My daughter and niece went here for the first time to get there nails done at 1030am with an appointment. My daughter got her nails on and was pushed away for a walk in client then sat and waited over a half an hour to get them filed and painted. They gave no discount on her nails considering they were not even and had bumps in them and she had to sit and wait when she had an appointment also when they did file them they filed her finger to the point she was bleeding. They take advantage of young girls I will never again waste my money on this place. Read Less

I've been getting my nails done here for years and have always had a great experience. Some technicians have been better than others as far as time spent on different aspects of the appointment or overall finish, but I've always been very pleased. I've never had to wait long, been very happy with the condition and maintenance of the salon, and the owners are just the sweetest folks! Read Less

This is the only place I will go to get my nails done. I love the look and feel of the salon. It's very clean and the staff are friendly. Yes, they speak a different language sometimes but oh well. When I got my pedicure yesterday the young man asked me what I did that day. It was very nice of him to strike up a conversation with me. I was very happy with the results and the look of the shop. However, I do have a complaint.... there were 5 workers there.. they spoke to each other the whole time in a foreign language. Not that they couldn't speak English.. I heard them. But they never spoke to us... myself and another customer, just each other.... I was raised it wasn't polite to speak another language in front of people. It made me uncomfortable not knowing what was said. Also, I wasn't told the total until it was finished. Everything is new and super clean. I seriously have never seen this place be less than spotless. That is SO important when pampering yourself, you want to feel wherever you are at is nice and clean!The staff is very nice and attentive and they are great at what they do! They do whatever they can to make you feel relaxed so you can enjoy your visit. I get pedicures here every so often with a friend on our lunch breaks, and they always listen to our wants and try to match any picture of pedicure we like that we find on Pintrest or online.
