Racist Rachel ruined it for me.
First I want to say that this is the first time I have written a review like this. However I was so disgusted that I wanted to share my experience. To start I am a biracial women and I embrace all cultures and love diversity. Today I went in for a pedicure and I overheard a conversation by a women named Rachel whom had been talking about her husband getting his ancestry dna testing results back. She said “my husband is like the whitest white guy I know blonde hair and blue eyes and we found out he had some Nigerian in him.” Rachel is also white btw. The conversations turned left when she said “I guess someone must have been fraternizing with the help.” I was appalled that one she referred to the part of him being Nigerian as the help so freely as if there was no way they could have been equal they had to be the help. Two she said this so open not worrying about who was in the nail salon to offend and I think she could care less. Three that the lady who did her nails (a minority herself as she was Asian) laughed and replied “yea.” Now look I understand that this women Rachel was ignorant and clearly someone who doesn’t educate herself on the history of Nigerian culture or slavery or even her white entitlement that she only assumed the black persons had to be “help.” People like her I don’t think twice about she’s ignorant and rude plain and simple. But to run a establishment and let customers say racist or rude comments and laugh because your feel they are paying you is insulting to other customers. It really took a lot of me not to speak up and let this idiot Rachel have it but my advice is next time don’t laugh when you know it’s wrong. It’s oaky to ignore the ignorance. After this women left it we had a conversation and they all agreed with me. So my question now is why couldn’t they show that in the moment she was innapropriate. I support any local business who is for diversity and equality. I think these woman do a great job at nails don’t get me wrong but another women who was a Caucasian female came up to me as I was getting into my car and said “I like what you said and I apologize just so you know most people aren’t like that.” I smiled and thanked this sweet woman. She apologized for something she did not do but she felt obligated to speak up unlike the workers this day. Don’t get me wrong these ladies do a great job on nails however due to today’s experience with Racist Rachel. Let’s get comfortable putting people like her in her place. Rachel did you ever think that maybe just maybe one of his grand parents fell in love with a Nigerian women...maybe she wasn’t the help abd instead just a women in love??? Like why assume just because he had some Nigerian means they were the help??? I just hope she raises her kids to be more mindful that she is. Fingers crossed 🤞
5 stars for the pedicure minus two for not agreeing with the racist women but laughing and agreeing in front of her for the almighty dollar! In result offending and losing a customer.

My best friend and I were determined to find a salon we liked so we went to five or so in the area before finding Superb. They are AMAZING!!!! We went regularly for 2 years (every 3-4 weeks) and they always did an amazing job. I unfortunately moved out of the area but my friend still goes! They are friendly, take their time, are detail oriented, and have great pricing. They also prioritize people that make appointments - so they won't rush you if they get walk ins!!!! The only negative thing is that now they've spoiled me on a nail salon and I'm disappointed with every place where I live now!

I moved to this area from out of state two years ago. I found Superb Nails on Yelp, and starting coming here because I liked the reviews and what I saw in photos. I've been coming ever since. I see Linda for a refill and gel polish every two weeks, and she is the best at nail art. Linda also does my husband's eyebrows.The shop is owned by a mom, and her two daughters and several others work there. They do a wide range of nail services, as well as waxing and her son does great massages from time to time.They are constantly updating their products and colors, so I don't ever feel like they are skimping on their supplies. I recommend making an appointment, especially on Saturdays or holiday weekends, or you may have to wait.

Being that I don't live in the area,but I will come back once I'm around this area again. Great polish selection.its literally wall to wall polish. Great staff! And nice and clean. I love my nails! She did them exatley how I wanted.

I got a pedicure with my family. The ladies there were very nice and friendly. There was little polish colors that actually appealed to me because most were yellows and reds. I day down and the lady came. She did a decent job of exfoliating and cleaning my feet. But she buffed the top of my nails (which is bad for them) and didn't even do it evenly. Then she didn't cut or file my nails evenly either. She put oil on my legs and put a hot towel over. I had a small bruise on my foot and she rubbed my legs HARD. It was a terrible pain. Then she put on the color, then left. I noticed the polish wasn't even and didn't look nice. The polish was all over my cuticals and skin. Once I got back home I removed the nail polish and filed down my nails with a glass nail file. Then added the same color back on with a holo top coat. Its probably better to go somewhere else or do it at home

Such reasonable prices and they're all super nice!! You can also get so many different selections of colors and decals! Most places just offer the French manicure look but they can do it all:)

Please save yourself the money and aggravation and go somewhere else. The lady who did my nails who I think was the owner filed the sides of my nails so hard that she cut me TWICE. And then didn't seem to think it was a big deal. When you cut a customer twice you should have some compassion instead she thought taking $2 off of my services would fix everything. I will never return here and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this place as well.

