The woman who did my pedicure was amazing and very nice. However, when I went to go get my manicure, my salon experience started to go downhill. I was getting acrylics put on, and as she put on the tips, almost every single one was crooked. Tried this place out for the first time. I've done shellac manicures several times and have never had any issues. The manicure is supposed to last 2 weeks. I tried the shellac French manicure. 2 days later it chipped in 3 places. I called to tell them. I was told they could give me a discount for my next service. When I told them that didn't sound acceptable, they said I could have a regular manicure free, but not the shellac. I understand no guarantees but really? Also I don't recommend getting waxing done here. They double-dip (and more) the wooden applicators. I had a Brazilian done. They changed the paper lining of the wax warmer...but not the wax. I should have walked out of there when I realized what was happening...too late... but I feel bad for the next people after me... Read Less
