started peeling after 3 days. When I went back to get them repaired no one showed up at the salon until 11am. I asked him why his sign said they open at 10 am he was ...
Terrible customer service! My gel started peeling after 3 days. When I went back to get them repaired no one showed up at the salon until 11am. I asked him why his sign said they open at 10 am he was very rude and told me I could have went to a different salon. No apologies for the inconvenience of me having to get my nails redone after a week and no apology for having to wait an hour. I don’t recommend spending your money with them for your nails to only last one week.

They do a rush job and had a problem when I told them to fix my nail. As soon as they were done with my full set, 2 nails were lifting before I left the shop. Bad customer service. I will not go there...

I was able to get in and out quickly, which is a big deal. I would prefer better products for the price I paid, like a quality lotion or cream for my feet and legs. Staff were friendly.

The shop is dirty and full of clutter. I was desperate so I stayed. Big mistake she broke my skin and my nails are not smooth or even. Worst set I've ever got. I took them off after 3 days.

My daughter and I walked in last night 7/25/16 to get a fill and full set, respectively. It was 89 degrees outside, and 90 INSIDE!!!!! There was only 1 ceiling fan going; the chemical stench was HIGH,...
My daughter and I walked in last night 7/25/16 to get a fill and full set, respectively. It was 89 degrees outside, and 90 INSIDE!!!!! There was only 1 ceiling fan going; the chemical stench was HIGH, and we left after seeing that the polishes available were practically boiling. One can only imagine the bacteria growing in this place!!!!! NOT my idea of a welcoming atmosphere.

I don’t know what the previous review is all about lol but my experience has always been a pleasant one. The atmosphere was like a home so much decor to look at. The shop has EVERY polish you can think off. The owner uses nothing but the best products.. he even advise me that some acrylics cause cancer. They recently moved right across the street next door to Tracey’s Place and yes they are open on Sunday’s! My favorite day to go. The owner and his wife are nice people.

Terrible customer service! My gel started peeling after 3 days. When I went back to get them repaired no one showed up at the salon until 11am. I asked him why his sign said they open at 10 am he was very rude and told me I could have went to a different salon. No apologies for the inconvenience of me having to get my nails redone after a week and no apology for having to wait an hour.
