Went there for the first time and I loved it! I went for a gel manicure on my lunch break on a week day and didn’t wait I was in and out within 45 minuets at the most. Very nice environment with relaxing music, clean modern decor and spacious setting. It never feels crowded here and I never feel rushed. All of the technicians are sweet and seems to enjoy working here which makes it a more pleasant experience. Up front the management is friendly and make you feel at home. Drinks are offered too. While more pricey than other local nail salons, I prefer the surroundings here and find it worth the extra price. It's a classy interior and just feels nicer and like they pay attention to details. Plus you get a discount for paying in cash which is a nice bonus. I LOVE that they offer chair massages for a dollar a minute, where up can sit separately and enjoy a 20 minute massage following your treatment. Not many salons offer this feature whereas in NYC you see it everywhere. It's one of my favorite services and I often just get a manicure to then also get a massage for a relaxing indulgent visit. Make sure you check the prices before you agree to any service!!!! Because they charge extra ($15) for color on a full gel set. After spending $80 I will NEVER go back. There is no explanation as to why you're charged what you're charged except "your bill is right". The nails are mediocre and nothing special. The matte finish ($5) is crappy and they rush you through color selection to get you in and out of there. I used to refer everyone here, never again. I have been going here for about a year since moving into the area. I had many great expierences but this last one was so frustrating I won’t be back. Last time I got a pedi the tech really cut a few spots that bothered me for over a week so when I went back the next time I tried to discretely tell the receptionist to avoid that tech. She isn’t their regular friendly receptionist and was super rude and said they are busy and I would have to just take whoever is never. Eh...didn't see why the reviews were so great. Got an overpriced eyebrow wax and had to do them again when I got home because there were so many strays left behind. Once I left here, I didn't have that freshly done eyebrow feeling that I usually have. The lady who did my eyebrows made a slightly rude/unhelpful comment out of nowhere about how thin a part of my eyebrows were...I'm not a super sensitive person but I just thought her comment was kind of weird.  Aren't you supposed to be helping my eyebrows look nicer rather than just point out the bad parts, or suggesting ways to improve?! I didn't have a terrible experience or anything, this just wasn't anything special. For an area like Glen Mills I'd expect a better quality salon. Went in to get a gel manicure, for some reason the nail polish kept leaving bubbles and wasn't even on my nail. The technicians solution was to keep putting coat over coat on without letting it cure before adding another coat. Less than an hour later my manicure began to peel on the top layers and the bottom layers were still tacky and wet. They look incredibly thick and unnatural, definitely not worth the money considering they didn't even last a day. I've tried their French before as well and the lines weren't even, nor did they take the lines to the edges. I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and try out just a regular gel polish, but I've been disappointed in every service I've ever received there. Read Less

It was pretty chill. At one point an acoustic cover of My Chemical Romance played and I thought I might be hallucinating?? My mani/pedi was fast; it only took an hour and it looks good, even if it's kinda simple. The one weird thing was that the nail technician kept laughing under her breath? I kind of felt like she was a little amused by me and my slight discomfort with the whole proceedings, but I might have just been imagining it. I've been here passed times and everything was perfect because I was able to make an appointment with my normal girl then suddenly it became almost impossible to see her cause she was either not there or was fully booked so I had to see someone else thinking oh it will be fine cause they are held at such a high standard. Well I was completely wrong. I had the tech named Amy I got a full set and half of my nails were put on crooked and I asked for coffin and they definitely were not and whenever I tried to say something to her she acted like she didn't hear me. She was definitely rushing and kept on pushing that I get gel polish even tho I didn't want it she put the gel top coat on instead of the regular and never cured it thinking I wouldn't know the difference and then charged me for it thinking she can get one over on me. And then when I asked the lady at the front desk if she could fix my nails she got someone right away but then when the front desk person told Amy what happened she got very rude and angry and came over to the other techs station and tried arguing with me about it which was extremely unprofessional. I am a licensed hair stylist and I know to never ever treat customers that way. It was very unfortunate because that was probably the last time I will ever go there. Read Less

