The service was okay but my nails turned out terribly. My toes are so horrible that I get angry looking at them. They didn’t even cut all the way, leaving weird points at each end of the toenail. The paint job is horrible, even though I paid extra for the longer lasting polish. The gel mani I got looked okay but when I got home there were so many bubbles on all of the nails and just painted horribly. They started to chip in a couple of days which sucked.

AWESOMENESS !!.Bright, clean and relaxing as soon as you step inside. Greeted cheerful, with a one on one care about what you may be looking for this appointment. Staff is very professional and skilled.Lisa does my pedicure and manicure.I get gel on my toes....and dip on my fingers, other than my nails growing they as good as when she did them.Which was perfectly both times.I also had the pleasure of meeting Diem the owner..very pleasant, knowledgeable about her business. In talking to her she shows a lot pride and enthusiasm about her salon. She actually takes time to get to know her customers and cares a great deal about the services they are receiving. The second time I came she remembered not only my name...but recalled the conversation we had the time before.That's good business dealing.Come and check out the personality and skill this salon has to offer. .. you be happy you did. I have been here twice so far and will continue when in town.My visit the second time was just as good as the first, I feel that all visits will be that way ...(at some places it's just the first time because your new)Come in get your fingers and toes KISSED!

I went in to go get my eyebrows and my upper lips done Took me about 20 minutes. And costed $13. And I gave a tip to the lady because she was really nice and did a great job.

Lots of good - I like it because Mary is still there and she is wonderful - as are many of the team members. What I think could be improved is the ATM (they have lost my business several times because I don't carry cash on me). I also think they need to make sure their security cameras work - I went with my sister in law and she left her wallet on the table when she went to get her eyebrows done and came back and it was gone. The hostess found it and some of her cards were missing. I need to go get my nails done today and I won't be going here for those reasons. Maybe next time I'll have extra cash and will stop in.

A great experience every time. I feel really cared for and they do a quality job everytime. Diem is my go-to for eyelash extensions. I don't trust them with anyone else; she makes them look full, gorgeous, and natural. She applied them for my honeymoon and the photos turned out SO beautifully; I never needed make up. My only regret was not getting them done for my wedding.

Finally a salon that I can trust to spend my money at!! I am super particular when it comes to getting services done and was hesitant but decided why not splurge and get lashes done. I am in LOVE, it is so full and luscious!! I also got the detox pedicure and manicure and loved how they did polished my nails. Definitely will be coming back and trying their other services!

This place is cute and I enjoyed myself. The salon was beautiful and well kept, and the owner or manager desk person was a total delight and I would go back for lashes or just a pedi bc the pedi there was honestly incredible the tech had me in heaven. Also the prices were reasonable.But the mani is just meh. I didn't really inspect my nails when I left bc I was in a hurry. It's just frustrating I can do my own nails better and paint all the way to the sides without leaving a gap. But toying with an at-home LED lamp is a pain.So the nitty gritty: There are little bumps and bubbles. I had to pick clear and colored gel off my skin later and trim where it had pooled in cuticles with nail scissors. Several nails were filed slightly assymetrically. Also they do something called wrapping their tips with a extra layer so it's sealed under and looks kind bulbous on the nail, like thicker visibly and to the touch at the tips. That being said the tech was super sweet and genuinely nice. But if I went again I would just stick to a pedi or request someone else for a mani.

You are greeted by an amazingly sweet receptionist as soon as you walk in. They also offer complimentary mimosas! The owner, Diem did my nails and they turned out great! She was so sweet! We chatted about our lives and I felt as though she was really trying to get to know me. I didn't feel like just another customer as with other salons. Diem definitely has a new customer!

I was offered a beverage & enjoyed the movie that they had on as well. I will be back & highly recommend Bisou!!

Went for a mani this afternoon and was greeted by a friendly woman upon arrival. Before sitting down I did notice the minimum charge for cc was $15 and no tips on the cc as well. Not bringing enough cash for both I asked the woman if she had an ATM they did not. Than I asked if I could just swipe this one time and would make sure to bring cash the next time, she declined and turned my services away. I get that small businesses have to make money but being Friday afternoon and having only two chairs full you would think they would want to gain customers. Not many people carry cash like the old days and I thought maybe she could make a exception this one time. Instead she turned away business with no alternative, telling me to I'd have to find an ATM....

The service was okay but my nails turned out terribly. My toes are so horrible that I get angry looking at them. They didn’t even cut all the way, leaving weird points at each end of the toenail. Lots of good - I like it because Mary is still there and she is wonderful - as are many of the team members. What I think could be improved is the ATM (they have lost my business several times because I don't carry cash on me). I don't trust them with anyone else; she makes them look full, gorgeous, and natural. She applied them for my honeymoon and the photos turned out SO beautifully; I never needed make up.
