At the drying station on my first visit. I had a gel manicure and $38 pedi with Susan. She just finished up a strong, thorough 10 min neck rub that was great. My nails are just as I wanted and I felt welcome and relaxed. My only snag was the loud '80s music - I would much prefer some ' spa' type instrumentals. I liked that I could pick my 'flavor salt' and Susan changed up the components of my pedi to add in mint and citrus bc I'm not a fan of lavender. 202 Nails is by far the nicest salon I have been to. It is very clean and offers a lot of great services. I've noticed that it definitely takes longer than at other salons, but I always love the way my nails look when I am finished, so it is something I can live with. I guess it's definitely better than being rushed and my nails coming out poorly! After seeing the salon and knowing the area, I expected it to be so expensive but the prices are very reasonable in my opinion. I have had my nails done by someone different almost every time and I haven't had a bad technician yet. I would definitely recommend 202 Nails! Read Less

Living in Utah makes you assume that the rest of the country is just as rural and that everything good is hard to find. I called 202 and they were quickly able to fit me in despite the short notice and how busy they were. I had an ombré dip powder fill - which is amazingly hard to get in SLC - and it was fantastic! The young lady that did my nails was friendly, detail oriented and very talented. She made sure to trim my cuticles (which I normally have to remind salons in SLC) and shaped my nails to perfection.I only wish I could come here more often. Read Less

I LOVE this salon!  202 Nails is beautiful, clean, and has a relaxing yet fun atmosphere.  The music is great, the technicians are all extremely talented, and the services offered are top-of-the-line.The spa pedicure they offer is my guilty pleasure -- always complete with colorful salts that smell amazing and the best leg/foot massage.  Not to mention they even offer a shoulder massage while your toes are drying!202 was recently redone with gorgeous floors, beautiful lighting, and a ton of space.  Even when the salon is full, it never feels crowded.  I have been going to this salon for many years now and it just keeps getting better!  Highly recommend checking out this salon! Would give a 0 if possible. Have been back three times in a week since I've gotten my nails done. You have to wait for the person that messed up your nails to "fix them". Maybe if they were more through instead of trying to do as many people's nails as possible they would have happier customers. Read Less

A beautiful and clean salon. I would have given it 5 stars, except for my technician.A basic pedicure includes a salt scrub (with salt of your choice), exfoliation, etc. and they did a great job! You are offered popcorn and wine/water and there are so many stations that it is no problem to sit next to whoever you came with.My specific technician, Marie, was a little brusque and rude when I tried to talk to her and skipped the shoulder massage that they give while the nails are drying. When I asked the receptionist about the shoulder massage, she told me that all pedicures come with it, and called the owner, Lynn, over. Lynn apologized and said Marie was new, then made her give me the shoulder rub. Marie was obviously not happy about being called out, and skimped a bit - mine was short and not that great. However, I watched a bunch of other customers get their massages, and they were much longer and nicer. Next time, will definitely request another technician! Read Less

This nail salon was a great find! It's literally one of the nicest salons I have been to. They cover all bases! I mean they have all types and colors of polishes and gel dip powders. They also have a selection of salts to chose from included with your pedicure. It's a very clean and welcoming salon! I now don't want to go anywhere else (did I mention I live 4 hours away!)I was services by Linda who was great! I even got a massage after! I felt like a true queen. 202 Nails sets the bar to me for a pedicure! I have visited many nail salons and have only been to one whose service exceeds 202 nails (they wrap your heels in hot wax as part of a he standard pedi!) and they are 500 miles away! No spot in DE meets the level of service as 202 Nails! Read Less

Very good prices and amenities. Sometimes it is hard to communicate, as the employees are Vietnamese and don't speak English very well. The massages are excellent, and they offer wine, iced tea or water if you get a pedicure.Read Less

I love this place - only my second time there and the staff remembered me and little details about me. Extremely friendly and welcoming. Take the time to pay attention to details and will do your nails the way you ask. I even got 2 massages out of my standard gel manicure at my last visit.