I love Omnia! Even when I have lived in other places it is always my favorite nail salon to go back to when I am in the Glen Mills/Chadds Ford area. I go to Angel and she is very sweet and always has a great color to suggest. They also allow me to take my time choosing a color.. which for me can take over fifteen minutes on occasion! They absolutely know what they are doing when it comes to nails and I would refer anyone I know to get their nails or toes done! Very professional yet affordable! Read Less

I have officially found my new nail salon! This place is beautiful first of all, I like that they use a new nail kit with every manicure (or at least I got a new one when I went in), they are all very cheerful kind people, the place is spotlessly clean especially because there is a gentleman walking around sweeping and throwing away trash so there's not laying around...it was just great. Then on top of it my manicure looks awesome and they have a ton of gel nail colors to choose from. Overall I'm super pleased. They also offer you a drink when you get there which I just assumed was water and then half way through my mani I saw women with glasses of wine so I'm assuming that's included and I'll definitely be taking them up on that next time. This was my first time going here. It was recommended from a friend. She spoke very highly of this place. I get there at 6:45pm (they close at 7:30), I barely had a minute to choose a color.. I felt rushed the entire time. My friend said how they will offer you a drink: wine, coffee, etc. I never once was asked if I wanted anything. I saw other customers had their wine though. I didn't really like my eyelash extensions. The technician seemed good. But the technique along with the quality was not good. I have had eyelash extensions before which were seemless with my natural lashes. With the lashes at Omnia I could feel right were they were attached to my natural lashes and it was a bit pokey and pointy. My lash extensions fell out by the clumps as well, and I know how to take care of them so it was shocking. I spent hundreds of dollars on lash extensions that lasted 2 days.😡 Read Less

Beautiful atmosphere!!  I've had about 5 pedicures here and it was 50/50 on how good they were.  You should call and make an apt though because they never have walk in apts anymore.  I was just there and they walked me and the two customers in front of me. I went here yesterday because I figured I'd check it out. I went on yelp and saw so many great reviews and pictures. I went in for an acrylic set and all was going well until she pulled out the powder and liquid. Beware! they use MMA! if you are not aware of what that is, I encourage you to look it up! Also when I left I had air bubbles because each coat what not properly dried enough. I though it was a high end salon but they definitely have false advertising. Services: Pedicure / EyebrowsI went here with my mom and mother in law. We loved every minute. My mother in law has arthritis and her feet are tender. The guy who rubbed her feet was very gentle and did her nails great. She couldn't stop raving about it 3 days later. My mom loved the utensils they used and loved the final product as well. My technician did a great job as well. She took out so much dead skin and an ingrown nail without hurting me once. I was shocked. She did my eyebrows too and she did them better than my usual lady. I live in Jersey so I can't make this location my regular place but you better believe that if I lived in the area this would be my regular favorite spot. If you like fabulous nails and exceptional service, this is the salon for you! I've been a " once every two weeks" lady for at least the last 8 years...I've been to my fair share of salons. A friend recommended this place about 6 months ago And I haven't looked back since! One of my biggest issues with most salons was when I made an appointment, I waited half an hour anyway and when i finally sat in the chair, I had 5 people working on me at different times for a simple gel manicure and left after an hour and a half... Stressed. I have never once waited more than 2 minutes when booking. They make it so easy to as well, I do it online. It feels like they're waiting on me to walk through the door and the entire staff remembers you by name! The staff is always dressed to perfection ( just a bonus) and the complimentary mimosa is the perfect start to my RELAXING hour!  I never feel like they are rushing me ( or my nails) And when I walk out of there my nails are like pieces of art ( cliche but so true.) Love this place! It's so clean and the staff is wonderful. If you can, splurge on a deluxe pedicure. They have great selections that include peppermint scrubs and a paraffin wax dip. The leg/foot massage is amazing and you even get a complimentary mimosa or wine if you'd like.I'm taking my bridal party here the day before the wedding.
