Never in my whole life have I been to a worse nail salon. I went in for a standard gel polish change and she had my hands soaking in acetone for 20 minutes while she painted a little girls nails. Whom she yanked her poor arm when the little girl moved. Then came over and scraped the polish off my nails with a metal cuticle tool. All while she was on FaceTime, talking as loud as she possibly could, coughing all over me and not even paying attention to what she was doing with my nails. As soon as she got the polish off, I told her to stop and I would pay for whatever that cost. I did not want to spend another second in that place! We made an appointment and waited another 25 minutes from the time we were scheduled. The man who was supposed to do mine and a friend's said he would be back in a minute. He did not come back during the time we were waiting there. A woman came in for a full set who also had an appointment and was taken immediately. I was not impressed with the lack of accommodation. I have been going to Global Nails on and off for two years. The husband and wife team who take care of all of the fills and full sets are (very nice). There is a very big problem with this shop though the husband does excellent nail services the wife not so good. This post was not ment to be mean but to point out why this business might not be expanding. When the husband works on my nails I know I'm going to be problem free until my next fill. The wife either needs to take more time to get it right or possibly find another line of work. Every time she works on my nails within a day I have a nail chip or a big piece crack off. When I complain about the on going problems with the chipping and cracking of my nails due to the wife's nail work I'm told just come back we will fix it. Who has time to keep running back to a nail salon to have bad nail work fixed my time is very valuable to me. Read Less

I am really thrilled with the service and quality at this nail salon. The crew is very friendly and quick to assist everyone, balancing new walk ins and existing customers in a really smooth way, so no one feels like they are waiting. The massage chairs are really fantastic. I got a great eyebrow wax for only 8$. Perfect and painless! Also a luxury pedicure, my knees to my toes were perfectly pampered.
