This place is just the worst. The last time I tried to come here, I was denied service because they were 'too busy'... TWO CUSTOMERS.... perhaps just tell me it'll be a few to wait, rather than make me uncomfortable and tell me you're too busy for me!!! So here I am, months later, on a weekday... figured I'd give them another go because it's cheap. The legit SAME THING JUST HAPPENED. 2 customers. WE ARE TOO BUSY. OK BYE. Don't waste your time... they aren't very good, and they are ridiculously rude to boot.

Everyone is very knowledgeable. They are polite and accommodating. My manicures and pedicures are beautiful and long lasting.
I would recommend this salon to anyone.

Maybe it was an off day???? There was literally one person working. I went in for a gel manicure. I knew something was odd when she not only had me soak my nails in water, but the wash them at the sink. I know water and gel are not comparable. Here I am 5 days later and the gel is coming off. Never again!!! I only went there because I was in the area, and needed my nails done.

Star nail is a pleasant place for getting nails done! The place is very relaxing clean and neat. Star nails is located in frazer in a shopping plaza so parking shouldn't be a problem. They are reasonably priced too. My experience here was really wonderful the pedicure and manicure were so Relaxing, they didn't rush at all hence I loved the way she did it for me. They have variety of colors to choose in for Gel as well as regular. The massage chair worked well too.. I have already recommended Star nails to my friends and I would absolutely recommend to others too.

The ambiance is relaxing, the service is always great, & I can truly say the entire staff is wonderful. If you're planning on getting your nails, eyebrows, toes, microblading, wax, they do it all w a smile.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I stopped in today just to get a quick nail fix. The women greated me at the door with "what do YOU want" and then proceeded to very rudely tell me too leave bc she had no time for me...

The customer service here is so incredibly awful that it doesnt even matter the quality of their work. Spend your money somewhere else where the workers actually care about their clients.

This place is simply gross. i have never seen a nail salon so dirty. To make matters worse the technician who did my manicure had very dirty hands and terrible BO. I wanted to get up and walk about but I didn't want to be rude. I had a gel manicure and while it was inexpensive ($25) it was done so poorly that I had to have the polish removed and fixed at my regular salon. I strongly advise you to avoid this salon.

ok... $25 is very cheap for a pedicure... what did you expect... go to a place that cost more and you will get better results. I give it 5 stars considering price.

This place is just the worst. The last time I tried to come here, I was denied service because they were 'too busy'...
