Love this salon and everyone in it. Extremely professional and friendly. They make their customers feel more like a friend than a customer. Terrible. Do not go here. I paid an extra $10 to get coffin shape and they look squared. They didn't push or clip my cuticals. My nails are uneven, they're all different sizes!! Terrible place. Won't be going back!! Read Less

I have been coming here every 2 weeks for over a year. The girl was so rude today that I will not return. I don't appreciate being hit with a file when they want me to move my hand. I expect to be treated better by someone who had been doing my nails for so long. I've been to so many places where the techs are so rude and she was always so nice, I guess once they get a regular client they feel they can charge you more over time for the same service without a warning and also treat you like a nuisance. went there this past sunday (mother's day) and they weren't busy yet, i had an older guy and he did my nails is LESS THAN 10 mins. they were TERRIBLE. A younger kid then told me he was able to fix them and proceeded to tell me and my friend how terrible the guy who originally did my nails wasn't good at all. no kidding. My nails are falling off and breaking and already look like they are months overdue for a fill. i will never go back to this place. they charge way to much for crappy work. Read Less

Called quite a few places in this area asking for extended acrylic bc I did not want tips. This was the only place that said they could do it. NOT TRUE! The tech that did my nails had no idea what he was doing. He did not shape the acrylic and just plopped it on in globs. There was so much thick mess he struggled to cut it with nail clippers. My fingers were sore from all the filing and drilling. He asked me to come back in a few days so he could fix them. I did not. Getting your nails done should be a nice experience. I walked out with a mess on my nails, sore fingers, a cut on my thumb and I was charged $55 for this. I ended up paying an additional $25 to get them fixed elsewhere. I would definitely get my nails done here again! My nail technician Tran did a really great job with my gel manicure, it lasted for almost a month and didn't chip at all. I also got my eyebrows waxed by her and the shape was perfect and she didn't wax them too thin. She was also very friendly with impeccable customer service. I would recommend Tran, go see her! If you get anyone other than the one lady to give you a gel manicure, DON'T DO IT! I've had her in the past and the manicure lasted almost 3 weeks, had a different guy last Sunday, SIX DAYS AGO, and have huge chips on 3 of my nails! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO BE WASTED! I walked into the salon for a pedi and mani at 10:00 am and was seated in a pedi chair for forty minutes before a technician was available. The technician that showed up late to work apologized for being late and started my pedi at 10:40. He disappeared at noon before finishing my mani. I finally asked the owner where he went because I had already been there for over 2 hours. She said he had to leave to take her kids to piano lessons. At that point I was more interested in leaving than having my nails finished. My mani was incomplete and I was charged for a complete service. Needless to say I will not be a returning customer. This business is lacking an owner who cares about her clients, time management, and technicians who can report to work on time. My next trip to the nail salon will be where I can make an appointment and receive and pay for a complete service. Read Less

I checked all the places in Hermitage, and this was the most inexpensive on their regular prices. A basic pedicure costs $28, add a basic manicure for $10. The atmosphere is pleasant and the people are friendly. I upgraded my manicure to a gel manicure. (be careful because they will suggest an upgrade for more money.) I was pleased with my gel manicure, but I have two negative comments. The time: I arrived at 10:40 AM and didn't leave until 12:35PM. This was for a mani-Pedi. I asked 2 times if I would be done before 12:30, because I had to go to work and they said yes. Also for some reason the nail polish on my big toe got messed up. The girl tried to fix it., but when we looked at it again, it looked exactly the same, She tried to fix it again right before I left, but it came out messed up again. I would have stayed until it was fixed, but I was late for work. Read Less

I was very unhappy when I got my nails done here. I got acrylic nails and 3 days after I got them it looked like I had had them on for 5 weeks. When I went on to see what they could do all they said was that my nails grew fast and that they could file them. This was not fixing them. I hope that they can improve for their and their costumers best interest. Read Less

I got my nails done here for the first time and really enjoyed the experience. I was worried that I wouldn't like my nails because I know that I can be pretty picky and particular. I absolutely love this place, they are so funny and clean with their work.
