I love it here every time I leave my nails look amazing and everyone who works here is so kind and friendly. It makes me very upset when people are rude to them about how long they’ve been waiting. It’s never that long of a wait and how good your nails looks always makes up for it. You have to wait because they’re busy because they’re good and a ton of people come here. Edit 2: My second time here I asked for SNS nails and instead got a jacked up , upgraded version gel manicure which I paid $40 for. It literary called gel powder manicure and in no way is it SNS. Very misleading to people who have no idea. Nails were extremely bulky, uneven and started to chip within 2 days. Also be very wary of prices for your service. It seems $40 is their standard price for everything that they do. SNS literary cost $25 everywhere else. The nails came out looking great, but were really thick and uncomfortable for daily use. I have been coming here for years and there a few amazing technicians like May and Ling, however it is not worth the 2 hour wait. Even with an appointment you will wait at least 30 mins for a chair and once you do get a chair you get to "soak" however long they need til someone is ready approximately another 30 mins. This was my second visit to this nail salon. I purchased the "member card" so I could receive discounts, since I was considering doing this more frequently. Well I sat with remover on my nails for 50 minutes. I'm pretty sure that isn't good for your nails or cuticles. Then my second manicure was just as the first. They do not bring the polish up to the cuticles, so you walk out looking like your manicure is already a week old. It was obvious that I was being pushed aside for the "regulars" who always come in. They were speaking to one another the entire time I was being done, but not in English. Obviously talking about me or they would be speaking English. Very rude! This was going to be a new luxury for me, but I will find a nail salon that appreciates every customer and not just the familiar ones. And by the way, the price was the same as it was last time. I love this place! When they opened, I started going there because of the grand opening discount. I am a serial nail salon hopper because I feel like places start to skimp on you after a few visits. Not this place!!! Every time I go, I know exactly what kind of service I'm getting and it's always consistent! I moved a few months ago but still come back to get my nails done here! I just got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I thought they did a good job in the pedicure. Good attention to detail and got all dry skin off. Spent extra time in heals which I liked and I enjoyed the foot massage. My gel manicure was good as well. Very smooth and thick which is how I like them. I liked the shoulder massage afterwards. There was a woman who wax excessively complaining the entire time next to me which is not there fault. I think the woman was looking for something her normal nail tech did for her in a special way but they did not do it that way. I get having a bad service but you don't need to loudly complain the entire time to your friend so no one else can enjoy their service. They offered her a discount and said they can re do or put a plain color on her French. The nail tech David ending up switching her to a new girl which was smart because she complained less. Used to come here all the time. The beginning of the end was when I got a refill and a basic pedicure. Everything was going well until one of the nail techs, David, (who was not doing my pedicure) interrupted the service to try to get me to change my mind to the spa pedicure. I said no thank you, and he kept pushing. Irritated that this man who was not performing my service wouldn't leave me alone about upgrading, I said whatever I'll get the spa pedicure. Other that that everything went well, so I decided to go back for my refill. When I got there, they told me that they wouldn't do acrylic anymore and would only do UV gel.(even tho I got acrylic last time) So I paid $40 for a refill and haven't been back. Came here for the first time today and it was pretty good. I made an appointment at 430 and came in a minute early. I checked in and picked out my color. It was pretty busy today and I expected I would wait a little. I got a little peeved when couple people went ahead of me 1 with an appointment and 1 person without. I ended up waiting 20 mins past my appointment time and that's when I went up to what seems to be the manager and let her know I made an appointment and have been waiting 20 mins. 5 mins later I'm seated. My pedicure overall was good. It's a little lopsided and the application of the color is alright. I have a hot pink and the formula is a bit watery so I don't blame my nail tech for that. Will I be back? Not sure but not A bad place to get a quick pedi.This place is pretty clean and I didn't get a good look but it looks like they use all new Emory boards and buffers per customer. I noticed she used a short small tools and it's usually the disposable ones. I have to Take a better look if I come next time. This place is terrific!  So very clean, calm and professional.  The staff are super friendly.  One of the first things I noticed was the absence of a strong, chemical, headache-causing odor found in some salons.  It just smells clean and fresh.I had a pedicure and received a shoulder massage while my toes were drying.  I will definitely be back! Everyone one who works here is so nice! It is impossible to be in a bad mood when you're interacting with any of them. My gel manicures last me THREE weeks! THREE! It's insane how talented the staff here is. Everything is very clean and the polish selection is great. They even have the tools necessary to do great nail art! People are soooo nice here!  They go out of their way to go above and beyond for you.  My back massage was a little rough.  Could probably work on that, but our nails looked amazing and they lasted for over 2 weeks even with my daughter swimming.Also,  they were really good with the kids as well. First time here and extremely happy with results. I wanted the sns nails but was advised to get a uv gel instead bc my nails were really thin. David did such an amazing job ! He kept close attention to details and asked me questions along the way to make sure I'm happy with the results. This was a great first time with my daughter. the staff was very friendly and relatable...we were quickly seated and greeted with smiles....I would suggest this place for anyone who wants very pretty high quality nails. The shop is big and really clean, beautiful inside. i been going there since they open, everyone was really nice. i think the girl with the colorful hair is funny and cheerful, great personality and good to talk to, because she is fluent in englisn doesn't even sound like she is an immigrant. if you like tips get David or Mandy they're great. overall i Love the place, if you are look for a nail place, would definitely recommended. good prices too.Read Less

Went there this past Friday for a manicure and eyebrow wax. The technician with blue / green hair was pretty rude. It was quite obvious she was talking about me and all of the other technicians were laughing at looking right at me! She proceeded to say, "oh we are only laughing b/c I asked them to shut the blind". HUH? I think she realized I understood she was making fun of me and tried to cover it up. I was extremely happy with my trip to this nail salon. I went in today with my mom (who was actually hoping to visit a different nail salon in the area) for pedicures. They seated us immediately at the pedicure station and started the massage chairs. We waited maybe 10 minutes until they started working on us. I hate that I didn't get their names, but the girls who worked on mine and my mom's toes were awesome. They were so friendly and very talkative. I normally like to stay quiet and just go on my phone, but the woman I had was so relatable and friendly-we had a nice back and forth. I know, I know... There is approximately 6 nail salons in Hatboro, and I'm not ashamed to say I've been to them all. I'm not an avid acrylic fan as I used to be, but I enjoy an occasional Mani-Pedi and eyebrow wax. Out of sheer curiosity I found myself wandering into Hatboro's newest nail addition, and they did not leave me disappointed. The staff is super friendly, fluent in English, very nice and very helpful. Casual but professional. They are willing to do whatever it takes to make sure that you leave happy. The pedicure was great, extremely thorough, with a wonderful lengthy massage including a hot towel and hot stone, which was a pleasant surprise. they offer all the regular services and informed me that anyone who gets a gel service gets a paraffin hand dip.
