I took my mom here for her birthday, we both got pedicures and gel manicures. I honestly wish I could rate this salon more than 5 stars, because they're just that good. The ladies who work there are SO nice and extremely welcoming. My mom and I haven't been there to get services done in well over a year, and when we came in they recognized us and talked to us like we never stopped going. When we first got there there was no wait, so we got seated to get pedicures right away. It started getting slightly more busy, but the ladies did not rush our pedicures and manicures, they pay attention to detail and honestly make sure your nails look PERFECT before you leave. They also include hot stone massages after your manicure, they're to die for. Like I said, this salon and the people who work here are amazing. This is the best salon in the area, it's worth the trip if you live a little further away. If there is a wait when you get here, wait. It is worth it and you'll never be waiting long anyways! Best place I have ever been. Very clean and neat. Excellent work. Back rubs with hot stones while you are waiting for your nails to get dry. Very friendly. You get what you pay. Second time visiting. First time, the women were amazing. Back rubs, hot stones, nails were beautiful. My daughter was happy as well. Second time, I treated my mother since everything went well the first time. The problem occurred the next day as my mother's tips started falling off one by one. Since she is elderly, she could not get back there for a week. I told her to bring all the tips to show them, in which she did. Guess what? I did not have an appointment, but was pleasantly surprised when I didn't have to wait (& on a Friday no less!).  My nails haven't looked this good in years! Went to this place because I did not have time to drive all the way out to my normal salon. I was pleasantly surprised. The woman who did my nails took her time and did a wonderful job. Polish looked great and the acrylic was just the right thickness.  I will definitely be back! I was looking forward to the hot stone massage that many other reviews talked about but I didn't receive one. Maybe next time! I definitely would recommend this place. One of the best nail places I have been too! They do not rush through your experience, which you see so often it is frustrating. I've been a customer of Lovely Nails for over a year and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for value, good service and a wonderful massage!  I get a regular gel manicure and while the cost seems more expensive here than other places, I think Lovely Nails is a better value than most because of how long the manicure will last and because of the other special added touches.  It's hard for me to fit in a manicure into my busy days so I can only refresh my manicure every 3 or 4 weeks and my nails last at least 3 weeks without chipping or peeling.  I think it's because of the amount of attention and care spent by these ladies.  I've had the opportunity to get a manicure from almost every lady at the salon and they are all consistently very good.  The salon itself is clean and well maintained.  The ottomans for customer purses and the coat rack are a very nice touch, as other reviewers have mentioned.  You can make a cup of tea while you wait but, to be honest, I've never waited too long.  Also, for full disclosure, I'm guilty of being a habitual walk-in customer, never knowing in advance when I'll have time for an appointment, and they have always fit me in.Another nice option is the optional personal tool box you can purchase for minimal cost.  This helps me feel more confident on the tools being used and allows me to just relax and enjoy my manicure!Last but not least, I absolutely love the hot stone massage!  And the hot towels used before and after my manicure.  That additional service makes the manicure extra special. I have been coming to Lovely Nails for a little over a year and I love it. I've had manicures (regular and gel), pedicures and eyebrow waxes; all of the women that work here are skilled in all of the services provided. Pedicures end with a hot stone massage and as you sit down at the drying station, you're treated to a hot stone/massage combo on your back and shoulders. In addition to the membership deal ($5 for your own box and accumulation of points) they also offer deals for services Monday-Wednesday so it's a bit cheaper to get a mani/pedi combo.This is a great salon with lovely staff and great prices! Great staff and perfectionist! They do an amazing job on your nails and they give a quick hot-stone massage as well once you're done/drying. If you are looking to get designs on your nails (have a picture ready so they can copy it) they all do a good job for the most part but the youngest woman there does it the best. I have been coming here since about the time they have opened and it always a great experience. The woman there are all nice and its nicely decorated. If you are looking for a super quick spot to get your nails done, this isn't it. It's more a relaxed environment and they take their time doing it right. They once almost had my nails fully done, saw a small imperfection in one of the nails they did, so they took off all the nail polish and redid it completely so it looked great. I appreciated it. Very nice little salon. They offer different types of spa pedicures ranging from $35 to $65. As well as the regular array of mani, gel mani etc. I like that all the ladies take their time. I usually only either get a mani or a gel mani. There is no rush and they are pretty thorough. The place is clean and comfy. They offer a membership that allows you to have your own tool box. At the end of every treatment, one of the ladies will give you a couple of minutes of hot stone massage. It's a nice little perk! Overall it's very nice. I have been coming to Lovely Nail since they opened. The ladies here are so sweet and take very good care of you. The salon is clean and up to date on all the latest colors and gel colors. You can purchase your own manicure box which holds files and buffers that only get used on you. The cost is $5.00. They have a point system where you can accumulate points for future services. Awesome place! Went with my best friend Tuesday afternoon to get pedicures. One girl was already there getting a manicure. We were greeted and taken care of right away. Went here before my wedding with the moms and bridal party.  It was a fabulous experience.  Since they knew what it was for, they had wine and cookies waiting for us and a special tiara and balloon saying bride-to-be.  I had no idea that was coming!  They were all so friendly and our nails looked great.  I would definitely recommend this nail salon. These ladies are so kind and friendly.  This is some of the best customer service that I have ever received.  The hot rock massage on my legs was great after a week of standing.  I can not say enough about how great the experience was.  Do yourself a favor and go for the milk and honey pedicure.  Your feet will feel like silk! I came on a Saturday afternoon since the weather has finally been getting better and I'm ready to wear my peeptoe pumps and wedges. The salon was empty when I came in (perhaps due to the nice weather). The ladies are so sweet here. And there's complimentary Korean tea here. Like like like!OPI Russian Navy it was. Lovely Nails opened 3 weeks ago. I missed out on their 50% grand opening promotion but at least I got 20% off!I came in wearing boots but brought in my own sandals. One of the ladies came over and did a switcheroo for me. Boots in bag, sandals prepared for pedicure. My jacket got hung up, and bag on the chair next to me.The lady who did my pedicure...she is a god! My toes look flawless. She really took extra steps to make sure they looked perfect. I enjoyed the scrub and hot stone massage.Manicure was wonderful. BTW, let me mention. When I was walking to the manicure station, my manicurist helped me move everything to her station. They have little ottomans for your purse here. I LOVE THAT. Who wants to put their beautiful handbag on the floor? Not me. I hate when nail salons place your bag on the floor. PERSONAL PET PEEVE. Okay sidetrack. I loved that my manicurist spent extra time analyzing my nails to make sure she didn't miss anything. We are in sync.When I was drying my nails, my manicurist came over and gave me a hot stone shoulder massage. Okay, you sort of won me over. She later came and applied oil to my nails.
