I am very unsatisfied I have been going to Star nail spa for 3 years now. Some can be pleasant others can be very rude so today I sat in a chair 15 minutes went by soaking my feet I asked sir will someone be coming to do my pedicure soon So he asked with another nail Tech in English and then the next minute she was speaking her language and he said no one hour. I don't understand why they have me soaking my feet so I took my dripping wet feet out of the water put flip flops on I will never walk into star nails and spa again.

Absolutely love it here! I have been coming to this salon since it opened. I always go to Vicky and she always does such a fabulous job. She's the only person that always does my nails exactly how I like them. I recently moved to NJ and I will still drive out of my way to come here. Would highly recommend this nail salon. It is a great atmosphere and great color selections.

Love it here! Great service, prices are fair and techs are always polite. Helen is the BEST! It's been a month since my last refill and my nails are still going strong, my gel polish never chips and any designs I ask for are always perfect.
The only downside is a few techs don't speak English proficiently and the language barrier might make communication a tiny bit difficult BUT with patience from both sides it should be really easy to get your point across and at the end of the day my nails look fabulous.

I am very unsatisfied I have been going to Star nail spa for 3 years now. Some can be pleasant others can be very rude so today I sat in a chair 15 minutes went by soaking my feet I asked sir will someone be coming to do my pedicure soon So he asked with another nail Tech in English and then the next minute she was speaking her language and he said no one hour. Absolutely love it here! I have been coming to this salon since it opened. I always go to Vicky and she always does such a fabulous job. She's the only person that always does my nails exactly how I like them. I recently moved to NJ and I will still drive out of my way to come here. Would highly recommend this nail salon. Love it here! Great service, prices are fair and techs are always polite. Helen is the BEST! It's been a month since my last refill and my nails are still going strong, my gel polish never chips and any designs I ask for are always perfect.
