There are many nail salons in the small town of Hatboro, but I go to Strawberry Nails. It's clean, calming & nice staff.I get a great mani, pedi and neck massage. Today I am writing to let you know of the great customer service.After having my nails done less than 2 weeks ago, my gel mani discolored.... by NO fault of the salon. I don't really know why or how it happened BUT! I walked in to have them fixed & was pleasantly surprised that my nails were redone at no cost.My French mani is back to looking pretty & I'm very happy.Thank You Strawberry Nails... this is why I recommend you and are my salon. This was my second time visiting strawberry nails and I will not be back. The place was not busy at all, but I was rushed way more than last time. Jolin did my mani pedi. My feet do not feel any smoother. I watched her use some sort of liquid to dilute the nail polish bottle, because she was having trouble getting the polish out. I should have been asked to choose a new color. My nails dried so streaky and on some nails you can see through to the nail. Parts of the nail have an uneven coatings of polish. I have went to this nail salon over a dozen times but I will not be going anymore!! The service is awful! You are rushed with everything. I was even rush to pick out a nail color. However, my experience yesterday was the last from this shop. I was in the pedicure chair and had got finish then went to get my acrylic nail set and was told to wait for the owner while numerous of people went ahead of me and I was there way before them but I waited patiently for about 20 mins then I told him how I wanted my nails and he said “okay”. $5 more for coffin” and I said okay that’s fine. I recently moved into this area about 5 months ago and I have been coming to this nail salon since I've moved here. The prices are fair, the service has always been decent and I have never had to make an appointment. Honestly, I usually leave happy with how my nails turn out and I've never had a bad experience. But this time is was so different. On Wednesday I called around 5 and said to the gentleman who is always there greeting people to come in.. Robert I believe "can my friend and I come in around 6:30 to get a gel mani/pedi" he flat out said no, 6 at the latest.... UMM? I said "weird you guys close at 7:30?!" And he flat out hung up on me.... okay so clearly I was pissed off. I go into the salon at 6:30 (without my friend) and said "gel mani/pedi" literally I was greeted with such attitude. I'm sorry but you are open till 7:30 DEAL WITH IT. As I'm sitting there getting a spa pedicure (mind you it's the most expensive service there..) another woman comes over and starts doing my gel mani as I'm getting a pedi - which if any girl out there KNOWS that it's annoying and extremely uncomfortable. I go to a nail salon to relax. I was furious, the main reasons were because I felt extremely rushed and the spa pedicure is suppose to be really soothing and she was UNABLE to fully massage me without shaking and messing up the one doing my nails. Furious, wasn't like I was spending $6 I spent over $60 that night. My gel was obviously dried and then I had to wait so I could dry my toes. Which the normal process is nails first THEN pedi, so they can dry. So she applied a oil to my toes and said they are dried, I put my socks on and they were completely ruined. FURIOUS. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. And don't worry I was out of there at 7:28! OH and when I paid in cash.... I said keep the change which was $12 and the one who did my pedi said is this just for me or split? I said split LOL $6 a piece and she literally was so ungrateful and walked away irked. So, you guys DEFINITELY lost my business and every single person I know who gets their nails done there as well! They do the best in town when it comes to nails BY FAR! I will only come here but its not a 5 due to the fact the ladies/men don't really try to "connect" with me. I hate my feet being touched and I think they love watching me squirm lol Read Less

Best nail salon in the suburbs! I went here for about 2+ years religiously and never had a bad experience. Every nail technician is thorough, precise and always does a great job. They have so many colors to choose from and the price is amazing. They're quick but efficient! The quality of the work is very good as far as acrylic nails. However, they charge you for shortening your nails as well as what they called repairs when I went for a fill in. I didn't have any broken nails and no tips needed replacing, so I don't know what he repaired. And you only find out your being charged for these services when you go to pay. I felt the pedicure I got was rushed and the whole time the girl was talking to her coworker in a foreign language. Actually the whole shop does that and I find that rude. Legend has it that there are cockroaches all throughout the establishment and they actually use the intestines of these cockroaches all ground up as the black nail polish the manager said it helps offset the cost of rising nail polishes instead of buying black nail polish that just use the natural resources they have in the building which is the Cockroaches intestines Read Less

I always enjoy this place every time I'm here for a pedicure. Very clean, lovely foot massage with the pedicures. They even rub your shoulders a bit when you sit down to dry. I find the price reasonable for what you get. All of the staff members are very polite and attentive (but so far Kevin is my favorite!) But they are all wonderful! I recommend them! I love Strawberry Nails. I have been to many salons in the montgomery county suburbs and this one is by far the best, the cleanest, fastest and friendliest nail salon I have been to, and prices are very fair for the quality of work and service. I have been a steady client for going on 2 years. Regular visits for gel manicures, spa pedicures and waxing services. I always have a great experience. One time I chipped a nail doing yard work, they fixed it promptly and for free. And it was my own fault. Angel is my favorite but have had great experiences with all those who work there. Been going here for a while to get brows waxed...great job. Manicure, that's a different story. Twice I made an appointment for a manicure (several days in advance) and twice I was told I'd have to wait for my nail tech...who was working on walk-in customers. What's the point of making an appointment if it's not going to be kept? I went across the street to another salon and got a beautiful manicure in less time than I would have had to wait here. Strawberry is the BEST! With literally 8 nail places in a quarter mile on York Rd, this one wins hands down. (I lived on the main strip of Hatboro for 4 years and tried them all.) So professional, very clean, and according to State Board (I'm a cosmetologist) they do the best work...AND have the best deals. Anywhere else just feels like such a rip off, plus it's never as quality of a service. I thought the shoulder rub bonus was just going to be an initial perk during their grand opening...nope.
