I usually have a great experience here because I have been going here for 3 years but I got my nails done for a school dance and the guy in the back left corner he did them so bad he got acrylic on my skin not just my nails and my nails where so uneven and in weird shapes that look horrible I spent 30 bucks (including a tip) I do expect that my nails will look decent and stay on for a little bit bc the day after the dance my pinky nail broke off. My 11 year old daughter and I have been going here for probably two years. My daughter loves their gels, always done by Vince, because they don't chip off when she plays soccer. I've been going to see AJ for a while. He always does an amazing job on my nails. He is always pleasant and polite. His work makes a difference! He's been such a blessing in disguise. Ok . First i want to thank you for all those months that you've been with Elegant Nails Salon. Amy. Second, i felt unappreciated with everything i did for you.  Every time you came to me for you nails i did spend lot of my time did customized your nail for you with my creativity and charged your less.. Because i thought were friend and someone recommended to me..  However, one mistake that did,, forget to put your appointment on that Sunday and  scheduled the others 3 of my clients back to back.. i was so busy with work, family and kids . You mind sometime cant thinks straight. After you showed up i realized I messed up the appointment.. . No body perfect in this world,,, every body makes mistakes at some degree. Third, i used the fur to take pictures with my art nails work different fur that i used on your nails and feet. Specifically, 2 different white furs. .  Well that's your loss. Im freaking tired of all the people not appreciate what i did for you guys . Im tired of being super nice and ended up got fucked over stupidity..... I spent years going from place to place when it was time for a fill. Kept going back to Elegant Nails and it has been my GO TO place for the past several years. Always have a good experience. Everyone does good work and AJ does very fancy, jeweled nails if you want something extra. Read Less

My gel manicure was ok, but not exceptional. They do look nice, but there were globs of clear gel underneath my nails touching my skin, which is annoying so I had to dig it out when I got home. I also had to file the jagged edges on the ends of a few nails. However, the main reason I will not go back here is that they were very unprofessional. First of all, the guy who did my nails went out for a smoke break while my nails were soaking, so I had to smell the smoke on him during the rest of my appointment. Secondly, he was very flirty and talked to me about all the girls he's slept with and things like that. Extremely unprofessional and definitely not what I enjoy when I'm paying for this service. I have been here twice, medi and pedi.Both times I had the same girl who did a precise job both times. The interior is simple and the staff is very friendly and lay back. They carry many colors of nail polish; always an issue for me, I take too long deciding on which one.It's a convenient location and even though I have other choices in my area I will pick this one from now on.