I'm really disappointed in my most recent experience here. I know Superb is a very popular and busy place. I've had pedicures done here before that were great! I walked in on a Saturday morning shortly after they opened to find all of the chairs occupied. I was asked if I wouldn't mind waiting. Ok sure I don't mind. There was one woman ahead of me and I have a little time to spare. However two women walked in a few minutes after I did. When a pedicure chair opened up, I was asked if I wouldn't mind waiting an additional 30 minutes because those women had an appointment. Why on earth couldn't someone have told me they were booked when I walked in? I could have easily made an appointment myself and come back. I am fairly easygoing but the one thing I won't stand for is having my time wasted. As I said I had positive experiences here in the past. That's the only reason I'm not giving 1 star. Please, please learn to communicate with your clients better.

came in last week with my boy friends mom, she went once before because a employee at our office goes here a lot and her nails are wonderful. I went to Julie's last time and they didn't take the time like these ladies have. I felt rushed and my gels were coming up!!! Superb i had a great time, they really take time with each customer, if you are in a rush wait and be patient, don't worry it is worth it! i do suggest making an appointment. We made a pedicure and manicure appointment and i am beyond pleased! i had shown the staff a design i wanted on my nail and even though the artist they usually have wasn't in the lady did fantastic. I got the pocket watch and the white rabbit from Alice in Wonderland and i couldn't be happier, plus my gels are staying on my finger, lol! i am for now on going here!

I came here on a Sunday afternoon after reading all of the glowing Yelp reviews, but I'd have to say I was somewhat disappointed with my mani/pedi. I was seated promptly after picking my colors since there were only 2 other customers in the salon at the time. The chairs are pretty standard, but comfortable. The pedicure went alright but towards the end a few more people walked in, 2 of whom had made appointments and ended up having to wait 15 minutes past their appointment time since there were only 3 nail technicians there and they were all busy. Honestly I felt pretty bad for them since I would've been annoyed if I were in their position. From here on out, I could tell my technician was pretty rushed to get to the new customers. The little massage/moisturizing part during the manicure was definitely shorter than I'm used to, and I was declared finished a earlier than another customer who had been there before me. Also upon closer inspection of my nails now that I'm home, I've noticed the top coat wasn't applied all the way to the edges on some of my nails and there's polish on my cuticle on one of them. There are also some of those little bubbles you get when they apply the polish too thickly or don't wait long enough between coats, but maybe I'm just a perfectionist. It's not noticeable unless you look really closely.Prices are pretty standard. It was $30 not including tip for a regular mani/pedi. Maybe when they're not so busy they do a superb job. But for me, they were only okay.

I came with my friend who is a regular and I will stop here every time I visit the area. Leeta and Jan did my toes and my nails and I appreciated the conversation and enjoyed the many shared laughs. This was my first time with a gel manicure and Leeta certainly did a great job! It is a friendly environment where you are called by your name even if it's your first time. My friend and I will be sure to make this a ritual.

Leta is awesome. I got my nails done for my wedding there and I am a whole week out with a beautiful gel french manicure and pedicure. She was super attentive and was excellent and detailed in what she does. She even helped me pick out colors for my outfits. This has been my best mani/pedi experience thus far out of several cities I have been in the past. Can't wait to go back with other people when I am in the area next!!

I love this place! A gel French manicure & regular pedicure come to a whopping total of $55. They do great work. My nails look perfect for up to 3 weeks. I'm hesitant to give such a good rating because as of now I can get an appointment at anytime. Walk ins are welcome. All of the ladies are very friendly and do excellent work. They are also open 7 days a week which is nice for those of us that are extremely busy. You must give this place a try. I drive 15 min out of my way to get here & its worth it!

