Get my nails done there for a couple of years now. Joy is a sweetheart and does awesome work. But the woman sitting in front is RUDE OBNOXIOUS NEVER ACKNOWLEDGES THE CUSTOMERS WHO ARE WAITING SHE HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME IF I DIDNT LIKE HER ATTITUDE WHY DO I KEEP COMING. THEN WHEN I LEAVE I WALK BACK IN CAUSE I HEAR HER TALKING ABOUT ME N YELLING AND SHE JUST KEPT ON WHEN I ASKED IF SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT ME SGE SAID YEA AND CONTINUED. As a small business employee I was not impressed with the customer service. 40 minutes of standing around like an idiot waiting for someone to greet me and at least tell me how long the wait was going to be. The only reason I stayed is to see how long it took for them to notice me and my friend. When they finally took us I expected the service to be great. Nope. Nail polish on my toes. Not only that but I was rushed since there was a regular waiting on the side badgering the employee to hurry up with me so she could work on her. Not professional at all. I use to go here all the time but stopped for a couple months. They never greeted me when I came in or said how long the wait was. Seemed like their "regular customers" were more important than my friend and I. The woman doing my friends nails let a regular customer of hers badger her into rushing so she could get her nails done. There is nail polish on her toe, it was done very sloppy. Not very professional if you ask me. I went to pay and the women said "oh no, we don't accept cards, we have it right here on the side we only accept cash". It was written very sloppy and was not noticeable. It still says out front they accept Via, MasterCard, etc. That is VERY poor business and I was very angry I had to go to an ATM, and get charged a service fee.
