I had to review this place. I have been getting pedicures for many years and this is the best pedicure I ever had, no joke. Me and my friend got the the Deluxe Ped. They gave the best massage and did amazing with the nail designs. All guys working the day we went. Great relaxing music clean and very friendly. Highly recommended. Did not open on time. Horrible nail service as they were understaffed and rushed the whole time. My nails look like little round thick Easter eggs. They are bent upward at tips. I took my mom here while she was in town visiting. We each got mani pedis. They got us right in which was great, but the man doing my pedicure was very distracted (filled up my tub with cold water first, never turned on the jets, only lotioned one leg...). The overall turn out of the pedicure was fine, the experience lacked. My mom and I got french tip gel manicures as well. Her tips bubbled after we left making her nails look and feel weird. After 2 days my nails aren't quite chipping, but looks more like the color is fading or things are seeping into the paint. I'm not sure, but they look gross now. (I included a picture of one of my nails because I can't really explain it.) I only did all the normal things I would and have done after a gel manicure. My friends and I decided to go and I ended up having to wait 30 minutes to even start mine while they were started, which is no big deal. My nails turned out to be short and stubby and very pointed when I asked for rounded and long nails. There is a big gap between my nails and cuticles. My sister and I went today for mani pedi .She obviously got the owner and I got an guy without a license .  He filed my skin , polished all over my skin and my toe nails are all crooked .  I tried to stop him several times and he pretended not to speak English and ignored me .  He then proceeded to spray Clorox bleach in the bowl before o could even get out of the chair . Great pedicures! And 25 bucks can't go wrong. Been coming here now for the past few months. This is a very clean and bright salon. Friendly staff, who is efficient and professional with what they do.  Even attire wise, all wearing smocks, masks and gloves when needed. Called to see if they were available, they were busy but had enough staff to accommodate me. No complaints yet! Read Less

This was my 2nd visit, the first visit I got a fill and Gel polish, the tech didn't speak english ( or atleast pretended not to) I kept telling him that he was making them to thick and they were all crooked but he just left them that way like maybe that was the best he could do, the manager was no wherer to be found to talk to or atleast that is what I was lead to  believe, I left as I was already late for an appointment. The 2nd visit  I went because my regular girl was booked solid, and I really needed a fill, I got a pedicure which was very nice, no complaints, so the tech starts to cut down my nails and one cracks and he decides that they all need to come off!! So ok I told him I wanted a new set at this point he acts like he can't understand me and calls another girl over they have a conversation in      vietnamese and he files down my nails and puts gell polish on them like, there ya go good enough, all the while I'm questioning him about new tips and was completely ignored, I left after paying $70 a fill would have been cheaper, hummm, I will never go back !!! Our quick weekend visit to PA required some TLC time with the ladies of my family. Seeing that it was a Sunday, we opted for City Nails which was new to all of us and one of the few open salons. Upon entering the space, I noticed that the smell of chemicals was not strong and that they were playing Vietnamese music on a tv. The space was very well lit and clean with abundant free parking. One wall was lined with five to six massage chairs for pedicures and the other side accommodated manicure tables. The standard pedicure will run you $25 and take around 40 minutes. The wall is filled with at least 200 color options for non-gel paints. The staff was very fun and friendly and didn't make the process feel rushed (I've had this happen before). My only complaint during our visit was that we had reservations in advance but were not seated until 35 minutes after the time of our appointment. Other than that, it was a very positive experience and we were all pleased with the end results. In fact, I was so relaxed that I nearly fell asleep in the chair. Read Less

My first visit to this salon. I don't have anything bad to say. Everyone was friendly, the place was clean, and the price wasn't too bad. I had a regular pedi and a mood polish gel mani.  They did a great job, they were even able to "almond" my own nails. I would recommend. Definitely going back. Read Less

First visit but will plan a second visit to find out if the experience is any better.The shop itself is clean, comfortable and inviting. I arrived early enough so the wait was minimal.Minimal is also the best word to describe the service.  I opted for a basic manicure and experienced a few notches below basic.  Most nail places usually encourage the upgrades like gel, or other higher priced options, but are still focused with providing about the same type of service and  pampering with a basic.Once seated, I began to feel as though I interrupted the technician's day and felt very rushed throughout most of the service.  I never saw someone check their phone so much during a manicure - and I am not talking about myself!  I certainly appreciate a timely turn-around time for a manicure, and especially when there is a roomful of waiting customers.  However, there was no one else waiting and as soon as my last application of polish occurred his phone came out, once again.Conversation was almost non-existent, and a language barrier was not the factor.I know I certainly tried to engage him with some type of communication but it was mostly met with a one worded answer or there was no acknowledgement at all. Kind of a bit uncomfortable sitting face to face with someone while holding hands with few words being spoken!  Try it sometime!As stated at the beginning, I will return to this shop but I think I might prefer to wait for another technician should the one I had for this visit be available. Been there twice so far and have had an exceptional experience both times. Chris is genuine and incredibly friendly. Not to mention an amazing nail artist!
