So I get here and I told the guy I had an appointment and he told me that I did not. I called Sunday morning and made an appointment at this place for Tuesday at 10am. Anyway he asked what I wanted done and I told him I wanted a fill. I had acrylics on that I had gotten done at a different place 2 weeks prior. There was one or two that were cracked so he took them off. I understand that but then he started taking all of them off which was unnecessary, and they charge me for a full set which is not what I wanted. Then after he takes them all off for no reason he cuts my nails which really hurt by the way. And his paint job was awful. Never been so dissatisfied at a nail salon before. Don't waste your time. I walked into Super Nails with no appointment for a gel manicure the day before my sisters wedding. I had a hard time choosing a color but the staff were helpful in assisting me. The seats were comfortable and they had the travel channel on tv. It's been a week and my manicure is still in tact with not a single chip. The price was fair and though I don't live in Hellertown, if I did I would definitely return to this salon. Read Less

This is a decent salon. It's fairly clean, and the workers are very nice. Customer service is great, although I think they dilute their polishes a lot bc many times they start to chip faster than normal. A lot of times I bring in my color and save myself that chipping! Their pedicures are great, and they massage your feet really well! It's perfect for someone who's got foot aches! The prices are also great! Overall, a nice salon! Read Less

Another in a long line of disappointments with nail salons in the Bethlehem area. My manicurist did a sloppy job with the paint, and only said a few words to me the entire time -- they were, pick a color and please pay now and are you sure you only want a manicure? She did speak in Chinese to another manicurist frequently but ignored my polite attempts at conversation. The salon itself is perfectly clean and efficient, but has very limited polish options, most of which are OPI. Their Essie selection, which is the brand I prefer, was very limited. I have been to this nail salon several times mainly because it is close and convenient to me. On two separate occasions the only man that works there treated me VERY rudely. He couldn’t be bothered to wait on me when I first arrived, and seemed downright upset (I guess about the fact that he’s a man working at a nail salon). Their pedicures are only so-so as are their manicures, and they DO NOT go out of their way whatsoever to pamper you. Even though it’s a drive I am returning to the BEST nail salon in the Lehigh Valley, Unique Nail Salon in Allentown. They have a professional, friendly staff, which pamper you so much you feel as if you spent the day in a spa. Wonderful! My review for Super Nails – 1 Star (out of kindness). When you pass by this nail salon, do yourself a favor and keep driving! Read Less
