Today was the 2nd time I got a refill & pedi at Eagle Nails. The 1st time I went my sister-in-law took me, during that visit I thought they did a good job but I had my own Salon that I went to regularly and after this first visit I continued to go to my regular salon. Today I decided to go back to Eagle, they open at 9:30 a.m. and I got there at 10 a.m. thinking it was still early enough and they wouldn't be crowded. I walked in and just about every pedi chair was full and so were all of the refill stations. But as soon as I walked in I was asked what I wanted I picked out my color and I was sat in the pedicure chair thankfully there wasn't a long wait considering how many women were in there. A nice man did my pedicure and I was pleased with that within 5 minutes after my pedicure I was taken to the refill station and the owner I forget her name started on my refill. She was so quick I was amazed! She did a fantastic job. Customers kept coming and going the whole time I was there they stay busy constantly. I would recommend Eagle nails to anyone who is looking for a good nail salon the only thing is I would recommend getting there as soon as they open so you don't have to wait because they are busy. I also like that they have coupons you can use and get between $3 and $5 off of your nail/pedi service . They also have coupons for other services. I definitely give them two thumbs up. They do all kinds of services including spray tans , which is something I might try. I'm definitely pleased with the service I had at Eagle Nail & Spa.

I really hate that I have to give this review because the lady is so sweet but this pedicure sucks. She did not do my cuticles right and she didn't scrub my heels enough.

I have to say I'm not one of those people who ever writes a review. However, due to some of these negative comments posted I feel the need to defend this wonderful salon. From the owner to all those who work there I have never had a bad experience. I have been going to this salon since it opened and travel a distance just to go there and it is worth it! I could go closer, but I trust no one else with my nails and in fact followed he owner when she opened her own salon. Lisa is so kind and does an excellent job and always make sure her customers are happy and satisfied. The people who work then are wonderful and kind as well. I always make an appointment and have never had a problem. Sure, it can be busy, but so are many places. You just need to be patient. Common courtesy goes a long way. The place is very clean and the prices are good. I am more than pleased when I leave. The owner and her staff all have a great work ethic and wonderful customer service. I always rave about the place and take my friends there and they are more than happy when they leave. I get so many compliments on my nails. From someone who has been going there for years and years this is the place to go! I would recommend this salon to everyone and anyone.

Just got a Brazilian (ask for Bee, she's great) and getting a pedicure. Everyone here is very nice and accommodating. Fair pricing and clean establishment. Very happy.

I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure. They tell you they have a matching color for the OPI gels and then try to give you a shade that is off from the gel. My pedicure was interrupted by another customer coming in for a manicure. While sitting in the chair another person did my manicure which is rather uncomfortable reaching your arm across your body and holding your shoulder in the same position for so long. Then yet another employee came to finish putting the polish on my toes. Then I'm sent to a manicure station to have the gel polish put on my fingernails. After it was applied, I sat yet again while the employee went to start another customers pedicure. After 10 minutes I was getting up to leave and she tells me she'll wipe them off. Still wondering why it takes 3 employees to finish one customer. Why some customers have to be inconvenienced while others are doted over. To top it off my thumb nail has a nick in the side, not the polish the actual nail and the polish on that same thumb has missing spots at the cuticle. Whats even better is the one who painted my nails was the one who gave my daughter her pedicure, when she paid for both and was trying to locate all the people to tip them, she all but demanded more tip because she did my polish and her pedicure. This place doesn't deserve any STARS but I have to give one or I can't post!

Coming to your shop I was very uncomfortable! I'm a professional with a career and I'm a home owner in Ardmore! And have never felt so belittled and small as a person. It disgusted me that as a black woman I wasn't treated with the same respect as the other female customers/clients. I waited patiently for 30 minutes as one worker told me she would be with me in a minute but the 25 minutes went by and then two employees assisted two women that came in way after I did. After I was told I would be next. After waiting a total of 45 minutes. After I waited patiently. I walked out without getting my nails done. I've decided to never return! 4/27/2017-sign a very displeased customer

i went to this nail salon yesterday, a saturday afternoon as a walk in and they took me right away! no wait at all..i needed a refill (badly) and had 2 nails missing. the woman who did my refill made sure that the new ones she put on matched the ones i had on already perfectly! the prices are great. usually when i'm missing a nail, salons try to charge so much! when getting them painted she was so precise and they turned out amazing. i will definitely be back!

I had such a great experience here. I got a coupon for $40 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure so I decided try it out. One lady did my manicure and the other lady did my pedicure. They were super efficient and so friendly. They both did a great job and I love my nails. I picked out a color for the gel and they found a matching color for the pedicure. The girl doing my nails put the two colors on her nails to show me how similar they were. The place was pretty busy but they got me right in and took great care of me. I will be back here for sure.

As this was the first experience for my sister and I coming to the salon, I can truly say this has been a really good and the atmosphere was clean. The employees are professional as well as polite. I can't say that about some of the places I had visited. My sister couldn't stop smiling as she got her nails and feet taking care of. As for me, the employees were gentle and caring. I would recommend this spa to anyone who is looking for quality care.

Don't bother scheduling an appointment You will be left hanging for another 20-30 minutes unless you decide to go with someone else ...What's the point? It seems they prefer walking a than a regular customer who shows up on time !!! Apparently they took someone who was running 20 minutes late, but when I arrived on time they offered me to reschedule or go with someone else! What a F-u!I like my girl but brace yourself. It's never quick in and out unless you are willing to go with whomever they assign to you. Personally I like going to the same person and that's why I schedule an appointment especially when I take take time off work to come. Forget scheduling another appointment right after. If you have to be elsewhere and assume you will leave on time you will be very disappointed

Today was the 2nd time I got a refill & pedi at Eagle Nails. The 1st time I went my sister-in-law took me, during that visit I thought they did a good job but I had my own Salon that I went to regularly and after this first visit I continued to go to my regular salon. Today I decided to go back to Eagle, they open at 9:30 a.m. and I got there at 10 a.m. thinking it was still early enough and they wouldn't be crowded. I have to say I'm not one of those people who ever writes a review. However, due to some of these negative comments posted I feel the need to defend this wonderful salon. From the owner to all those who work there I have never had a bad experience. I have been going to this salon since it opened and travel a distance just to go there and it is worth it! I could go closer, but I trust no one else with my nails and in fact followed he owner when she opened her own salon.