I'm all about cleanliness, and they have it. I'm so happy to finally have found a nail shop that cares about every aspect of their business. All of the ladies are very friendly and helpful. And they all have amazing skills. It can get busy some days, but it's worth it!

Please save yourself the money and aggravation and go somewhere else. The lady who did my nails who I think was the owner filed the sides of my nails so hard that she cut me TWICE. And then didn't seem to think it was a big deal. When you cut a customer twice you should have some compassion instead she thought taking $2 off of my services would fix everything. I will never return here and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this place as well.

I'm really disappointed in my most recent experience here. I know Superb is a very popular and busy place. I've had pedicures done here before that were great! I walked in on a Saturday morning shortly after they opened to find all of the chairs occupied. I was asked if I wouldn't mind waiting. Ok sure I don't mind. There was one woman ahead of me and I have a little time to spare. However two women walked in a few minutes after I did. When a pedicure chair opened up, I was asked if I wouldn't mind waiting an additional 30 minutes because those women had an appointment. Why on earth couldn't someone have told me they were booked when I walked in? I could have easily made an appointment myself and come back. I am fairly easygoing but the one thing I won't stand for is having my time wasted. As I said I had positive experiences here in the past. That's the only reason I'm not giving 1 star. Please, please learn to communicate with your clients better.

came in last week with my boy friends mom, she went once before because a employee at our office goes here a lot and her nails are wonderful. I went to Julie's last time and they didn't take the time like these ladies have. I felt rushed and my gels were coming up!!! Superb i had a great time, they really take time with each customer, if you are in a rush wait and be patient, don't worry it is worth it! i do suggest making an appointment. We made a pedicure and manicure appointment and i am beyond pleased! i had shown the staff a design i wanted on my nail and even though the artist they usually have wasn't in the lady did fantastic. I got the pocket watch and the white rabbit from Alice in Wonderland and i couldn't be happier, plus my gels are staying on my finger, lol! i am for now on going here!

I came here on a Sunday afternoon after reading all of the glowing Yelp reviews, but I'd have to say I was somewhat disappointed with my mani/pedi. I was seated promptly after picking my colors since there were only 2 other customers in the salon at the time. The chairs are pretty standard, but comfortable. The pedicure went alright but towards the end a few more people walked in, 2 of whom had made appointments and ended up having to wait 15 minutes past their appointment time since there were only 3 nail technicians there and they were all busy. Honestly I felt pretty bad for them since I would've been annoyed if I were in their position. From here on out, I could tell my technician was pretty rushed to get to the new customers. The little massage/moisturizing part during the manicure was definitely shorter than I'm used to, and I was declared finished a earlier than another customer who had been there before me. Also upon closer inspection of my nails now that I'm home, I've noticed the top coat wasn't applied all the way to the edges on some of my nails and there's polish on my cuticle on one of them. There are also some of those little bubbles you get when they apply the polish too thickly or don't wait long enough between coats, but maybe I'm just a perfectionist. It's not noticeable unless you look really closely.Prices are pretty standard. It was $30 not including tip for a regular mani/pedi. Maybe when they're not so busy they do a superb job. But for me, they were only okay.

I came with my friend who is a regular and I will stop here every time I visit the area. Leeta and Jan did my toes and my nails and I appreciated the conversation and enjoyed the many shared laughs. This was my first time with a gel manicure and Leeta certainly did a great job! It is a friendly environment where you are called by your name even if it's your first time. My friend and I will be sure to make this a ritual.

Leta is awesome. I got my nails done for my wedding there and I am a whole week out with a beautiful gel french manicure and pedicure. She was super attentive and was excellent and detailed in what she does. She even helped me pick out colors for my outfits. This has been my best mani/pedi experience thus far out of several cities I have been in the past. Can't wait to go back with other people when I am in the area next!!

I love this place! A gel French manicure & regular pedicure come to a whopping total of $55. They do great work. My nails look perfect for up to 3 weeks. I'm hesitant to give such a good rating because as of now I can get an appointment at anytime. Walk ins are welcome. All of the ladies are very friendly and do excellent work. They are also open 7 days a week which is nice for those of us that are extremely busy. You must give this place a try. I drive 15 min out of my way to get here & its worth it!
